yoga
studio
this
week
on
Monday,
and
it's
been
only
5
days
I
am
doing
yoga,
and
I
can
already
see
a
tremendous
difference
in
my
sleeping
pattern,
it
definitely
helps
you
sleep
better.
They
conduct
all
kinds
of
yogasanas,
which
are
both
strengthening
and
relaxing.
Meditation
is
a
part
of
every
session
which
is
like
a
cherry
on
the
top
of
this
beautiful
multilayer
cake!
I
recommend
yoga
to
all
age
groups
and
Veda's
yoga
particularly.
Gotta
stay
fit
in
this
lifetime!

MONTHS
YOGA
SUBSCRIPTION.
Although
the
Yoga
conducted
by
the
trainers
is
very
helpful
and
interesting,
BUT
they
also
conduct
Sports
Day
(Kho
Kho,
Kabaddi),
Dance
sessions,
Nature
Walk
on
some
weekends,
on
other
weekends
they
take
Zumba,
&
during
hindu
festivals
they
conduct
Garba,
Lezim
Dance,
and
celebrate
festivals
like
Kojagiri
Pournima
etc
etc.
None
of
this
is
wrong,
but
none
of
these
is
what
I
paid
for,
there
were
other
people
who
didn't
like
these
sessions
so
they
decided
to
skip
just
like
me.
Isn't
my
time
and
money
wasted
when
I
just
wanted
to
go
Yoga?
Let's
not
feed
people
religious
thoughts
in
the
name
of
spirituality.
So
if
you
are
someone
who
wants
to
do
ONLY
yoga,
then
I
wouldn't
recommend
this
place
for
you.
