The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

Bait and switch!! Advertise one price to me and others, and then asked for much more after arrival. The hotel advertised one room and one price, but not till an hour before checking they sent an email NOT a call, that there was a "mistake" and I would have to pay at least 8x!!! the price for an even lesser room. Because they didn't say this on the phone, I didn't find this out till after I paid an expensive taxi from the airport, when I would have happily taken another hotel closer to the airport if not for the fake price advertised. Then they had me wait for over two hours, while the manager never came out and spoke. Very unhappy and shady operation, in a odd and difficult to find location.

Came to my room and the bed covering looked like they haven’t been washed in months. Their was hair and crumbs all over them. We called reception to let them know, and they were very rude about it. They did end up changing the covers for us. But I would not choose this hotel for my next stay. Very happy I’m staying for one night only.

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

Great Hotel to discover the nice city of Lviv in the western part of Ukraine. Clean rooms and nice friendly personel. Rooms with airco and good facilities. Recommendable in all the way.

Good place to stay for a few days. Clean rooms. A little far from centre. Breakfast included but horrible 🤷🏻‍♀️. Pets are allowed on request but they charge too much.

Great and very cheap place to stay with national Ukrainian coloring, but location a little bit far from the city centre

Nice rooms. Staff speak english and is nice. No restaurants nearby, just living area highhouses.
