Not
beginner
friendly
for
the
following
reasons.
1.Having
done
the
trial
class
in
which
I
recieved
plenty
of
instruction,
I
decided
to
sign
up
as
I
was
happy
with
the
level
of
attention
I
was
getting
RE:
improving
technique,
form
etc.
2.
It
all
went
wrong
in
my
first
paid
class.
The
instructor
greeted
me
at
the
door
and
introduced
himself
as
he
knew
I
was
a
beginner.
The
class
then
proceeded.
The
instructor
gave
an
example
of
what
to
do
reps
and
set
wise
for
the
whole
class.
He
then
put
music
up
full
blast
and
expected
me
to
rattle
off
each
exercise
as
if
I
should
know
them
off
by
heart.
The
biggest
joke
was
the
rope
climb,
which
I
relied
on
another
more
experienced
class
member
to
show
me
how
to
do
(no
sign
of
the
instructor
anywhere).
I
left
the
class
at
the
end
feeling
a
bit
ripped
off
but
decided
to
give
it
another
chance.
3.
The
next
class
was
grand
and
the
instructor(
a
different
one)
was
fantastic
in
showing
technique
and
we
also
got
to
lift
some
weights.
I
was
happy
I
gave
it
another
chance.
4.
My
next
(and
final)
class
consisted
-
the
majority
of
the
time
-
running
outside
the
facility
among
ongoing
and
oncoming
cars!!!
If
I
drop
155
euro
a
month
on
a
class
I
expected
a
bit
more.
My
feedback
would
be
to
spend
more
time
with
the
beginners
to
show
them
some
decent
form
rather
than
telling
them
to
do
50
reps
of
something.
I
definitely
feel
ripped
off.
