    Great Gym! Training classes are tough and fun at the same time! They are also varied so you never know what’s ahead of you! Claire and Paul are welcoming,always keeping an eye on your progress and technique. Everyone can work at their own level that being said there is no slacking off in these classes! Would definitely highly recommend.

    Highly recommend this gym if you are looking for small personal approach to training. The owners are so friendly and encouraging no matter your fitness level, age or ability. Members are friendly and there is a definite community feel. The classes are tough and will challenge you but everyone works to their own ability. I have really enjoyed my time at BodyRock so far and can see the results both physically and mentally. I have finally found my place to train after having a baby!

    I absolutely LOVE this gym, especially Claire! She has totally changed my life, and my body! I have lost weight and built muscle and i feel amazing, I look forward to the classes and it is really exciting to see the results and to have the encouragement and support .....I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

    We joined this gym 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier we did. Paul, Marta and Jack are so encouraging and supportive while still pushing us to work as hard as possible. The community atomsphere plus challenging work-outs make this easily the best gym we’ve ever been part of.

    Couldn’t recommend Bodyrock enough.. I was never a gym goer but since joining in November I go three times a week and haven’t missed a class .. it’s so energising and fun. Paul and Marta provide a great structure and direction so you can participate at any level. It has been a game changer in my life.

    At 56 years of age, I have tried many gyms and instructors over the years but I never saw great results apart from keeping my weight down. With the classes that Marta and Paul run in Body Rock Performance, I got muscle definition in 6- 8 weeks. The classes are always varied between weights and cardio so never get boring. I hope I'm not sounding like a "paid commercial" because this is thankfully my experience. If you're looking for results I would highly recommend them.

    I have been going to BRP since August 2022 and I keep coming back because every class has a different workout that challenges me and makes my muscles more developed. Paul, Marta and Jack are excellent trainers who monitor, encourage and advise each person where necessary. There is a good atmosphere in the class and I generally finish feeling satisfied. I would recommend BRP if you want variety, encouragement and to be stronger and fitter.

    Encouraged by a friend who was already a member, I joined Body Rock Performance gym in February 2020. I cannot say enough good things about it, but I'll try! There are a huge range of programs and activities at the gym, from individual training to group training, led by the A team of trainers Paul and Marta. I have been impressed with their expertise in fitness, training and nutrition. I met with Paul for an initial evaluation and an honest discussion about fitness and training personalised for me. From there I enrolled in the group training sessions and now go 4 mornings a week. In a group of 10-15 others, I rotate around a series of cardio and/or weights oriented stations and work out over 45-50 minutes. All the time with Paul watching, coaching, instructing and occasionally bellowing at us! I love the sessions. I was never an early morning person, but with Paul's encouragement, I re structured my week and routine so that I now regularly go to the gym. I can honestly say I've never done the same routine twice, the inventiveness and thought that Paul clearly puts into the sessions is incredible. The group atmosphere is great, we are all in the same boat at each session and spur and encourage each other on. The sessions always start on time, punctuality is one of Paul's absolutes and they always run to time. If you have an injury or an issue, Paul effortlessly and discretely changes a station to accommodate. At the end of each session, I feel great - physically and mentally. Any other issues one has going on are forgotten when in BodyRock! Superb gym, great trainers and great results! Highly recommend!

    I have no words to describe how happy I am with the results I’m getting since I started working out with Paul and Marta @ Body Rock Performance! My strength, fitness and well being has getting better and better! I’m only on my 3rd week now and I can see a great change on my body fat and definition. Thanks so so much guys!!! 💪😁👍

    My wife and I joined the Group Training Sessions around 2 months ago and we absolutely love it! Best gym we've ever been. Paul, Marta and Jack are wonderful and encouraging coaches. Their knowledge of fitness, training and nutrition is really extensive and they are always happy to give you specific advice when needed. Classes are fun, challenging and unique! Every session is different, so it's always exciting to go back. As for the results, they are definitely noticeable from the first weeks so it really motivates you to keep going. Amazing job BRP team!

    Ive been with BRP just over a year now. BRP is different to any gym I have used in the past.They are extremely professional & will help you with your personal goal every step of the way! There is always a great atmosphere in the gym which is another reason why everyone loves to train here. Would highly recommend BRP to all fitness levels!

    Absolutely fantastic gym, great atmosphere. Members and staff make you feel so welcome. Results speaks for it self. Great class structure. Love the small groups training, 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a weight loss!

    With BRP you get the best trainers and a really high level experience. The classes always push you that bit further each time to give you great results and there’s a great sense of community at the gym too. I would highly recommend Marta, Paul and the team at BRP!

    Started with in person classes and have continued the online classes during lockdown with Marta. Both are great! Tough enough to really challenge you but very enjoyable also. Marta is very personable and tailors the class for different abilities. I noticed a difference pretty quickly in weight loss and building muscles. Would definitely recommend.

