It
is
a
class
based
gym,
with
classes
on
offer
ranging
anywhere
from
15
minutes
to
an
hour,
covering
weight
training,
cycling,
strength
and
fitness,
pilates,
boxing,
and
more.
The
classes
are
small,
so
the
trainers
can
actually
focus
on
individual
performance
and
ensure
all
moves
are
performed
correctly.
Everyone
is
supportive
as
well,
and
there
are
gym
get
togethers
occasionally,
which
is
fun
:)
Payment
is
flexible
-
you
can
pay
for
individual
classes
or
purchase
a
membership
(multiple
options
available)
WITHOUT
signing
away
your
card/bank
details!
You
can
register
for
each
class
through
their
downloadable
app
as
well.
Make
sure
to
sign
up
for
weight
training
classes
a
few
days
in
advance
though,
they
do
get
busy.
So
in
all,
definitely
would
recommend
this
gym
to
anyone
who
is
trying
to
get
active
in
a
supportive,
stress
free
environment,
or
anyone
who
is
already
active
and
wants
a
consistent
workout
with
knowledgable
trainers.
