We had a birthday party here on Halloween in their v.i.p suite. I was overall pleased. This same year, I had a birthday party at gizmos and jak's warehouse and I found this place's accommodations best. They were 90% pleasurable to work with. In comparison to this type of party/outing, their prices were fair. I paid $650 on Sunday for 11 elite guest passes, 3 pizzas, 2 pitchers of pop + 1 pitcher of water, in VIP room from 2pm-6:30pm. They provided decorations and they decorated for us! 🤯😭🥲 This was perfect because while we planned to arrive early we arrived on time which I felt was late because guests were present. Thanks Hollywood Park! The package was from 2 to 4 but they allowed us to have the room to 6:30 as a courtesy at no additional charge. The price actually came out to $600 but we had to tip our host who was just a delight. The room was perfect, we had access to 2 tvs which allowed the men to watch Sundays football games and nickelodeon on the other for the kids. It was best for us to have that special room because our party was on a busy night for them, Halloween, and they were packed but we had Privacy during our celebration. Everything went great except for 1 thing and my least favorite part of in the game; some of our cards didn't work at attractions and games. After we paid our host was gone and no longer available to assist with our issues. Their point system is confusing and not transparent. It's hard to understand the translation of money (usd) to their points compared to similar places. 2 of their outdoor attractions weren't open also even though weather permitted. But still, I'd recommend this location in a heartbeat.

We had a butt load of fun here. My son’s school has a father and son night and boy oh boy were we glad we went. There is a ton to do here. Games, basketball, bowling, bumper cars, ax throwing just to name a few. We stay for about 2hrs and barely scratched the surface of what there was to do. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family next time.

Great atmosphere, updated games, my nephew and I had a blast with my fiance close behind. The staff were friendly and helpful and surprising the food was pretty good as well. One of the best parts for adults is you can buy alcohol if that's your thing. I strongly recommend a visit here.

This is a SERIOUSLY good time at a DIRT CHEAP price! You can get 100+ bonus tokens for $25 bucks. I have been going to Hollywood park since I was a kid and I will still go back. I went here on my very first date when I was teen! It is great for proms, bridal showers, first dates, (they have an air hockey machine!) They have a UFO catcher that is set to easy win, an actual Namco candy pusher, Zombie outbreak game, a bowling alley (an abridged version) a candy claw, about 8 claw machines, an entire row of mini claw machines, putt putt golf, kids games, a MONSTER claw with easy to win prizes, great burgers and really good crunchy cheese fries, lots of mini rides for kids. This is the place to go for ANY age.

We went here for my daughters birthday today. It was our first time there and she was very excited. They have a variety of games for all ages. One staff that we appreciated was Jared who explained how everything worked and made our experience great! Whenever we had a problem the staff was there to make it right. Wasn’t too crowded and we all enjoyed our time. They have great prizes also.

It’s ok but the old one is definitely better…. I loved when they had that hallway with things from movies and monsters and when they had that red wall with all types of movie stars and the blue sofas. This place use have fun decoration now it’s just kinda basic.

The re-design is absolutely garbage… something about the pizza is not the same but still good. The prize section is kinda cool tho. But how can you guys remove the castle and the cute little houses outside and replace it with three squares 😂 but overall kids would still get entertained you just can’t take cool pictures anymore.

Great arcade for all ages. My 5 year old niece was tall enough to drive her own indoor bumper car. It was amazing! She had such a good time. My 13 yr old had fun playing arcade games and picking candies to buy with the tickets she won. There are several outdoor attractions as well. We didn't go to the outside since it was 90°. But, we will definitely be back.

This place is an awesome attraction to take your children on a bored day at home... It is not good for a rainy day if you want to do the outside attractions but it is an awesome place to have fun and enjoy your time!!!!!

I attended a birthday party 2 nights ago came home and The next day our whole party caught COVID-19 no disinfectant anywhere! Someone was touching everything knowing they were sick ! Whoever you are you’re a POS! Now that I think about it a lot of old people in the party never went downstairs so it must of been the cook! You’re gonna respond the way you want! But we both know nothing is being cleaned after each person plays the games!

Took my son & a couple of his friends there for some fun. They were having a good time. The issues we had were the grappling hook game where you use a claw to grab these rings for points...IS RIGGED!!! It cheated me twice...I had 2 rings that it grabbed and just as it got close to where it's supposed to release them for me to get...IT DROPPED THEM. I tried again and same result!!! It also did this with other players as well. The other issue, we were sitting at table 4 eating when one of his friends noticed a couple of ants on the table. I notified a worker immediately and we then moved to the next table...only to find more ants. Instead of the guy coming to clean up and deal with the issues...he decided to go outside to clean up in one of the exterior party areas and then came in to cheer on a Cubs game. I then reported it to the manager whom was more than helpful and understanding. She issued us a refund and additional game credits. She also had to address this with him. Aside from that, they had fun

My experience with In The Game was awesome! My church had an outing there and had a great experience! Our party planner was Khylie and she made our time there memorable. She had our food and drinks served at the time that she promised and made sure that she brought us drinks without us having to ask. Our party area was separated by a divider, so we had a private area for our 40 guests. The package that we had for our guests was affordable. The activities were fun and participants from age 2- 80 had something to do. They even have slot machines now! Lol! Something to do for everyone!!

