This is the worst doctors office that I have ever been. I went in there to get some info and I spoke with a counselor and she told me that all the services that I needed I would get but when I came in for my blood work I was told that they would not be able to help me with that so I went ahead and made an appointment with the doctor to get at least some referrals only to come to find out that the person who was suppose to make the appointment never scheduled it. I dropped off some important paperwork with the receptionist and she insisted on keeping the original and give me a copy only to come to find out that they lost the important paper work. Don’t call there and leave a message for a return call cause they never return your calls. I couldn’t believe the day of the appointment I asked the doctor about my labs and she actually told me she couldn’t find them. If I was you I wouldn’t go to this doctors office If I could five them 0 stars I would.

Everyone was friendly except I was told I would see a MD not a Physician Assistant. Don't get me wrong she was a lovely lady but none of my concerns were discussed .

I received excellent service from both the doctor and nurse. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and patience.

My mom had fallen and now has a broken shoulder. Went to the ER they sent her home in a sling and to see her primary care doctor- for a referral to see an orthopedic specialist. It happened Wednesday and today is Saturday of course they’re closed and also not open on Monday 6/19. I have left several urgent messages. Totally unacceptable!! Zero stars! Update 6/21/2023: I reached out to the number (which is their main number) that was given in the response from "the owner" and nothing was resolved. No one cares!!

Dr. Eric Alguinaldo is outstanding, he listens and he cares. Staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate transportation.

The wait time to get to the exam room was longer than I expected past my appointment time but my overall experience was good.

My nurse was the best. Made me feel comfortable both times I was there. In fact All the employees were great. Made me feel safe.

I liked the doctor. He was caring and gave me as much time as I needed.

Wasted an hour of my fathers time today because the receptionist gave him the wrong information about establishing care. Why does no one know what they are doing in healthcare these days? He is sickly and it’s a big deal to just make it out of the house in general but to have his time wasted because someone doesn’t communicate the correct info is inexcusable.

I felt seen, heard, and taken seriously. The nurse was thorough and reviewed my medical records meticulously. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was so very pleased with my first visit.

The nurse was so nice and extremely efficient. The doctor was very kind to my daughter, who has special needs. The nurse took her blood pressure with two different machines to get a better reading. I have NEVER had a nurse do that for me or any member of my family. The doctor, nurse and even the receptionists were all top notch.

Nothing great i went for doctors visit and he was off that day not a big fan of nurses because they are not doctors if I know I was going to see nurse I would have cancelled.

Very friendly staff. The doctor spent lots of time to get the right information about my health. One I can trust

Everybody was very friendly and polite staff greeted me with a warm welcome. My Doctor Dr.Matera is always polite and concerned about my Health I love a Doctor that I can talk to about my Health and he answer my questions and concerns He focus on all your Health concerns and discuss them with you with great understanding.

Very attentive and on top of the vaccine and any issues that might arise.

Tammy was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. She solved my problems and as a result, the people who should have called me previously , called. I am very pleased with the service provided.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Oak Street Health. We went to the Clinic on 87th Kedzie not Blue Island. We got our first shot on February 1st and got a return date of March 1st. I HAD SOME FRIENDS WHO WENT OTHER PLACES AND DIDN"T GET A RETURN DATE! They had to go on line a few days later and look for a place to go for a return date when they needed it. They ended up having to go far away from their home to get the second shot! My husband and I thought Oak Street Clinic was very organized. If we need a booster that is where we will be going! THANK YOU OAK STREET HEALTH!

Friendly, clean, well staffed and run facility. There is off street parking but the lot is a bit difficult to access and negotiate. My wait time was short despite the crowd inside. If you need a bat-stew-flu vaccine I recommend this facility without qualification.

Basically like any other visit anywhere else except I love hoIw everyone there went out of the way to be helpful and extremely polite I was treated well I like that . I also like that I had a detailed report from my visit to take home and refer back to. Also appointment to return.

Staff and doctors are very pleasant and helpful when talking with them. Time there seems to move quickly.
