I was stuck here with my family for almost a month I’m a traveling RN and from the beginning I was against it But that’s what I get for letting my agency choose our housing! Anyway, Rooms are 100+ a night (so you think it would be somewhat decent) when I came with my original reservation I was questioned how I got the prices as if I was doing something wrong. Because I was just starting a contract nearby I broke my reservation into sections but I was told if I didn’t pay for it all at once the prices would not be honored even though we were told that we would have to check out and then check back in later that same day?! Going from one reservation to another. we were already there and my agency didn’t have anything else lined up right away so for the first part we stayed and had to cancel my other reservations. My agency ended up getting it resolved and we stayed for a few weeks going forward The night staff were amazing and certain day staff too. The rest are on some type of power trip high that they really need to come down from. After a week of being there I was over it. Hotel continuously smells like weed, and there were always drunk men hanging out and parting with women outside the front and back doors! ( we tried using just about every door throughout our stay to avoid them) but instead of doing something about that, the management chooses to nitpick about smaller things. My children went to the so-called breakfast, one day in our second week of being there to be met by a worker who told them they could not take Food to the room! My daughter called me on her cell phone so I contacted the front desk. The front desk woman was also confused about what was going on so I walked down there to speak with them face-to-face. All of a sudden there was no issue. It was a misunderstanding, but breakfast food isn’t allowed in the rooms? So I question how is breakfast food not allowed in the rooms, but were able to get delivery from restaurants here which is what we had been doing since we had been there along with other hotel guest. She just looked at me plainly and started speaking Spanish, (which I thought was rude) to another one of her workers, and then just told us it was no issue we could go back to our room. The next day, there was a written note on the wall that said no breakfast food allowed in the room! from there The situation only got worse my daughter took my sons to the pool as she normally would, and a man came yelling at them to get out they couldn’t be in there so once again, I went to the front desk for them to not know what happened when I requested the general managers information. I was basically denied it I had to contact wyndam to issue a complaint and have them try to contact the general manager, but the hotel kept hanging up on them. Terrible management. The hotel itself is trash. We even went and gathered cleaning supplies ourselves for our room. I would not recommend staying here if you did not have to I thought it would be a nice little vacation while I worked for me and my family but it turned out to be a nightmare! Not to mention the critters they have running around and the bugs!!! The last night we stayed we even seen a Man sleeping against the door outside! Needless to say, I end up ending my contract early. I’ve stayed at a few days inn and I’ve never been to one as bad as this. I’m not sure who the owner is but shame on you!

This is a terrible hotel. Me and my fiancé got off work, cannot drive home. We stopped at that hotel got a room. We checked the bed you see bed bugs on the bed. We go downstairs and complain. He gave us another room on the main floor, then we being checking that it’s bedbugs on The beer in around the pillow. We paid with cash app card and then they wanna give us a hard time to win Birdseye money in cash. Now we have to wait three business days for the money to return. People do not visit their hotel at all. Bad for you, bad for business.

If I could leave no stars I would! Yesterday we booked a room for 2 nights through a third party and we paid 160$ for both nights! This morning we were refunded and told we needed to leave the premises ASAP! We were totally blindsided by this! You would think the staff would have had alittle more compassion regarding the fact that we had 2 little children with us! After going down to the desk to complain the lady at the front desk kept giving us keys that’s wouldn’t open the door so we could get our stuff out! The night we booked we didn’t have enough room in our little refrigerator to hold all of the food we brought so the staff said we could leave it in their freezer! The next day someone had stolen our food! We didn’t have enough room in the car for both kids and our luggage so we asked if we could leave our stuff that didn’t fit in the car with them and return shortly for it and the lady at the front desk told us to leave it by the front door?! Why?! So someone can take that too?! The front desk staff was inconsiderate of their mess up and ridiculously rude about how they went about helping us! Poor service all around and the worse part about their were mice dropping in our joined room and when asked about it they told us we shouldn’t have opened the door! 😳🤯

I think I am being generous with three stars, but they are probably trying their best with an old, worn structure. It is unkempt looking from the outside. Everything looks tired, even the staff. Those we encountered were polite, just sort of weary. The room could have been cleaner, we found large crumbs and dust when looking for an outlet near the bed. (None was available there.) Chipped paint on the walls, floors were sticky or tacky and I found 2 dirty washcloths. The pros were nice clean sheets on the beds and I appreciated the grab bar in the shower. We were only there overnight en route to our final destination, so it served its purpose for sleep. They also have a complimentary breakfast.

