Price is great, very peaceful, the view is wonderful, it's a place to feel, best pool schedule ever 24 hour access.

Highly recommend. Is directly at a small beach and to the main beach you walk 3 mins. The owners are super friendly. Laundry was fast and with a super fair price.

It was ok, I expected better. The space on the room was acceptable, the cable was really bad(it was not signal to see even the nationals canals), the pool was amazing (I must say it) and the beach not the big deal, about the kitchen's stuff: there was nothing to fire up, I had to go to "colmado" to buy matches. My general opinion about this place: it was just ok, could be better.

My nephew surprised my mother and I with a trip, he has stayed at this place many times. He booked this vacation in November paid in full. Upon arrival, they wanted the extra money for exchange rate difference from November. We got a 2 bedroom, 2 bath room. The bathroom was not clean, with spit marks on the faucet, no running warm water in the shower. 2 nights there was no water. They have 2 dogs on the property. 1 poor pup was left in cage all day with no food and little water. When we left after week, they charged additional money for tax. Pool area was very nice and staff was very friendly, with the exception of the front desk clerk. We will not be staying there again.

great place , no better location with ocean view n pool, wifi fastest i found in the D.R.... neat n clean rooms. Pros: location, security, pool n ocean view, friendly staff cons: a bit tiny rooms....

D’Franchesis Hostal is a piece of heaven facing the Caribbean Sea on Juan Dolio Beach, Dominican Republic. It’s super comfortable and cute, and tranquil. The hosts treat you like royalty and I cannot wait to go back. I’d recommend it 100%!

Kind of hard to find, loved the private beach area. Ground floor rooms have very limited Oceanview.

great place to stay. room size was big, everything was in good shape. staff are super friendly and so easy to talk to. front desk is very helpful. pool area is nice and many places to relax. entry to the beach where you can walk miles either way. overall a great stay and would for sure come back. thanks for having me and making my vacation great.
