    I’ve highly recommend this gym to all my friends and colleagues. I joined Andy Kenny Fitness a little over 3 months ago taking the “Body Slim” course. Since then I've lost a stone in weight but more importantly I’ve reduced my body fat and increased my muscle. I feel fit and confident and I’ve had tonnes of compliments from colleagues and friends. The staff are great, the classes are small and the instructors are incredibly attentive … I can leave my brain at the door and focus on my body. Going to the gym after work has become a welcome routine 

    I have just completed the 6 week body slim course and could not recommend this gym enough! The atmosphere, the trainers, the selection of classes - all aspects wonderful! I joined a relatively unfit and self-conscious person and am finishing the course with a great start to my fitness goal, far more educated around fitness and diet, and feeling so motivated and much more confident! Great experience - and I am sticking with Andy Kenny Fitness to continue my fitness goals through their PT sessions and classes!

    I joined a few weeks ago after looking for a gym which would work well with a busy work schedule. Andy's gym seemed perfect as there are so many different classes to pick from throughout the day so I can work around my work/social commitments. The instructors are great, they are knowledgeable, attentive and keep challenging you. The rotation of classes runs like a clock work, the classes are thoroughly planned and kept interesting each week. Events are organised throughout the year to get the members together which gives it a lovely feel of a community. Cannot recommend this place enough, Outstanding value for money.

    I had stopped working out for a while. Andy Kenny Fitness was a supportive environment for helping me get back into it. I am staying and looking forward to getting my old numbers back as well as taking on new challenges.

    This is best gym I have ever been a member of and the only one that keeps me motivated. Really nice and helpful staff with facilities in good conditions. They offer a good variety of classes within an extensive opening hours and a personalised treatment. Everybody feels welcomed and I highly recommend this gym.

    I've been a member for almost a year and there isn't one single class I haven't enjoyed. The trainers and fellow gym members are all nice and supportive. Even if you're feeling low and tired, going to Andy's gym will make you feel 100 times better when you leave. Really recommend it!

    Andy Kenny fitness is the best gym. I did the body slim course and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get fit and lose weight. After the six weeks you will be amazed at how fit you have become and what you are capable of. The trainers are fantastic and encourage and motivate you to achieve your goals. Before joining the course I was unfit and hated the gym now I have joined it as a member and love going to the gym.

    Ive been a member of this gym for over a year and it is the best gym I've ever attended. It is all class based, which I love. The trainers are excellent and really focus on good technique. The weights classes are small so theres always individual attention. I am so much stronger than when I first started. Thank you for providing a great service :)

    Have been coming here for just over a year, class based with a really supportive and positive environment. First gym/ exercise regime that i've actually stuck to! The trainers are all excellent, super supportive, and take time and care about everyone coming through. Couldn't recommend it more!

    Its the place for you, if your bored of the run of the mill gym. Completely classes based, with great variety and for all levels. Staff are great and really helpful. Also if your into Spin, Andy's classes are top notch.

    I’ve just finished the Bodyslim 6 week course and would highly recommend it: so much so that I’m signing up to the Bodyslim Improvers course! The classes on offer are super: I’d never tried weights before and it’s so great to feel myself getting stronger as well as fitter. The class timetable is also very good and the fact that a lot of classes are only 30 minutes long is brilliant. I found the staff really attentive, interactive and professional. As the classes are small, the instructor gets time to pay attention to each person and correct form, advise what weights to use and provide motivation. Overall, highly recommended!

    i joined Andy's Body Slim class in October and continued on with my membership after that. The Body Slim classes were a great way to focus on good eating habits and regular exercise - it is a great supportive environment. I find the classes are brilliant, I prefer the instructor led set up - the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging - you are guided to achieve your best. Cannot recommend Andy Kenny's gym enough.

