I
joined
Body
Rock
Performance
gym
in
February
2020.
I
cannot
say
enough
good
things
about
it,
but
I'll
try!
There
are
a
huge
range
of
programs
and
activities
at
the
gym,
from
individual
training
to
group
training,
led
by
the
A
team
of
trainers
Paul
and
Marta.
I
have
been
impressed
with
their
expertise
in
fitness,
training
and
nutrition.
I
met
with
Paul
for
an
initial
evaluation
and
an
honest
discussion
about
fitness
and
training
personalised
for
me.
From
there
I
enrolled
in
the
group
training
sessions
and
now
go
4
mornings
a
week.
In
a
group
of
10-15
others,
I
rotate
around
a
series
of
cardio
and/or
weights
oriented
stations
and
work
out
over
45-50
minutes.
All
the
time
with
Paul
watching,
coaching,
instructing
and
occasionally
bellowing
at
us!
I
love
the
sessions.
I
was
never
an
early
morning
person,
but
with
Paul's
encouragement,
I
re
structured
my
week
and
routine
so
that
I
now
regularly
go
to
the
gym.
I
can
honestly
say
I've
never
done
the
same
routine
twice,
the
inventiveness
and
thought
that
Paul
clearly
puts
into
the
sessions
is
incredible.
The
group
atmosphere
is
great,
we
are
all
in
the
same
boat
at
each
session
and
spur
and
encourage
each
other
on.
The
sessions
always
start
on
time,
punctuality
is
one
of
Paul's
absolutes
and
they
always
run
to
time.
If
you
have
an
injury
or
an
issue,
Paul
effortlessly
and
discretely
changes
a
station
to
accommodate.
At
the
end
of
each
session,
I
feel
great
-
physically
and
mentally.
Any
other
issues
one
has
going
on
are
forgotten
when
in
BodyRock!
Superb
gym,
great
trainers
and
great
results!