    I move back from living in the USA and need a gym to go to, my brother recommended Body Rock Performance. Paul welcomed me in to the gym and I instantly felt part of the team. The classes are very well run and structured for all levels, what you put in you will get out of that class and Paul is always there to encourage you to push a bit harder….I always need an extra push! The gym is clean and parking is very easy. I really look forward to going to these classes even if I know there will be pain there will always be a gain at the end and I walk out feeling like I had a great work out. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good work out in a friendly environment.

    Really excellent gym/training classes with a balance of focus between weights and cardio training. Paul really is aware of individual needs/correct posture for exercises also which is so important. Lots of fun too as a lovely atmosphere in the classes. Paul and Marta are a great duo!

    Body Rock is a step above the rest - whether your goal is to tone up, loss weight or train for a specific Event - Paul and Martha will help you reach your goals! They are encouraging and so knowledgeable about the physical and nutritional components that you need to maintain exceptional results. The classes are super and I'd highly recommend them. The Comradery and encouragement from the group is second to none.

    Joined Body Rock 9 months ago and I love it! The classes are always different and I always feel great after them. Paul and Marta always push you to your limits. I would definitively recommend to anyone looking to get fit and stronger!

    Becoming a member at Body Rock Performance and part of their community has been one of the best decisions my husband and I made this year. Marta and Paul are absolute experts when it comes to body transformation and nutrition. From equipment, body analysis to motivating and knowledgeable trainers, every workout becomes an exhilarating experience. With its friendly atmosphere and diverse classes, I look forward to hitting the gym 3-4 times per week and am not lacking any motivation like I used to before! Joining the crew has been a game-changer in achieving our fitness goals and I can highly recommend it to anyone!

    I joined Body Rock a couple of months ago and I'm really enjoying it. I've never been able to get much return out of a gym. I often found it boring, was never 100% sure what to do, how to make best use of the equipment or indeed push myself sufficiently. The Group Sessions at Body Rock takes care of all of that for me. I just turn up, follow the instructions and move from station to station. When my efforts flag either Paul, Marta or Jack is on hand to make sure I'm not coasting. I often stagger out exhausted at the end but delighted with the effort I've made. If you're looking for a new environment in which to exercise, Body Rock provides an excellent one.

    Body Rock is an amazing place to workout and Paul is a fantastic trainer who is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. The community they have built at this gym is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.     Body Rock Performance create such an inviting space for fitness. I had never been to a gym before so was anxious if it really was for me. However seeing the results in others and hearing the immense reputation they hold made me try it.     Superb gym, great trainers and great results in a friendly community. Previously a member of other gyms where I was less motivated - switched to Body Rock starting off with some individual sessions with Paul then joined Small Group Training - before I knew it hitting Body Rock 4 times a week became a habit and something I look forward to and have great results. So much more than a gym it enabled change up my lifestyle. Paul and Marta's expertise in fitness and nutrition and is second to none. Get results and feel great in a great gym and community of people who are open, welcoming, super encouraging.

    I've done HIIT classes, personal training with Paul and yoga with Mia. Every class is amazing results are quick, and I'm fitter and stronger. There is a wonderful vibe in the place, and I find the crew that trains there to be encouraging and friendly. Definitely recommend BRP 100%

    The best gym in Dublin!! The classes are always such high intensity so guaranteed a great workout! I've been going to BodyRock for a year and have had great results. Paul and his team are so supportive of your fitness goals and always motivating you throughout sessions! The members are all so nice and supportive as well which all adds to the atmosphere down in BodyRock. 10/10 recommend to everyone!!

    Excellent group training class. Fun but challenging. Paul and Marta keep the classes interesting as you never know what to expect! The weekly check-ins keep me motivated and aware of my daily steps, and food choices. I feel like I’m healthier all round and delighted with the progress.

    Highly recommend Body Rock Performance. Have started to see results as from Month 2. Both Marta and Paul, are amazing trainers and very patient with us, taking time to teach us how to do an exercise properly. Love the team spirit at the gym, small group with highly motivated people who will push you to complete your workout.

    Have been a member for a few years now & would highly recommend Body Rocks - actually never been to a better gym. The owners Paul & Marta have created a great friendly atmosphere in which to work out. Motivation of group sessions but with an almost one to one personal training touch. Programmes designed to work & challenge you if your are a starter or regular gym user.

    Highly recommend Body Rock Performance. The classes are challenging but very enjoyable. Paul and his team are always on hand with advice and guidance. The atmosphere at Bodyrock is like one big family, everyone is so encouraging and supportive. I've never experienced a gym like it before. Body Rock is in a class of it's own!

    Absolutely love this gym - completely changed my attitude towards exercising. Paul, Claire and Marta are so helpful and truly want you to achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. Even during all of the lockdowns I have found the online classes very engaging and they motivated me to keep exercising which definitely helped me mentally as well as physically. Great atmosphere overall and the classes are great for everyone no matter what your fitness level because once you’re there the trainers and other people in the class really motivate you to keep going. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
