We had a great stay here in November '23. The location is very central, about 10 min walking to Temple Bar area and 5 min to Trinity College. The studio we got was perfect for 2 people. Super modern building/room, and the bed was very cozy (quiet at night too). We had a very functional kitchenette and a Nespresso machine. This is more of an apartment-like stay which we really appreciated, but the staff was super friendly if we were to need something. We felt that we got a really great value with this place considering how modern and centrally located it was.

We stayed here last night and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with a hotel. The accessible room and bathroom was huge, way bigger than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at leaving plenty of room to move around. The kitchenette was so handy, came with everything we needed and the countertop was even lowered and had a cut out under the sink for wheelchair access. We managed to get our parking and breakfast as part of the booking which saved us so much hassle in sorting it ourselves. I’ll definitely be using this company more often since they have so many destinations to choose from, 10/10!!

Really good location, not too far away but also not right in the middle.of all the hustle and bustle. Service was brilliant all the staff were friendly especially the lady on the front desk that had the plaits in her hair (didn't get her name) she asked us on our last day if we had anything planned and did we need any recommendations for places to eat for breakfast. You were always greeted with a smile and a hello every time you walked back into the building. The whole place was spotless. Rooms, hallways, communal seating areas, even the lifts were spotless. Although we didn't use it they have a gym, and serve a buffet breakfast which did look really nice. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this place to anybody who wants a no frills stay in Dublin.

Second time staying here this year. Very clean, and lovely staff. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. Coffee machine and everything. The pizza is very good too. Great location if you're going to any gigs in Marley park etc. You can get a shuttle bus from Custom House Quay which is literally a 3 minute walk from this hotel.

Friendly staff and decent room. Breakfast was good. Nice options. You need to pay for breakfast separately and it is only possible by card as they do not put it on the room. Overall a very nice place to stay. The gym was clean and despite the limited space, it had a surprising amount of equipment.

Check in was easy. The location is ideal to reach both north and south side of town. The room was clean and had good amenities - the only thing that was missing was a two pin socket in the bathroom to charge my electronic toothbrush. The icing on the cake was the phenomenal service! Dilvin and Abby were very warm and welcoming, easy to talk to, offered suggestions for the trip, and took such good care of us. They really embodied the warm and friendly spirit of the Irish and are strong reasons we would choose to stay here again. Give them a raise !

The overall experience was very great. The room was very clean at your arrival, so thanks to the cleaning staff who does a great job. The possibility to get a pizza 24/7 is a appreciated option. The hosting staff is very nice. A special thanks to Dilvin who was absolutely fantastic in welcoming us, giving us traveling tips and just being nice. Definitely a place I would come back to.

We stayed at this hotel in September and have the highest praise for their excellent customer service in lovely surroundings. Location in City Quay was central to all the highlights of Dublin. When I arrived not feeling well, they went above and beyond to get a room ready for us prior to standard check-in time. Our sincere thanks to the team at Staycity. You will see us again on a return trip to Dublin.

Stayed over the weekend with another 5 girls.... we were there for a hen do. An amazing experience from start to finish. Service was great upon arrival all staff were happy to help. Rooms were spotless with everything you needed. Food was lovely.... 24 hour pizza was the best especially after a night out. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from. Doesn't take long to get to the main places you want to visit either a 15/20 minute walk or a quick taxi ride. I will be back.
