Used to be the best chipper in Dublin but the last three orders have been awful. Undercooked, soggy food. Not sure what has happened to change the quality but I hope it goes back to what it once was

Ordered online through their app, 100 minutes in and still no order. I rang the chipper 4 times, 3 times rang out , once they picked up and hung up. They still did mange to take the funds at the original time of purchase. Now I don’t know if my order will come or if I should order elsewhere. 3 tired young kids all ready for bed with no food. Incredibly frustrating.update.. Food excellent

Ordered Fish and chips for delivery. There was just 5 chips with my fish 🤔 Scampi not to tasty. Potato cake not enough salt in it. We enjoyed chips with garlic and cheese... overall I will never order from this takeaway again.

I got this place her was a small snack, just a small bag of nuggets and some chips, the chips where amazing, same as the nuggets, it is exactly how a chipper should be , the staff where not great, but the food was good, I said to myself "who would pay 3:50 for chips?!?" Well, I did and it was massive and worth it, wasent out of a deli counter cold and oldz it was made there and I respect that

The food is great and reasonably priced. However on the last 2 occasions I was picking up an order a number of staff were not properly wearing masks (noses exposed) and 1 guy wasn't wearing a mask at all. This is wholly unacceptable particularly in an establishment serving food. I will not be visiting again until Covid is over which is a shame because as I said the food is good.

I heard alot of good things about this place. Extremely disappointing. I ordered a kebab wrap very bad. Some chips cooked others like bricks. It's a no from me

I left a review on Wednesday night that has been taken down…. Very shady. Nice to see how Borzas treat loyal customers. My previous review detailed my latest experience with borzas which wasn’t up to scratch. I ordered a pizza and they got it incorrect and when I called to complain they told me it was my fault. Quite disappointing as I’ve been eating here for years hope this can be resolved.

We waited an hour for our order on a thursday night, expecting it not to be busy. We were understanding about the delay but it was when I was eating my chips there was an actual rock in my chip. It hurt my tooth but luckily i realised before it broke my tooth. This is disgraceful and unacceptable coming from a well known chipper ive been ordering from them for a couple years. Im now turned off from ordering again…

Ordered food at 7 o clock. Rang them at 8 to check where it was and the young lad working their said he'd call driver . Didn't get a call back so rang again 20 mins later to cancel . Guy calls back with his manager at half 8 to ask whether or not I want the food still I said il take once I get the refund and he said ok. Then chnaged his mind suddenly (manager in his ear by the sound of it ) and said to send it back. So they took back food 1hr and half after it was ordered to throw in the bin ? Pretty disappointing service all around.

1hr and a half waiting wrong food and cold never again..refund..how do u know what my order woz and who I am...?????I can smell the b......t...I never give you any buusniess again.. I never received any refund because you don't know my order number or my address. The weather does not stop you from getting an order right

The worst chicken fillet burger I've ever tasted. Something was very off, the smell was rancid, cant believe I took two bites.

Very disappointed !!! Got a chicken burger and a chicken kebab meal .......the chicken burger was awful i dunno what quality meat they use but it was really rubbery ..like really bad two bites and i chucked it !!!! The kebab was decent was a breaded chicken but after 2/3 bites just exploded over the plate waaay to much sauce (was ok taste wise) chips were good but they brought 1 outta 2 milkshakes!! Overall very disappointed ..i went with their online rating but i felt it didnt reflect what i got maybe i was unlucky !!!

Chicken and chips are well worth a go. Best in D18

Blown away by this chipper,the food is 5star,we ordered fish and chips (spice burger..I never usually finish a take away but I couldn’t get enough of this delicious food Thank you for the fabulous take we will be back for more soon

Always good never disappoints! Very generous portion size! The Best Chipper by far in my opinion. Staff obliging nothing too much trouble.if ur looking for items to be wrapped separately etc.

Tasty, fresh chips and garlic sauce! We've come here a few times late at night after skiing lessons in Kilternan and there is no better way to warm up!

Have to say the best chipper ever iv never once had a bad thing to say and I’m a very good customer there. Food is always on time and fresh and hot delivery service amazing definitely 5 stars from me well done to all in borzas

Excellent chips....probably the best in the area. Their cod is tasty and even their kebabs are good. Usually chippers get one or two things right and the rest is a soggy mess, but Borzas (thankfully) doesn't suffer from that. You won't be disappointed!
