Absolutely terrible service! Staff is so slow and bored, nevermind if you tip them or not. Customer service is terrible at whole Lopesan.. the coffee itself is very good, but you have to wait 15-20 minutes for service.

The Coffee is placed at the boulevard of the Loposan hotel. The Menu of the different coffees is good but not extremely full of variety. They also serve diffrent small snacks, sandwich and and a couple of juices. The employees are slow, and it seems like they are ignoring the customers for a couple of minutes before starting there service. The English is not so well spoken. What seems to be a problem of the whole hotel. All in all you can enjoy here a nice coffe in a clean and modern furnished coffee house early in the morning or late at night. The shop is open from 07 am till 01pm.

For the most part the service was great, everybody is friendly and does a great job at making the lattes and other drinks. One of the days we went, we got dairy in our iced latte after we specifically stated we needed soy milk. We told them and they fixed it but if I had been severely allergic it would have been bad. Overall the place, drinks and staff were great! Happy to get great tasting coffee on our vacay with our dietary needs.

Yeana Vazquez from the Bavaro Coffee bar was the most pleasant staff in this entire resort. She was nothing but smiles the entire time, extremely helpful and just an absolute pleasure to have around. In a resort where almost every single staff is either sick of their job or just plainly hates being there, she was a breath of fresh air. An amazing person!! Thank you again Yeana!

Amazing food quality. Many different options of coffee, chocolate and snacks. Best of all it's the great staff there.

Yet another resort cafe completely inaccessible from the beach, and not open to the public unless you're staying in the associated hotel.

If you are going to Lopesan, this is your oasis. Products are the best quality with cookies, sandwiches and beverages better than anywhere else. Service is spectacular and lacks the obvious anxiety for tips in any other locations in the hotel. The reason might be simple: they know they are providing a deserving experience every time you go here. So do not miss this place and the awesome people that work here.

This is one of the best CORTADO I ever had! Delicious coffee. Beautiful place. You simply can not miss this place while staying in Lopesan.

The coffee here tastes really good since the drinks are all made with a portafilter machine. The place is open from 7am-1am and offers a wide range of different coffee specialties, fresh juices and some snacks throughout the day. The staff could be a little more “ambitious” but I guess that’s part of the experience. ;) The interior is very modern but also outside are relaxing sitting areas.
