Thanks a million, to Dr Murphy and all the staff at Vevay. I feel so, so much better since I got that filling out. I didn't realize until it was gone, but since I got that filling several years ago I was in a state of constant brain fog. Also recently it cracked and I was developing a thyroid problem and getting worse and more symptoms of mercury poisoning. Best trip to the dentist ever and Dr Murphy has over 20 years experience focusing on amalgam consultations, removal and composite replacement. he's probably the most experienced dentist at this in Ireland, too, since Vevay seem to mostly do this, the first EU country to ban them was 20 years ago (when Dr Murphy obviously read the studies and stopped doing them himself) and Ireland remains the only EU country that hasn't banned them. My quality of life has gone up a lot and I feel great, so thank you very much.

Excellent dentist. I have been a patient for 2 years now after having lots of bad dentist experiences at other places. Dr. Patel was very passionate about his work! Dr. Wolfe is the new dentist and he is also great, very gentle and conscious to not cause pain. The dental nurses are unbelievably friendly and so helpful. So glad I found this place.

I’m sure it’s a great dentist practice but my experience wasn’t great. I went for a PRSI clean and exam, dentist cleaned for about 2 minutes then told me I’d need an X ray and four sessions with a dental hygienist plus another procedure for a filling . I didn’t really think anything of this as they know best and I’m not a dentist. I went to my usual dentist for the same clean and exam and he cleaned all my bottom teeth in one session and I only need one more session for the top row. They also didn’t need an X-ray. It really is criminal taking advantage of customers like this. Will never go again nor recommend this place again

Extremely friendly staff & very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who may be a bit nervous about attending the dentist. I was completely at ease throughout my entire treatment over the past year with Dr. Murphy. I felt very well looked after by all of the staff & I'm sure that will remain the case when I return for check ups in the future. I had my teeth straightened & the difference is absolutely amazing! I'm no longer self conscious when I smile! Thanks to all of the staff at Vevay Dental :)

Reception staff very friendly. Dentist not very pleasant, got impatient with me as she kept finding sensitive areas of my teeth which resulted in taking breaks. I left mid way through treatment due to her impatience. On arriving home I find myself with one filling missing. Not a very holistic experience.

I highly recommend Vevay Dental and Dr Murphy. I've had two very good experiences getting treatment from him. He is gentle and kind and I felt at ease, which I find difficult, as I get anxious going to the dentist. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth and what he planned to do. I had no discomfort or pain during or after the treatment. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

I highly recommend The Vevay Dental clinic. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. In the past I was extremely anxious and nervous when visiting a dentist. The atmosphere in Dr.John Murphy's surgery is calm and soothing. He puts the patient at ease and explains the procedure clearly and simply. Health and safety are at all times a priority. A definite 5 star recommendation.

I had my amalgam fillings replaced by Dr. John Murphy. It was a delight to be under his care. He is a kind, caring and extremely professional dentist. I feel so much better without the amalgam. He fixed my bite and my mouth doesn't even feel like I have fillings any more. He uses the latest technology in safe amalgam removal. We are so lucky to have a dentist so dedicated to making a difference in the lives and health of Irish people. He and his team are great to deal with and are all about being in service to others. He makes it all easy, pain-free and affordable. Thank you Vevay for doing such a wonderful job!!

So delighted to have found this place, Dr Murphy and his staff are so kind and caring. If you're concerned about mercury toxicity, this is the place to go - Dr Murphy has a mercury vapour meter and can actually test the level of mercury vapour in your mouth, so no more debate about whether mercury fillings are toxic, Dr Murphy proves it every single day. He's incredibly thorough, explains everything, and gives you plenty of breaks to rinse. I also saw Dr Anca, who was so speedy replacing my fillings. The best thing was it didn't cost a fortune, they managed to find a way to replace multiple fillings at a very reasonable cost, without resorting to lots of crowns. Thank you Vevay!

Wonderful to find such a trustworthy, expert dentist like Dr John Murphy who provides excellent holistic dental services in a calm, down to earth manner. Super hygienist & lovely reception staff also. Highly recommend!
