Such wonderful attention to all the details. Foodies dream. A true gastronomical experience, every course was unique and tailored. Absolutely highly recommended. Staff knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional.

Amazing! Best restaurant we've ever been to. There's about 6 tables for about 20 ish people. Everyone is served the same dishes at the same time, roughly. Which means this establishment runs like clockwork. The tasting menu is well over 10 courses. We were lucky enough to sit an arms length from the kitchen (no noise, smells, smoke or slashes). Staff are super knowledgeable. Chef and crew come to the table at the end. Yes it's expensive but this place is worth it. Easily the best two star restaurant in Dublin.

I have had the pleasure of cooking 3 Liath Boxes at home during Covid lockdown and they were insanely good. The Squid main course and cheese and broccoli dishes were historic and memorable. Our recent visit (inside) the restaurant was almost as good. All dishes were exquisitely executed. Sometimes the visual impact was a little better than the taste - Cod and charcoal for example looked beautiful.... but over-promised on flavour. Veal and other elements of our dishes were amazingly good. The desert finale was a delightfully over-engineered construction: Including a single pine needle-infused caramel sitting on a piece of bark, balancing on dry tree moss, upon a bespoke plate. I couldn't smell anything from the bark and moss and it was almost a parody of fine dining. Almost. But would I return? Yes.

Each of the courses was a surprise, explosion of taste in each bite. It almost seems like they want to provoke your taste buds with each course, no steady increase in intensity, each bite is intense. Literally after finishing each meal, I was looking forward to eating the next one. We didn’t try the wine tasting menu, but went for a bottle of Pinot Noir from Germany and the wine was outstanding. The place is small but stylish. The stuff was friendly and knowledgable about the food and wine. I liked that the chefs also served the food. Yes, it’s pricey but it’s a unique experience. Good luck with the bookings. I think the best is to add yourself of the waiting list for each day, somebody will drop eventually.

I've been to Liath twice in the last few years and I'll say high end food might not be everyone's thing. But their food is great, the wine pairing was great, the non alcoholic pairing was great. The atmosphere is relaxing you can chat and you can hear each other, there is no rush. I've eaten at various places from just good cheap food to 3 star places in Paris. Liath is very worthy of maybe being called the best restaurant in Ireland overall in that higher end side of the market. In other places I felt gold leaf or truffles or whatever were a gimmick and the flavour was lacking. In Liath I can't say I'll say either time flavour or service or atmosphere were anything lower than what was expected for the price. High praise but it's very worth it even at the price point if it's feasible to go. I'll be back again and I'll be sure it will be as consistent as the last two times I've been there.

Liath is simply fantastic, each time I visit Damien and his staff never fail to impress. I've had so many memorable dishes here from the smoked Oyster with caviar, the perfectly cooked pigeon with the confied leg. Ever dish has the wow factor. The staff are always wonderful and so welcoming.

We recently had dinner at Liath and generally enjoyed the tasting menu experience. The flavours were unique and interesting but not too rich. We cannot give it 5 stars because the portions were not big. We felt quite hungry throughout the meal and left feeling still hungry.

Liath is, as far as I'm concerned, the very best restaurant in Ireland. It will challenge your perception of what food is and how it works around your palate. The menu is always innovative and constructed so very intelligently. Most importantly, it's delicious and really great fun. It's an expensive night out but I think given the service and overall experience, it is superb value. I love Liath and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Liath is such a phenomenal experience and journey. We loved every second of it, from the service, wine pairings and food, it was all exceptional. Too many favourite dishes to pin point but the flow of service and story behind the dishes and wine choices was excellent.

One of all time favourite dining experiences. The food, the wine, the ambience, all exceptional. Each dish was like a piece of theatre. And the staff! The nicest people - special shout out to the sommelier with excellent music taste and Maitre d, both super knowledgeable with great banter. Can't wait to go back!

We booked in for the preview dinner at 5:30 and it was excellent. The space is small but not tight and feels very cosy with great lighting. The staff were all excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The food was well presented and tasted great while the wine pairings were perfectly chosen. Definitely recommend.

This was by far the best food experience I have ever had. The food, the presentation, the overall experience was on another level to anything I have had before. If you have not tried Laith then you are missing out on one of the best meals and nights of your life.

This was definitely the best dining experience I've ever had. The food and atmosphere is perfect. The kitchen is an open space, so you can see the chef and staff interacting with each other. The chef comes to your table a few times to bring some of the dishes, and talk to you.

An unique experience, no word is enough to describe the tasty and amazing journey the chef and the staff are taking you to. Excellent wine pairing to complete a superior tasting menu. Thanks Liath I’ll see you soon :)

A bit tricky to book: very annoying the “ticket” system. Creativity in Food, atmosphere, service, innovation and ingredients all amazing. Limited and pricey wine list.

Some of the best food in Ireland and some of the best food I’ve ever had. The staff are very friendly and highly professional. Can’t recommend this place enough, they pack so much flavour into every dish. Loved it! 🤩

It was a few months back now that my partner and I went. At the time of booking we had opted for the non alcoholic beverage pairing. I enjoyed them all save for the thyme lemonade which happened to be the only one my partner really liked. As for the food, I was quite impressed with it all, especially the bread course. You were easily satisfied by the end which was an experience lasting 3 hours. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I've removed a star as we were charged for the sparkling water which I find absolutely ridiculous given the price point. Not to mention the drink pairing package. Other than that it's an experience I would recommend if you have the opportunity

We loved this experience. The 3 desert courses won me over. The bread was out of this world. Beautiful innovative cooking. Brilliant staff and big team effort to bring it all together. Def recommend

I've just finished the preview menu with my fiancé, and I have to say this was the best restaurant experience I've ever had. I could sit here and right a 1500 word essay on Liath, about th food, the staff, the wine, but I won't. I will keep it short and sweet. The food. The staff. The wine. It's all stunning. I cannot recommend this restaurant more! Go to Liath, you will not regret it!

I'm rarely surprised, but this surprised me. One wine transition literally made me giggle. The Dark Side of the Moon of the food world. A journey. Magical. Olympic gold. Love and craftsmanship. True professionals in a world of people dabbling. Oozing taste. You get what you pay for.

One of the best fine dining experiences in Dublin. Great food and wine pairing, amazing technique, lovely cozy and relaxed ambiance. Fantastic view of the open working kitchen and the care that was being placed on your food. Chefs were happy to chat after the service, making it such a pleasant atmosphere and experience.

👍👍 I went to 3 leaves for a Saturday afternoon lunch date. We were given a wait time of 15 minutes. The wait was not too bad. The lady who booked our table was very sweet and kind. We shared one plate of samosa Chaat and one of Chicken Biryani. I found the samosa Chaat quite spicy but my date said he...
