Absolute BEST bed and breakfast you can find in Dublin. Also the CHEAPEST ! It's a magnificent mansion owned by an amazing couple, their son and the cutest dog Chili. They are very kind and show you everything you need to know right at the start. You have free breakfasts included in the nights you book. They have a lovely well thought decoration house which definitely makes you feel at home ! The rooms are big and the bathrooms are lovely. They fit for anyone and every taste. They also have a gorgeous back garden that you would definitely love ! I couldn't recommend anything else than this BnB in Dublin. They are located in a very safe neighborhood and you have everything close to the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, all the buses that go either right to the airport or right to the centre. Don't hesitate and pick this place, you won't be disappointed I guarantee!

We loved our stay at Avoca house. Jack and Audrey are wonderful hosts (as is chili, their very cute dog). The location is great, easily walkable, close to the park and not too far from the city center. Limited hot options for breakfast but not a big deal. We enjoyed it with plenty of hot coffee. The room itself was very cozy and comfortable. Nice bed and linens. The bathroom is a bit tiny but it has everything you need. The terrace/garden area is also a very nice place to relax. Thanks for hosting us ! :)

My son,Anton, and I had the good fortune to discover this gem of a B&B in our online search for accommodation in Dublin and it far surpassed our expectations. Jack and Audrey were delightful and welcoming hosts and the room was very comfortable providing all the essentials. Will definitely come back when we're in Dublin next.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B, self serve breakfast, nice rooms, helpful and friendly host, close to some main bus routes, and easy access by public bus to and from Airport. Couple of good Pubs in the neighborhood as solid meal options.

Great spot that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Just a short bus ride from the Dublin Airport and not a far walk from downtown for those who don't mind getting their steps in. Jack, the owner, was a very hospitable and accommodating host. He was able to answer all of our questions and shared a bit of history about his lovely home with us. The B&B is amazing in that it simultaneously feels classic/timeless but also modern. I think this is a testament to the amount of renovations and upkeep that the owners have done, all with great taste and a respect for the history of the house. Only stayed a night but would have quite enjoyed staying longer had we stayed longer in the city.

Great place in my journey to Britain We had enjoyable time in this house rooms are very clean location is close to center of city and airport also. This BnB is literally the sweetest and nicest we've ever seen! ✨ The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms and everything else was super clean and presented with a lot of love :) We can only recommend staying here. This place is the personification of Irish hospitality ❤️

I had the biggest comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Lovely quiet suburb 12 min walk from Dublin botanical Gardens. Superb decoration Garden seated area and genuinely lovely hosts. I will be back
