We’ve been going to Punta Cana for the past 9 years. Our first booking was done with Liz’s condo at Turquesa Beach Club in Punta Cana. We found the condo to be clean and nicely appointed. Liz checked with us throughout our stay, making sure everything was okay. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another stay for the following year. Then another etc. We eventually purchased our own condo and asked Liz to be our manager because we saw the pride she had in her work when we were her customer and wanted our guests to have the same comfortable feeling we had experienced. We highly recommend Liz.

"I’ll start with the hostess and property manager Liz. She is outstanding. Communication before (I had a lot of questions), during (she was quick to assist) and after our trip was always prompt, informative and delivered with a smile…even through text! If you don’t rent a car, which I don’t think is necessary, Liz can arrange transport to/from airport. Our driver, Freddy was polite, on time and a careful driver. He took us to Jumbo, large grocery, on our first day. After that, Ciccolella, located across the street from Playa Turquesa, served our needs well. The condo was as described if not better. The location and view were fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Towels, soap, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. The place was clean and well appointed. When not on the beach we were lounging by the pool or on the balcony. The complex is clean, quiet, gated with security. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. Plan to have lunch at the beach bar… great fish tacos and tasty vacation drinks. Our first time to DR was terrific. The condo was perfect for our group. Liz made it easy. Thank you Liz. I've been working with Liz at Punta Cana Beach Rentals for several years and have always enjoyed a great experience. She is very professional and goes above and beyond with her customer service. It's always hassle free and no surprises. I typically stay multiple times a year and have been pleased every time although if I wasn't I'm completely confident she would take care of it. I would certainly recommend her without a second thought and in fact I do all the time.

Beautiful resort like property , we always stay at 5 star properties and I would give this a definite 6 star! The condo has everything you could possibly need, it’s clean bright and very comfortable. The property manager “Liz” is a gem, and will bend over backwards to accommodate your wishes (within reason!!!) . I highly recommend (and I’m a fussy Karen!)

Finally found a place our family feels like being at home. Great accommodations and family friendly. Beach and pools are well maintained and there is 24 hr security. Restaurants, bars, markets, shopping, tours, all nearby. Another plus is that is not far from airport. We found our happy place.

Enjoyed our month long stay at Punta Cana Beach Rental. We had a fabulous condo with incredible sunrises each morning, long walks on the white sand beach and delicious fresh lobster from a local fisherman. Liz was there to welcome us on our arrival and let us know the general layout for local options of groceries, restaurants and dive shops. She was attentive to all our questions throughout our stay. We started renting from Liz at Punta Cana Beach Rentals in 2013 and have went back several times since then. Liz goes out of her way by answering any questions, making sure we are informed, arranging transportation, etc. The location of these condos are perfect and several dining options are available in walking distance. To truly experience the beauty of Punta Cana, renting from Liz will give you an experience to meet locals and make connections which will make you want to go back many times.

We recently rented a condo in Playa Turquoise. We have stayed in multiple condos in different locations throughout DR and within Punta Cana over the years. Our stay in Playa Turquoise was great. Liz is the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed and comfortable during your stay. I can’t say enough. Very professional and organized! Having recently stayed at this wonderful place with a great view of the ocean & all the comforts of home. I can't recommend this place enough. Liz is an outstanding resource. She offers very timely response & great recommendations whether it's your first time to Punta Cana, or you have been down many times before. Skip the all-inclusive scene immerse yourselves in the local scene. From Liz apartment it is less than a 4 minute leisurely stroll to the beach where you can enjoy Toc's beach bar! There are plenty of testing locations to get your negative Covid test report to return to your country of origin. You will not regret coming down and booking with Liz!