    Can't recommend this gym enough. Classes are never the same and the trainers are all very supportive. Have tried many different gyms and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

    Not usually a gym fan, but this is a different experience. Well thought out timetable with small, personal classes, so you are comfortable as you learn and further learn the exercises correctly. High paced, quick classes for all levels of fitness with all the trainers being kind, encouraging and personable.

    Brilliant, friendly gym with excellent trainers. Classes are challenging and fun, and unlike every single other gym I've tried, I never have to talk myself into going. Andy's spin classes are a stand-out. Would highly recommend.

    I have been attending Andy's online classes since he began offering them at the start of the pandemic. With working from home it's great that I can finish work at 5pm and be in a class at 5.30pm or later. The classes have helped me stay in shape both physically and mentally. Andy offers a great selection of enjoyable classes catering for a wide range of activity levels. I highly recommend them.

    I have been attending Andys online classes since the beginning of the pandemic. I wasn't sure what to expect but I can honestly say they have been fantastic. There are a great selection of online classes available that cater for all levels of fitness right through from Body Slim right up to the Turbo and Spin classes with so much in between. His classes have inspired me to get fitter and stronger and keep me motivated to stay in shape, both mentally and physically. I highly recommend giving them a go.

    Just want to say how much I've been enjoying Andys online personal training classes. I highly recommend them if you need help and advice to reach your training goals or just improve your general fitness and wellbeing, all from the comfort of your own home. Andy is genuinely enthusiastic and is passionate about what he does. I have no hesitation in recommending his online 1:1 personal training classes.

    Discovering Andy Kenny Fitness was the best thing to happen to me this past year. I began my fitness journey with the Body Slim course and from there, with Andy and the other trainers' support, I have become the fittest I have been in many years! The class based approach means you know exactly what you're doing and don't feel lost. Andy's selection of online classes are also great and accounts for all fitness levels and are great to keep me motivated as restrictions continue.

    In my last gym I had a habit of "going to the gym" and not actually doing a whole lot of exercise - thankfully this isn't an option in Andy Kenny Fitness as it is 'class based'. The class timetable is really well laid out and should suit pretty much any working hours and the trainers are excellent. The trainers are all really friendly and obviously know what they are doing. If you are deciding between AK Fitness and a regular gym I strongly advise picking AK Fitness.

    I've been going to the gym about a year now and found I was a bit lost and not really getting anywhere since I didn't have a plan. I got in touch with Andy and he gave me a perfect workout plan and diet plan to suit my needs. A very motivating, friendly and patient trainer who grows through the exercises in detail. Highly recommend especially if you're a beginner and need a boost in confidence. I still check in with Andy every few weeks to record my progress and get a new workout plan. Never looked back.

    I can't recommend Andy Kenny Fitness enough! This is the first time I have been a member of a gym that I genuinely look forward to going to. Not only are Andy and the other the trainers great at what they do but they are all very friendly and make an effort to get to know everyone at the gym. The range of classes is great and can be tailored to any fitness level. Love it!

    Great Spin classes at Andy Kenny's gym. They vary on duration and intensity depending on your level. Very good if you want to become a better cyclist or if you want to get fit. Great tunes too! Thanks Andy and Pamela

    I've been going to this gym for around 6 months now and I highly recommend it! It's fully class based which is ideal for me - there's a huge number of classes of varying lengths so I can fit something in even when I'm busy. The instructors get to know everyone and are really encouraging and informed, and the gym runs loads of challenges and events to keep everyone motivated. Definitely the best gym I've gone to

    I cannot speak highly enough about Andy Kenny fitness. I joined earlier this year as a Bodyslim member after a lot of nervous debating with myself about getting over my fears of joining a gym for the first time. From the moment I walked in the door, Pamela, Andy and all the trainers made me feel completely at ease and were greeting me by name every day after that! There is a wide mix of athletic ability in the gym with people there for a plethora of reasons but with absolutely no pretension - there is something for everyone. The class-based structure is great and with weights classes capped at 6 people, it's almost like personal training! The trainers are extremely professional (and very friendly) and will encourage and push you to YOUR max. All the trainers really care about their members' wellbeing which extends beyond the physical training; Andy is a huge advocate for positive mental health organising wellness talks and numerous hikes and social events throughout the year which is really unique. Bottom line: no matter your ability, everyone fits in and the gym strikes the perfect balance between professional training and fun!

