I would like to give 5 star to this Burger king. They provide best service and foods in the Mumbai city. A good quality Burger they serve. Buns of the Burger is vert testy and fresh all time than other restaurants. Area and interior,siting arrangements are very flexible. Staff is very familiar and friendly. Keema wrape is very delicious of this place.

The Shop Had flies all around. Even though we were there at 12 30 am it, there was healthy amount of customers yet the cleaning was nowhere to be seen. The tables were not cleared after people had eaten, there was water leakage near counter and the flies were the worst part. Just because it is raining is not a valid reason for letting flies be all over the place. Burger king needs to step up its game otherwise McDonalds will eat it alive. I've never seen such carelessness at McDonalds.

This is a really great outlet. I tried the veg and mutton boss whopper. Surprisingly, the veg whopper was juicy where as the mutton whopper patty felt dry. This is not the problem of the outlet, rather something to do with the recipe cause all the meat patties feel kinda dry. Would love if you could fix this problem. And please try to make the cheesy fries look more appealing 😅

the restaurant didn't send an item (whooper) from the total order and when I called them to complaint they heard my complaint and cut the phone and didn't receive when I called again because they didn't want to answer me. worst attitude by restaurant. thanks to Zomato through which I got my refund after I write in Zomato chat.

Good pleasant place.. Menu's are good and pocket friendly options are available. We have tried new burgers , softy and cold coffee today. Just a suggestion: Cold coffee must be strong and less ice.. today it was just an ice drink..

Visited this place and came across very adamant, non-polite customer representative - Poonam Singh. First she was not taking any order offline and asked to order online only, which was time consuming for us. Secondly, after online order she informed to wait upstairs & we were waiting there for 20 minutes and no food delivery arrived. We went to enquire about the same and that moment she said your delivery is ready since 15 minutes and you would have come to pickup the delivery. Expecting better communication.

There is enough space for dine in at burger king. Taste is nice. Dine facility available on ground floor as well as first floor. You have to all the way got first floor by steps for dine and washroom facility. There are two counters for the order. Veg and non veg burgers and coffee available. There are enough Manu in display.

Very nice and spacious. Burgers are good Entire Menu is good. Sitting at Burger King You can book online from their app from ' in dine ' options and you get lot off offers Only thing is there are lot of mosquitoes in the Seating area. So this should be sorted out.

Nice Taste better service and fast service. Lots of optional varieties. More space and also nice for Children's enjoyment.

I have been ordering fries and veggie sticks alternate days from past months but i ordered paneer roll which was new back then few months ago soo everything seemed good but suddenly i noticed a long hair in it, i was disappointed as H and then i informed it to BK but i got no responce but anyways at that time i thought they are also humans but today i ordered 6 chicken wings and in one chicken wings i saw a medium sized curly hair attached to it :) I am disappointed af with this outlet. I strongly advice you to check every bite. Please do Avoid this outlet rather go to McD which is besides it... M a daily customer to bk but never experienced this issue this is a1st time happening as I always order online from app and take dine in but there is no special option for no 🧅 onions an therefore I wrote it in special instructions so always they gave me but this time a girl staff was arguing about it I showed her I have already written no onions so she given back the same burger with removing onions by hands as m allergic or don’t wanted onions so you should give a new burger and hence there was not much crowd also , didn’t like this behaviour 😐

I think it's not aircondioned or they have switched off air conditioning. It's too hot to sit here. Food quanlity is good. But service of the resto is also questionable. Really bad service even after asking about a/c they haven't nudged a bit. Cleanliness is good. But for rest of the things I will vote down this burger king

Visited almost 5 times this year . This is our first priority to go on every occasion be it birthday , anniversary. Quite professional staff but at the same time down to earth . The great thing is it's location. Every corner of the city is accessible from here . The quality of product is improving day by day and so is the price but it's quite affordable as their products range from 50/- as well . But to know more you should taste non-veg whopper once . I bet you no one serves it as delicious as they do 😋 .Also a smoothie is a must try option

Burger King serves the ultimate when it comes to Whoppers. They're tasty and definitely value for money. There is a huge range of burgers available for each range along with drinks and combos. They also serve ice cream, shakes, cocktails, onion rings, chicken and veg fingers, etc. The burgers are freshly made and taste good. My favorites are crispy veg and whopper depending on how hungry I am. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have some offers also from time to time. The price range is also very decent. Overall, a good place to enjoy some delicious burgers. Highly recommended.

Very pathetic service. When complained about quality of burger, assistant restaurant manager Tiwari, said it will be served like this only. If you want to eat, you can eat or go. Mr Tiwari was very rude person. Don't recommend this place to anyone in Kalyan.

Please tell them in advance to give the food fresh and even after telling them this, they would give you stale food. This is not a one time experience it has occurred to me for the last 3-4times. The taste was the reason I kept visiting again and again but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. And they would keep the air-conditioning off for some reason and even after repeatedly telling them to turn on the AC they wont.

Burger King is my 2 nd choice for burger. Delicious😋.

I visited the Burger King kalyan outlet several times and every time it was same experience of good taste and variety of different tastes of burgers, very delicious cold coffee and chocolate thick shakes far better than McDonald’s. But still one think is same, very poor management. The kalyan outlet management is actually spoiling everything that Burger King has to offer. Every time I go, almost tables are unattended and uncleaned. 1st floor AC is always either off or not working, no sweepers/cleaners present to attend tables quickly, the person take orders either they give wrong sides, dips or sometimes we have to ask them that one of the item is missing in tray. It’s not there mistake as all customers ask them where is sweeper and why AC is not working and they have to take orders and also find for the sweeper/cleaner. It’s not once but always the same story. If the management will improve they will have more customers than McDonald’s. McDonald’s is serving same menu for long time but management and ability to attend huge demand is far better than burgerking which struggling here to attend even 3-4 customers at same time.

Don't order from them. I ordered from Burger King app got my order after 1 hour 45 mins. I called the restaurant 40 times they did not even had the audacity to pick up the calls.

Worst service. Due to small rains delivery was not available so we decided to go there. But after taking the order the manager said you can't eat in a restaurant, I'll give this order as take away. They didn't pack Burgers in standard berger boxes but were given in paper pockets. Also they didn't give me a big paper bag so I had to hold 3 burgers in two hands. It was a very very bad experience. Please avoid going here. Better to go to neighbour McD which is far superior in service.

I visited Khadakpada Kalyan west branch. Ambiance and location is excellent. Taste was good 👍 Service was quiet slow. Need improvement.

Spacious place to enjoy snakes and meals. The staff at the counter is also decent and Sujjest you meal plans . The serving is fast . The place is hygenic. Decent and trendy crowd . Parking space is problem . If you have four wheeler then you will be lucky to get a parking slot on road side .

One of the few places where you can hang out with friends but be sure to take enough money coz they are gonna charge you more even after you take a meal. Just go through the bill once you have ordered. The music is too loud and AC is a myth here. Also, there is parking issue here. Enjoy!

So there was something app issue and they forgot to deliver the fries we didnt knew about it as I ordered for someone else they called on their own and delivered the fries at mid night 12 bigg kuddos to themm

AC was not there upstairs also we didn't get enough tissue .. We had to tell them give us straw for cooke .. But the taste was awesome I would prefer everyone To go and have a combo pack

I ordered the whopper burger, coke, french fries and ice cream. It's quite good. And the ambience is fine. But the french fries were hard, also less salt, they can do better
