    Jeanne is an excellent trainer! I joined the 6 Weeks Burn The Fat Challenge in January 2017 and I'm really happy with the results. Jeanne not only teaches you how to workout and exercise, but she also looks into the nutritional aspect and helps you have a healthier diet. It's a perfect balance of mind, body and soul as Jeanne will always encourage you to stay positive and keep focus on your goals. I enjoyed training in a small group as there is a personal approach and you get immediate feedback on your performance. I would highly recommend CalisthenFit!

    I began training with Jeanne 2 months ago and have had a great experience since then. Jeanne is a great coach who will concentrate on ensuring that you are getting the basics right and training in the right way. Jeanne has helped me get rid of bad training habits so that I am training in the right way while also emphasising the importance of aware of nutrition in getting fit. Sessions can be tough (and be prepared to work) but they are always enjoyable and worth it. If you are looking for a positive, encouraging environment to get fit in then I couldn’t recommend Jeanne enough!

    I have been training with Jeanne at CalisthenFit for the past 6 weeks and I am delighted with my results so far. Before joining, I struggled to motivate myself to go to the gym because I never knew what I was doing and had also got into bad habits in terms of my diet. With Jeanne’s help , in just 6 weeks, I have more energy, my diet is much better and I am much stronger and happier. The class sizes are perfect, they’re small enough that you feel like you still get many of the benefits you would get from personal training and big enough that there is a sense of community and a team effort and training is always enjoyable. Whether you are a total beginner (like I was) or are just someone looking for something a bit different, I would highly recommend Jeanne and CalisthenFit.

    I joined CalisthenFit to improve my fitness and overall strength. With Jeanne's instruction and advise my fitness has improved week-on-week, my body is less tense, I'm more flexible and I'm sleeping a lot better, which has greatly improved my over all well-being. I would highly recommend CalisthenFit. Jeanne is an amazing instructor and her expertise and knowledge in Health and fitness is invaluable.

    This is a great training programme, I would highly recommend it. I hadn't done any kind of fitness training before and I noticed the positive effects immediately. It's challenging but Jeanne is a very good coach and pushes and encourages you to get the best out of you. The sessions are always different from one day to the next so you don't have a chance to get bored with the exercises. Also, the classes are very small so you get the benefits of a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost. I signed up for the 28 day trial and enjoyed it so much I have signed up for another 3 months.

     We are Adie and liam We used to go to a big gym three times a week for an hour and a half. We thought we were doing well. Then I tried Calisthen Fit with Jeanne in January 2020. After a week I was a complete convert and I dropped the big gym and have been with Jeanne since. Why? The workouts are shorter and completely targeted to my needs. My body changed in 14 weeks.  My partner Liam was very impressed so he decided to try Calisthen Fit in May. After ten years using a big gym he’s now a covert too. Liams says ‘ Jeanne targets the specific areas on the body that I want to change and improve. My back had become a bit rounded from sitting at a desk in work. Now, after 6 months of Calisthen exercises my back is actually straighter.’ If someone had told me last year that I would be up exercising at 6:30 in the morning I would have told them that they were completely mad. We love it because ⁃ classes are short ⁃ Exercises are varied and interesting ⁃ Jeanne is utterly professional ⁃ Learn a lot about nutrition ⁃ Smaller gym So we can’t recommend Calisthen Fit highly enough. Sometimes the workouts are tough and I want to punch someone  But I can always see my progress at the end of the session. Ifs fun and it does the job. Come on down. We’d love to meet you. I think we’ll be going forever!

    I have joined Calisthenfit to improve my flexibility and strength. In just a month I can see improvement of my overall energy level and flexibility and strength. Classes are tailored to each participant and Jeanne always make sure all exercises are executed correctly. I am enjoying each class as there is always some new challenge waiting for us!

    I have been going to Calisthenfit with Jeanne for the last 5 months. The training is always varied, interesting and challenging and after years of not looking after my body, I am starting to see some great changes, both in my fitness and strength and from a nutritional point of view. It can sometimes get mentally gruelling, but Jeanne is always encouraging and caring, even when I struggle to believe in myself. I can highly recommend Jeanne, she has an outstanding knowledge of the industry, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their desired outcomes.

    I felt really low on energy and unfit before starting to train with Jeanne. Four weeks later I was 6lbs lighter and feel much stronger. The classes are challenging but Jeanne is very encouraging and dedicating in improving the health and fitness of her clients. I am looking to continue training with her in the future.

    I enrolled a year ago and I loved it until the end! I joined to tone my body improve my strength and correct my posture as well as working on my coordination. I have to say even though my job didí not allow me to be 100% committed or regular, I saw a huge improvement in my mobility, and strength. Jeanne can be a tough cookie :), but she only has your best interest in heart and really care about you... That changes everything! I always was happy to go in the early morning sessions. Now I had to stop for a little while as I do not have the time anymore, but as soon as I am good I will probably go back :) I do recommend CalisthenFit if you are looking to achieve your body's goal with someone professional and who really care about your specific needs.

😠 The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
