United Motel Lansing

Hotel Motel Lodge

😠 Have been living here on and off several years. Never had a problem with the staff or rooms. They are affordable and clean for the most part. Until this year I have heard children screaming in damn near every time I have been there. I mean begging for they life. People often mention room, rooms, clean, time,

I don't dislike this place, it's not the fanciest at all, but smoking rooms and not a hassle to get the room makes this place so damn convenient. I made my daughter here in 2017, lol, true story. Service can be good or bad, depends on the day and desk worker. Overall it's alright though. I come here often still to just get some privacy, and it does the job. Overall, it's aight. Edit: I haven't seen a roach in this motel since 2018 almost, not sure where the roach reviews are coming from. Did see some in the Red Roof though.

Rooms were not up to standards. Found pubic hair on our sheets. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The water marks left behind told the tale. With more time put into the cleaning of their rooms, it would have been a decent motel. Because of the level of cleanliness we will not be returning.

I keep coming back. It's cheap and easy. Nothing special the rooms can be a little dirty. I bring my own everything. But I like the area it's quite the rooms low quality but it's sufficient. I like the front desk people... All of them I think. They are quick kind and helpful.

Had to check in due to time and scheduling conflicts. Front desk service was polite, and made sure that everything was in place. The room is pretty cheap for a night: $50 with a queen bed. It was also clean, no frills, bed was comfortable. Check out was pretty easy as well. I'll consider going back when I'm in town.

The staff are great! The rooms are usually pretty clean and at a very fair rate as well. This establishment offers smoking rooms at no extra charge. All rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave which is very convenient. There's also free coffee available in the lobby during the A.M. hours. There's an outdoor pool that is usually up and running during the summer months that doesn't get packed and almost always holds a very comfortable temperature.

I stayed here due to no vacancy in the places nearby, and was happy to have a room anywhere. If you have any sort of standards, I wouldn't recommend this place. It was dirty, noisy, there was burn holes in the sheets, and I spotted a hair on one of the "clean" towels (short and curly, possibly pubic). On the plus side, I didn't see any bedbugs or roaches.

I like it but the cleaning services are just yuck. For them to not have a working pool or breakfast anymore I don't think the price should be the same. The area is yucky nothing really convenient around it. I clean my own room way better but it's so so.

I've been coming here on and off for years. At one point I stayed a few months at a time. It's reasonably priced and right by the E-Way. Smoking rooms available. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so it was helpful for me at the time because I didn't have a vehicle. Housekeeping drops by every morning to offer clean linen and toiletries. Front desk staff are great people. I stayed alone and never had any safety issues. I think it's a decent hotel.

Rented a room sat nite the room we were in was missing power on 1 wall moved to another room , then had issues with key card .had to exchange them around 10 times.. I figure door lock was bad. Then sunday flat screen tv quit working .and I had to get it exchanged , then microwave was missing round glass for turntable .that showed up by 2nd maintenance guy .then Sunday had to swap out key cards again .so I checked out 1 day early and got $$back .I think front desk did okay with my calls .did strip bed for housekeeper & found 2 burn holes in mattress pad

I personally had an amazing time at the United Way hotel. That's where my husband and I had a blast learning more about each other and falling harder in love.

General large number of rooms full up. We paid 65.00 including tax for a king size room.

Its real decent especially for the price I wouldn't complain other than the drunk deaf couple next door doing grown people things all night with sound effects that sounded like that of something I just can't explain it gave me a head achey pain in my back and made me shyt on myself twice! Other than that it's nice!
