The place is clean, neat and up-to-date. Starting from the Receptionist she was so smiling gave me very special nice welcome 🙏 then the assistant came to take me from downstairs to the DR Wei Shyan Tan. The Doctor explained everything step by step advantages and disadvantages of all options then l choose want l want. She makes sure that everything was perfect and removed my tooth without any pain. I was nervous since it was my first time but with those 4 ladies on duty it was like l am taking a cup of Latte that was great. Very quick, simple, affordable and above all RESPECT AND LOVE ❤️ 😍 I REALLY DO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE AT ANYTIME WITH JOY 😊 BECAUSE YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO PAY YOUR BILL AFTER THIS SPECIAL TREATMENT OF KINGS 🤴 AND QUEENS 👸

I never had any great experience with dentists, so I was terrified even knowing that nothing bad will happen. But the service that I received made everything go smooth, from reception where I was welcomed with a big smile, much help and politeness, an amazing washroom, where there was a packaged toothbrush waiting for me, to LAURA the Dentist which was just amazing, I couldn't ask for someone better, she solve my problem in minutes she worked with care and understanding. Great experience, very friendly staff always with a smile. I got my teeth done by Laura all cleaning and 2 wisdom tooth removed and will definitely come back to her again. She went through step by step with me what needs to be done and what is she going to do. I had a great experience on my two visits here recently. I went for a scale and polish but knew I might need some fillings as I'd left it so long since my last trip to the dentist. This is definitely the best dental visit I've had. I hate going to the dentist (who doesn't!) but the whole process with Truly is made so relaxed. From the waiting room, receptionist, dental nurse and the dentist himself, Dr. Michael, who was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. It was a very positive experience. He put me at ease right away by showing me my x-ray and showing where I had some issues. I've found my new dental surgery for sure.

I went to D2 Dental for a second opinion after a dentist recommended a pricey treatment I wasn’t sure if I needed. The reception staff were super helpful and efficient when I sent over my X-rays from my original dentist. Wei Shyan was my dentist, she went through all my options, what they would cost and likelihood of success for each option. The treatment I ended up getting worked perfectly and was affordable. She was patient, kind, professional and just generally sound! Can’t thank her enough and will certainly be going back to this dentist for all future my checkups and treatment.

I went for my wisdom tooth extraction and Doctor Laura and Maria were truly amazing. I'm an anxious patient and they made me feel really at ease. The extraction was painless and quick. Cant recommended enough, will be back for my future treatments.

I have had such a great experience here at Truly Dental on Baggot Street. I have been going here since I was young and have always gotten brilliant advice, great treatment and a warm welcome. The original practice (D2 Dental) has recently gotten a rebrand into truly dental but everything has remained as professional as it ever was. Over the past month, I have had to come in for some light work such as fillings, x-rays, and the adjustment of a bite. Vincent at reception was really welcoming and Doctor Shyan and her assistant Maria could not have been any more professional. Very satisfied with the experience at Truly Dental and would recommend to anyone else in this part of town who wants a swift, effective, and comfortable treatment. They even have a television in the operating room which makes it easy to nod off to while your work is getting done. All in all, 5-Stars !

I had my first wisdom tooth removal with Laura. I was so nervous but she explained everything to me so well and it did not hurt as I was expecting. I was told for years how complicated it would be to have mine removed but she had it done in minutes. She made sure I was total numb and comfortable before going ahead. Recovery was also not as bad as I was expecting. I would highly recommend Laura and will be back to her in future. All of the staff were lovely and Vincent at the desk was very helpful in giving me forms for claiming costs back with revenue. Thanks to all.

Was nervous coming into the dentist today, however Dr Wei Shyan was nice and addressed all my concerns. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session. I would definitely come back for future treatment. Very modern dental practice as well!