𝟷 they gave us a dirty room the bed wasn’t made there was popcorn and Gatorade bottles that were barely dranken out of but they gave us a new room. 𝟸 it doesn’t have a kitchen just a mini fridge and a microwave. 𝟹 the first floor has a strong smell of chlorine. great tip go to the pool before 7 pm if you go on a busy day it will be crowded. the vending machine is a scam just go to the store. 𝟺 the staff will just go into your room with out asking 𝟻 the breakfast is just cereal juice not much milk toast never any bagels but alot of cream cheese and jelly/jam and some eggs 𝟼 the ac turns off and on alot 𝟽 and there is this random red stain on the ceiling

Was thrown off by the advertisement. The rooms were not up to date, there was no USB plugs, carpet was old in the hallways/ room. You had to find your electrical outlets behind beds and dressers to even hook up your cell phones as you reached down the baseboards were filthy. Their downstairs lobby was fine and the breakfast area was fine. They need to invest in new carts for your luggage to be carried up to the room. Very small elevator and very narrow hallways. The staff was very friendly. Went to a concert at the Horseshoe Casino when we arrive back they have a Sheriff's Deputy that sits in the lobby at night. Didn't ask what that was about 😵‍💫 It was not a bad experience but.... I would not I stay there again.

Unfortunately staff does not take the place of how pleasant a hotel room is. The towels look like they are the same towels from when this place originally opened, the rooms are super old and worn down, carpet and curtain's we're torn. I don't understand how this place gets away with charging 145 a night should definitely put money into remodeling. left here and spent a little extra elsewhere, where I know I'm going to have a good overall experience. Staff is great though!

Staff very rude. Called ahead for a birthday party for my daughter. Got stopped at the elevator that only the people per room are allowed in the pool, no extra guest unless I pay for a extra room that I don’t need because my guests are leaving in two hours!! This should be made clear when booking through the 800 number especially when I asked ahead and made it clear that I was having a party to avoid any problems!

DON’T STAY HERE! This place is crumbling apart and the prices are outrageous. The sheets were stained, drywall in the ceiling cracked and falling, the headboard was damaged, lamp shade was cracked, spider webs in the corner, the curtain rod in the bathroom is rusted and falling. The drywall in the bathroom is sinking and the silicone coating in the bathroom is so stretched it looks like spiderwebs. The tile in the bathroom is so poorly laid out, the mini fridge looks like it hasn’t been unplugged in years with how much frost is cracked on. The pillows are regular sized, but they have king size pillow shams? Our window didn’t have a screen, our bathroom door handle was loose, you had to lift the door to close it, and the side door didn’t require you to swipe your key to get in. I was shocked. The more I kept looking the more I was uncomfortable staying here. This is a $50 room at best not $160 room. I’m here for a wedding otherwise I’d get the heck out of dodge!

This hotel was gross. Paid $135 a night, and was so disappointed and angry. The hotel stank of cigarette smoke , there were wet, used towels all over the hallway, the rooms were old, and again, stank of old cigarette smoke. They were also incredibly outdated. I wish I could get a refund. I felt like I needed to shower again after leaving that hotel.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Sheets had black mold and towels smell like garlic. But worse was that the room they gave me did not lock!!!! When I brought it up, I found out that the manager is a horrendous beast who did not want to hear the complaints.... Sleeping in your car is better than this sham of a business!!!! Bonus was the people screaming in the hallway all night... And the old man working the night shift who was unable to check people in. The list is too long.... Worst place I've ever stayed in

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hair dryer didn't work and the outlet I needed for my Cpap was hanging loose and there was no cover. Could be very dangerous for curious toddlers. I reported both to the desk upon departing the hotel. The hotel was very conveniently located as we were attending Perogi Fest.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. Very clean room with microwave and fridge. Bathroom 🚻 was spotless. Swimming pool and exercise room too. The price was kinds high .but it was Saturday and lollapalooza was going on so a lot of places were sold out. I suggest book online as early as you can. Overall it was 👍..I'll probably return 😀

If you like the smell of cat urine, you're going to love this place! Honestly do yourself a favor and keep driving... there might be a Days Inn somewhere worth staying, but this isn't it. I'm not one to leave many reviews, but in this case, I feel like it's my duty to share because I wouldn't want anyone to go into this not knowing what to expect. I've stayed in my fair share of shady/skethcy places, but this is the first one where I actually felt like telling anyone about. Chose it based on location, as it was on my way to final destination, but if given the chance to do it over, would have stopped anywhere but the hotel(s) in this area.

Sure this place shows it's age and needs some maintenance. But, for what we paid ($66), it was a quiet, comfortable and convenient place to stop for the night before a college tour in Chicago. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, etc.) Would not hesitate to stay here again.

So bad! Smelt like cigarettes as soon as we entered the room. I turned off the ac because that was making the smell worse! Staff was pretty nice but I felt very unsafe as soon as I walked in. Stains on the floor. Rug looked filthy, shower head was so disgusting. Celling was cracked. Felt more like a motel. Stains on the sheets, bed bugs, annoying sounds.

I still remember staying one night on July 96. Was there for orientation with direct transit Inc. We had to do a physical in the morning just down the street. Wasn't in very good shape then but considering the building has been around since 60s and it was scary at night didn't sleep very well.
