If I could give less than one star I would. My sister in law purchased a washing/dryer a week ago. She went to use it for the first time today, and it is not working. It does not turn on. We called Courts and they sent a technician. The technician was not able to fix it. Their reaction was "oh they will have to send back that whole batch". They took the machine away to try and get it fixed. She called Courts back to request a refund and their response was "there is no refunds but we can give you a store credit". She was never told that there was no refund. Nothing is written on the receipt about the return policy and nothing was said while the sale happened in store. So after we have it in the house and its not working, courts now tells us there is no returns? That is unacceptable. The return policy should always be explained before the purchase is complete so the buyer has the option to opt out or to know that if the appliance stops working that they cannot get their money back. This is highway robbery. We are not talking about a few hundreds of dollars. We are talking over $2000.00. We want our money back! Not only do they have our money but they always have the product that is NOT working.

Poor Customer service Sales representatives seem to not be fully trained hence giving misleading information to customers. I had this experience with one Ursula Lanquedoc