    I joined Andy Kenny fitness in November last year and signed up to the Body Slim program for 6 weeks. I have since become a full member and attend classes regularly. I have tried different gyms at different stages over the last 10-15 years but never had much success for many different reasons I was nervous heading back to the gym last November as it had been a long time since j was last in a gym and I was quite unfit and overweight. But from day one here I was made feel welcome and felt comfortable in the environment The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you are struggling with an exercise they will continue to encourage you and even recommend alternative exercises. All classes are quite small where the trainers know everybody's name. I definitely recommend this as a gym for people of any level of fitness.

    I moved to Dublin about a year ago and this was the first place I checked out (because I prefer class-based gyms) and haven’t stopped coming since! I do a lot of the classes (weight training, spin, strength & conditioning, etc.) and would recommend them all. The trainers are all super informative, helpful, and friendly. Great spot.

    I joined this gym through the body slim class and found it great. I had never been in a gym before so almost all of the exercises were new to me but the trainers had loads of patience. Everything is class based as opposed to being an open gym that you do what you like. Most of the classes have a small maximum size so the trainers are always able to keep an eye on you to make sure you are doing it correctly and are able to provide alternatives for people looking for an easier/more advanced version of the exercise when required.

    This place is great! It is a class based gym, with classes on offer ranging anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, covering weight training, cycling, strength and fitness, pilates, boxing, and more. The classes are small, so the trainers can actually focus on individual performance and ensure all moves are performed correctly. Everyone is supportive as well, and there are gym get togethers occasionally, which is fun :) Payment is flexible - you can pay for individual classes or purchase a membership (multiple options available) WITHOUT signing away your card/bank details! You can register for each class through their downloadable app as well. Make sure to sign up for weight training classes a few days in advance though, they do get busy. So in all, definitely would recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to get active in a supportive, stress free environment, or anyone who is already active and wants a consistent workout with knowledgable trainers.

    I would highly recommend Andy Kenny Fitness as a gym. There are a huge amount of classes to choose from, at all different times - so there is no excuse :) The trainers are great - they keep you motivated and make the classes fun. Overall there is a great sense of community in the gym and you really do see the difference after a couple of weeks.

    Been a member of Andy Kenny fitness on and off for almost 3 years - Value of the rolling monthly membership is brilliant. The gym itself is like a small community, get to know everybody in it by name and socialise with them on occasion which is great. Heeps of classes to choose from and are kept small 5/6 people working hard for normally 30 minutes and overseen by a trained instructor who keeps you active with rotating exercises. Also helps you work on your technique which for me was important. There s a bunch of gyms in the Grand Canal / IFSC area to choose from but for me Andy Kenny Fitness is by far the best value for money. Andy food talk classes are also great, very education on what to and what not to eat - its also just a nice spot full of nice people :)

    This is a great find in town for anyone who loves fitness classes!! The instructors are always very positive and will make sure that you are doing the right technique, which is crucial if you want results! The weight classes are small (group of 6 max) which means the instructor will be able to assist you if you need it. I would recommend this spot to anyone who loves fitness classes over the gym floor and want to have positive, motivating instructors helping you along the way

    I absolutely love this gym - quite the creative solve for people like me who enjoy staying fit, but need the motivation of class type settings to stay on track and wake up some of those early mornings before work. I'm really liking the evolution of classes offered as they now have the super popular weights classes and even Boxing! Great instructors, great classes, great results : )

    Joining this gym was the best decision I've made in ages! Classes are tough but great fun. The trainers are fantastic. Personable. Professional. Dedicated. Motivating. Leaving the gym I feel great both physically and mentally. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