WOW taking my niece now brings back so many memories. I’m 28 now but it’s still as fun now as it was 20 plus years ago. Everything seems up to date and lots of new things added like mini bowling. Customer is always great too. Thanks for the memories/nostalgia

Fun place for the kids they have a blast. Have a great mixed drinks. The pricing is expensive but all places that have entertainment are expensive. All in all we had a great time. They have go karts a carnival ride in big slide and mini golf course bumper cars and tons of games my stepson did amazing on his report card and got moved into an upper level class so I told him I would take him and his cousin and we went and they had a great time we spend about $110 to get both kids about Platinum pass and then a few extra rides on the attractions. I would recommend it for a nice Sunday afternoon for the kitties there is nothing there for adults other than their Mixed drinks and the alcohol.

We went just to get out the apartment for a little while and ended up really enjoying myself. We went on a Tuesday, it wasn't crowded, the games were fun and the pizza we had tasted really good. Damn near made me order another pizza to take home 😆.

Nice place for the family to visit. Definitely will try in better weather because a lot of the better attractions are outdoors. It wasn't crowded even though we went on a Friday night and it was 1/2 off games and 50cent wings lol....

We went as a family at the end of september. We were very pleasantly surprised. I went here as a kid and of course it was fun. Everything looks new and clean. The place was so clean it smelled like cherries as my son said. The games were fun and you didn't have to walk around with rolls of tickets. Everything was kept on a card and if you have more than one card the staff will combine everything for you. Staff members were friendly, and the place was gorgeously clean. The rides were fun and the games were also. I would highly recommend it and we plan on going back!

Lots of fun for my 14 year old. Make sure you have enough money for all the activities. The food is popular for the age group. Glad they reopened after the pandemic. Lots of fun for the kids.

Great spot for kids. I had my son’s grad party there today and my son and our guest had a ball. Food came fast and was good.

Underwhelming, spent $75 in about 40 minutes. The saving grace is that my 6 and 4-year-old granddaughters earned 1,200 tickets between them and were able to secure prizes that they enjoyed and that was a plus.

The experience was wonderful. We celebrated my oldest daughter's 17th birthday. The host was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. The pizza 🍕 was delicious 😋. The space we used was decorated really cute. The kids invited had a good time. Great place to have a party or just hang out. We will be going back.

My kids love this place. I was disappointed that some of the attractions were closed after I paid for the card that allowed us 3 attractions. It would have been nice to know that up front, but other wise it's a fun place. My daughter had her birthday here 4 years ago and it was a blast

This isn't the same when the brothers owned them (Lansing closed years ago) the food here in Crestwood over cooked. Staff not friendly nor helpful, they just have a job. Games are games everywhere it's the atmosphere and the staff that makes you want to come back (not me)

This is just me but I visited the place for the first time in years and was disheartened by all the changes the place went through. Much different than the Hollywood park I remembered as a kid. I can’t believe yall removed the games on the 2nd floor and all the pieces of movie memorabilia on display 😭

This a great place to let your kids run around with their gaming cards semi-supervised. There are plenty of skill set games and a bunch of other ways to earn tickets. If you are an adult, please skip the pizza, period (tricks are for kids lol). Get the chicken tenders instead, but honestly I haven't perused the entire menu yet.

They have a Squishmallow crane game!! And it's super easy to win, perfect for kids! Most of the games have easy jackpots or give a lot of tickets. We spent 200 at the place and got 10,000 tickets and won 6 sqishmallows from the crane game. We spent several hours and loved every moment of it. The atmosphere is nice too. The employees were also super pleasant, especially the ones behind the counter. A great place for kids or just for a fun date with your significant other.

We had a party area reserved. Server was very attentive and kids had much fun!! The last 2 years we hosted parties at our home and we're so happy to not have to bother this year! Even my mom suggested coming back to Hollywood next yr lol .....we were pleased! If I could give one note or suggestion which is more technical logistic:. It'd be great for the reserved elite party package if the activated gaming cards the kids get can stay "open" so that kids can keep playing instead of running out and then having to reload. Sometimes kids may need more credits that other kids so it can get confusing! That way different kids can go on different attractions/ games and then when the final bill arrives, we can pay all they used. Just a suggestion to streamline reserved party guests' experience.

Thank you for celebrating our daughter's birthday! it was a very good party. Overall the team is very good from the very beginning of the booking! Lisa is a wonderful woman! And the other girl, our hostess (sorry, can't remember her name) was extremely nice! She helped me decorate room with my things! They gave us time after the party to leave our things in the room until we went home! They answered all my questions and helped me with everything! Very clean VIP room! Taste the food!!! Very friendly team!!! highly recommend this place for a celebration!!!!! Thank you again!

I actually really loved the fact that everything was very clean and the staff was polite there’s a lot of things to do. BUTTTT I was very disappointed today going with my 3 year old daughter and a staff member was getting the glass door from the claw machines slammed into her by a little boy more than 5 times! And nobody did nothing! He was also pushing little kids around and nobody did nothing! You guys need security or a manager who actually cares about the staff! I couldn’t believe I watched a staff member get physically hit with the door for doing their job!

This place is pretty clean, and it's been updated a lot because of the acquisition by IN THE GAME company. All activities outside in back are pretty awesome for the littles & the minigolf is pretty nice. I highly recommend it, but plan to spend a lot of money, because it isn't cheap in order to play games and do the activities. But all in all, a really fun time for my 3yo and 5yo.
