Highly recommend for all things automotive, from maintenance to a new coat of paint. Bob's is the place.

One of the worst shop I dealt with. State Farm recommended bob’s body for estimate. Waited month and half for it. They said it take 15 min to do. They Don’t take the car inside shop. Just picture while car park outside less than a minute. When get estimates from State Farm was cheap like the one who did it.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait a few extra days due to the wrong part being ordered - but I wanted to leave a review about all the small details that really made a difference with this place. I was badly rear ended and had to essentially have my whole trunk replaced. Not only does everything look brand new (and is perfectly functional) - they took the time to fill my leaky tire(s), my wiper fluid, and wipe/clean the inside AND outside of my car. I've gone to other shops where they do the bare minimum and wouldn't complain about that - but it's the little details that have left an impression on me. They were also communicative & accommodating when I couldn't make it to the shop before closing to pick up my car. Would recommend!

Bob’s Auto Body Shop is EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY! We have 4 vehicles and other dealerships told us work was needed and It actually did NOT require any work !! My old neighbor told me about these guys. So i tried them to replace my alternator. The job was done in a timely manner. The price was less then what the other places quoted me and they already had solid reviews. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. I will be back to these guys again. I RECOMMEND!!!!!

Amazing. We got rear-ended and had to go through someone else's insurance. I have never been through this process before and was super overwhelmed and confused. I am so happy to have found Bob's Auto! They explained everything to me, helped with the rental car, fixed our car quick. It looks great! I believe they even gave it a wash and vacuum! I started using Bobs Auto 21 years ago when I first moved to the southside of Chicago. Bobs Auto has done expert autobody repairs to my vehicles paying special detail and attention to every facet of repairing a car and looking like it has never been in an accident. I’ve also used Bobs Auto for tuneups and engine work and I’ve always had my car repaired on time and with top quality workmanship. They do auto dealer repairs without the auto dealer prices. I continue to use Bobs Auto and have referred many many clients to Bobs as well. My feedback from those clients is have always been happy and impressed with the quality of work done at this business. The staff are friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you with any problems you may have with insurance. All the staff including the office staff know exactly what they’re doing and are so professional. I recommend this business to anyone whether they need major autobody work to minor repairs.

The team at Bob’s Auto in FANTASTIC!!!! They have been in the Blue Island area for over 50 years. My daughter hit a deer and my car had substantial damage. Sent photos to Bob and his team of technicians. Paint match was prefect. Could not even tell the car was in an accident. Very professional. Very clean. Very fast! You have to love small businesses. As the owner of a growing business with a fleet of vehicles. It is important to have a repair show like bob's. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I love the staff there you can set up with them and talk for day's. My first encounter with Bob and his team was about 7 years ago. It was great. Bob has also done work on my personal vehicle. every-time I picked up one of my vehicles it was like off a TV show. I was greeted by the staff and show my vehicle before I had to pay. Bob's auto has done everything from painting, bodywork, brakes, customization of my interior and more. As a business owner. He is the only shop. I will let work on my personal and professional vehicles. Hell , sometime when I'm in the area, I just stop by and talk with the staff for hours like I work there. Lol I have also purchase three vehicles from Bob's auto for my staff. Bob's auto is Five Star.

Just had my car repaired here after an auto accident. Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful from beginning to end with updates. The body work looked great and my car was brand new. I highly recommend this place for your auto/body shop needs. Will def be back.

The workmanship has always been top notch. Front service "in my opinion" was better when I first used them years ago (2 women). They are growing but to me some of the interactions out front are more like we are social media ....just look past that and you will be thoroughly pleased.

First time at Bob’s Auto as it was close to home. Came in due to an Engine Light. The first thing I noticed was the Customer Service, which was nice. The Diagnostic Fee is a bit pricey $115 which I think should be the first thing that is mentioned to the customer. We didn’t find out until afterwards. I then noticed a sign stating $115 for diagnostic. Unfortunately it is a code PO420 which is the catalytic converter. Overall I would recommend coming here just be sure you have the money to pay.

I unfortunately have had several car "situations" over the last year and half that required a significant amount of body repair. My neighbor recommended Bob's Auto Body & Repair when I had my first issue and I won't be able ever thank him enough. I've now had 4 different fairly major (each over 4K in repairs) body work done in the last 18 months by Bob's Auto Body. Bob and his staff have been incredible. It started with a very open and transparent estimate process with a clear expectation on how long it would take for each repair. Bob and his staff were 100% dead on on the estimate and the timing (they always ended up finishing a day or 2 faster then the estimate) and the work was incredible. Each time my car looked as good (or in most cases) better then the day I bought it!! I'd recommend Bob and his team for anyone who unfortunately ends up needing body work on their car!! Sean
