Please if you want your hair do not come to this place😭 my hair start falling out immediatly after there so called "treatment" and now even weeks later is still not the same 😭 Replying to your reply. You know exactly who I am. Don't pretend you don't remember just because I left a review you guys apologised to me and gave me a drink of water when I was crying but the apology is not good enough my hair will never be the same again!!!!!

Very very very rude. Made my 11 year old cry because she said it was hurting her when brushing her hair. They told her they were too bisy and had no choice to brush it fast😡 v bad customer service

I rang last minute for an appointment and they fit me in. Service was great & staff very friendly. I have a full head of extra long extensions and they went above and beyond to make my hair look amazing! Great experience, will be back!

Storm were able to facilitate a last minute up-style on a Saturday. Delighted with result and lasted all day and well into the night! Would recommend!

Nicola has been doing my hair for years and because of this I have been lazy about reviewing- my bad! She always does a fab blow dry and my colour is always as I want it - she listens. I am commenting on my most recent hair cut though - it is just brilliant. I hate getting my hair cut as it always takes a while to settle. Nicola is well aware of this! My new cut has been sitting beautifully and the layering around the fringe is lovely. Again she really listened and took the time to cut and recut and the result is lovely - thanks Nicola.

I came to Lisa in dire straits after a highlighting disaster from another salon. She was just lovely and couldn't have been more supportive. She was very honest with me, telling me it could not be fixed in one sitting, managing my expectations and letting me know what needed to be done every step of the way. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome after just one appointment. I could not be more impressed with this salon. The staff are very professional, down to earth and extremely talented. I would not hesitate in recommending Lisa and her team to anyone. 5 stars!
