The pizza is decent enough for a warm snack around Booterstown on a sunny day. I personally felt that the pizza was too salty to enjoy it and would hope that the pepperoni will be replaced with a better one. The staff however seems very friendly and the price is unbeatable. I will probably come again but will not order pepperoni again.

ZERO Wow absolute wow The worst most disgusting horrible un edible so called pizza I tasted .dropped in store asked the counter staff what's a good carry out offer .she stared at me absolute bizzare behaviour.i asked for the offer on thin base .10 mins the pizza comes out heavy and thick base .wet sloppy undercooked and disgusting the dough was gritty the toppings the ultimate cheap frozen muck and disgusting.most went in the bin after I felt gross wow how can you serve such utter disgusting slop but judging by reviews you guys don't care .I hear the bmun branch has gone awful also . Anyway you guys now the num 1 worst pizza in Ireland . And yous don't care Shame on yous

The worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. It took an hour and fifty minutes and when I finally got a call from the delivery driver he wasn’t there. I phoned the shop and there was no manager on duty. The driver arrived about ten minutes later and I phoned the shop again to say I wasn’t paying for cold pizzas. The woman on the phone said there was nothing she could do. This is not the first time this has happened- the drivers are always getting lost. Never again!!!

I’ve always been a big fan of Firehouse, in fact it was my favourite delivery pizza. Hopefully just a bad day at the office, but I ordered two pizzas from them today, when both arrived they were soggy and over doughy. No crispness or firmness to the base at all, and it made for a very unpleasant eating experience. Overly chewy and soft Update: Firehouse kindly reached out and I’m looking forward to ordering from them again soon.

Great pizza toppings. Fantastic crust. Difficult to order online without Irish phone number. Couldn’t find a phone number on their site or Google maps. An option I wanted from the online menu wasn’t available when I showed up. I wanted a BBQ chicken pizza but got a pesto chicken instead. Great deal for a meal for one option on the menu.
