Great place for boba tea lovers. I’d recommend their blueberry boba tea with caramel lotus or strawberry syrup toppings. Their prices are also very affordable and they sell the boba pearls for those who would rather make their own boba at home. It’s not a great place to hangout as it is a shack but there’s a restaurant on the property that sells amazing food so you can check that place out whiles getting your boba tea.

Very cute spot to come and hangout with friends. It has lots of games and much space to chill! Nevertheless, the bubble tea is mediocre in my opinion. Tapioca was good but the tea itself was a bit different then what I am used to in Asia. Strawberry and Passion Fruit and Taro were not recommended. Coffee flavour and blueberry flavour were recommended by others. Maybe get the smallest size when ordering to see whether you like it or not first. Price is good, space is beautiful, vibe is amazing, bubble tea could be better.

Best place to get your Boba drinks, Chinese noodles and many more. I mean try a change in diet one of these days, you’ll indeed get value for your money! I highly recommend this place, if you need to hangout with friends or family. Fat Josh any day, anytime!!!
