Beautiful spot near Morne Bruce viewpoint above Roseau! Worth it for the views alone!

Ended up staying 7 days instead of the 3 initially planned because of the great moments of laughter, joy and happiness. Follow your heart and stay longer in this wonderful place. The owner was such a lovely person - without her Top Bar wouldn't be what it is now! She's one of the reasons we stayed longer, and we'll definitely be back.

Best kept secret bar. Local. Small. High above the botanical gardens overlooking the ocean. Amazing view, quiet peaceful atmosphere, cool breeze and cold beer. Highly recommend if want to enjoy the lush views away from the crowds.

Super friendly woman and great view!! All worth the hike & the woman showed us around their house with all the fruit and flower trees! 11/10, deffo visit here for a beer of drink!

Top Bar, the best view of Roseau is waiting for you there! I had the chance to spend 2 months at Corinne’s who runs the bar and has rooms available on Airbnb. Not only do you have a great view of the island at Top Bar, but you also get a wonderful and local experience! If you want to make new local friends, that is the place to go to! Besides, Corinne makes delicious homemade rums as well as unique smoothies you will hardly find somewhere else in Roseau! Corinne is such a great hostess- she is friendly and caring and always does her best to make you happy! She really cares about her customers as individuals and tries to get to know them. She is always glad to give you tips whether you need a place to eat, to shop or simply to advise you on the best spots to see in Dominica! On top of that, she is also a local guide and will be delighted to take you on a great tour! I highly recommend Top Bar as Corinne is a wonderful and multitask lady!
