Don't go here. Awful service and scam pricing. Having spent multiple days in multiple airports, I'm told "welcome to the airport" by the rudest wait staff in the world when I ask why I'm being charged $20 for a 6oz glass of house wine. I'm aware of airport prices (I have worked at a brewery in an airport), but this is insane and unexpected regardless. Update from a year later: I still haven't found another airport bar to charge so much money for such a small glass of substandard wine. Don't give them your business.

The service here was terrible. My group of 4 was told we would take 20 minutes to get seated, and we were seated relatively quickly which was nice. However after nearly 40 minutes of waiting for a server to even approach us, we were approached by an employee who told us she wasn’t supposed to be taking our order, but she did because we had been waiting for so long. After taking our order we sat for another 20 minutes before we even got another mention of our food, which came yet another 20 minutes after that. When we got our food, the steak was over cooked, a sandwich was soggy, and the meal itself was just generally extremely underwhelming, especially for the price. When I was told I had a 4 hour layover, I did not expect to spend it in one place waiting for mediocre food.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They pride gouge on alcoholic drinks. We got an appetizer and one long island ice tea, and it was nearly $40!!! The manager was not receptive to the complaint. When we said they charged more than anywhere we’d been in downtown Chicago, he smiled and said “this is the airport”. They don’t advertise their alcohol prices and claim to give double shots on their drinks to explain the $18.50 Long Island. My water glass was dirty. Service was horrible. Food was average at best. AVOID!!!!

$43 for 2 bloody mary’s is insane especially when you can barely even taste the vodka. Don’t go here. No food either other than heat light sandwiches. Midway Pour House is just a ways down. Go there.

Food was pretty good, on par with your average bar/pub. Service was atrocious. It took 20 minutes to get the water and beers that we ordered after reminding the waitress multiple times that we hadn’t gotten them. When it came time to pay, they scan your card at the table and ask verbally if you want to leave 18, 20, or 22% forcing you to tip higher even if your service was terrible. There’s plenty of brew pubs at this airport, best to just stay away from this one.

Worst service ever. Daughter ordered chicken wings - received chicken fingers. I had Italian Beef sand with blue cheese hand cut chips - entire plate was served cold - it was disgusting. Took 40 minutes to get, still hadn't gotten our waters at this point either. We paid and left without eating - asked to see manager upon our exit. After 5 min of waiting for a mgr, we left. Wish I could leave negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD!!!!!!!!

Weird spot - loud country music and small champagne pours at $18.25 (I’m from LA and travel frequently so used to 💰 drinks, but 😱). Kitchen was closed mid morning. There’s nothing White Sox about this place other than the name; guess just Reinsdorf taking money for licensing the name.

This place is pretty bad. I got an Italian beef hoagie, there’s more meat in my kids lunchables for $17. They completely forgot any of the peppers or anything to put on top. I ordered a couple beers and the keg ran out, but they still charged me for two full beers even though I didn’t get to two full beers The bartender was too busy, just cleaning dishes rather than taking orders or getting the checks out to customers. This is definitely the first and last time I will ever eat there.

We enjoyed our meal after a long flight from Denver. Just wanted to relax. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and my husband got the Chicago hotdog which was huge and he loved it. Our server, Ken, took good care of us. Everything came quick. Highly recommend this spot in the airport!

Early morning flight from NY... had plenty of time to spare between flights ... heading from concourse A to concourse B for my next connecting flight... so I stopped in and got a breakfast sandwich and A Bloody Mary!!! Let me tell you ... this was the best spicy bloody Mary, I've ever had... so good I asked what the mix was...defiantly worth the stop if you're in the Chicago Airport!!

Food: 5 | Service: 5 | Atmosphere: 5 Food was great. Server was phenomenal, welcoming and professional. Loved the choice of music they had in the background for the style of the diner. This would be one place I’d come back for if traveling from Midway.

Call me nostalgic, but everything about the place is great - from the wooden SOX branded tables to the baseball bat beer taps to the food, menu, & cocktails. Service was also stellar. 5 out of 5 for sure. And, yes, airport prices...but you're at an airport.

Server had no idea what she was doing. Food was lackluster. Wish I could put down 0 stars. The manager seemed to not care as well. Others around seemed to be just frustrated in receiving the same poor service. Don’t recommend.

Paid 30 dollars for a glass of Prosecco that costs 12 a bottle at Target to watch the World Cup game, which was unwatchable on their TVs given bad connections on all of them. Single worst sports bar experience of my life, and pricing is absolutely a scam (no menus — wouldn’t have ordered anything otherwise). Avoid!!!

Denied us entry at 9:40pm. Hours are 5am to 10pm. Enough time for a few people to grab a quick drink.

I received great service. I was bummed out to see others receive less than ideal attention. Not sure why the staff struggled to take drink orders at the bar. I witnessed one leave after waiting for a server to take her drink order. I saw another pull their tip after they couldn’t get someone to take their payment. I must give 4 stars because the place has potential. The servers are friendly and the menu is pretty good.

Never got service. I finally left and went to another grill. I had a flight connection to make. Didn’t have time for this. And yes they saw me… I was right by the bar and they were standing back there washing cups looking at us!
