I worked with Sleep Expert “Rick” at this showroom and although the prices on the bed I initially chose was out of my budget he was very helpful in assisting me in finding a comparable bed, delivery and set-up schedule to fit my needs and budget. I would recommend them but just be wary of the store prices which are very expensive.

Thalassa was very knowledgeable about Tempur product and had no trouble getting me my best night’s sleep. I’ve had several shoulder surgeries and as a side sleeper, I’ve struggled to get a good night’s rest. Thalassa put me on the ProBreeze and it was all over. I have had a very hard time finding a specific size waterproof mattress. Even though Mattress Firm could not provide me with that item I did find a box spring to put my mattress on. Chris the sales person was very helpful and courtesy even researching possibilities for me. He pointed me towards a company that filled my need. I certainly would return for any future mattress purchase I might need. My granddaughter had recommended the store, she as well was very satisfied with her purchase as well. we've been through countless mattresses throughout the years and have never had a great experience in the mattress or the service. what a GREAT surprise to find the BEST of BOTH in Thalassa at Mattress Firm in Homewood and the product she suggested for us! in the past we bit the bullet and spent almost 2k on our last mattress believing you get what you pay for.... that wasn't the case. we ended up disappointed and miserable. after suffering for a couple of years the search for a new one began and we ended up at talking with Thalassa at Mattress Firm. she suggested a Tulo foam mattress. the price made us hesitate - because it was a bit less expensive than what we expected - but we went for it. it's been four months and we couldn't be happier. if it weren't for thalassa being so helpful and sincere we wouldn't have followed through with the purchase. she was so fabulous throughout the entire process that we will never go anywhere else for our mattresses - and today we have two more coming and referred my parents who are also getting one. i referred friends who purchased a stearns and foster and were thrilled with Thalassa, her guidance and their mattress. other friends had a similar experience. so - as someone who's now purchased four mattresses from Thalassa at this store - and referred two friends who had great experiences - i give it 5 stars and tell anyone wondering who they can trust: you won't go wrong if you go with this store and have Thalassa help you out! happy sleep!
