    This company is absurd. Inability to call them, the lack of a serious approach to the client and the problems faced when terminating the contract with them. I advise against this company as much as possible.

    New to the area and needed to get broadband, landline and mobile. We were not getting Eir mobile as it was expensive but they got us a great deal in store. The house needed to be seen by an engineer and an appointment was made. It took 3 days from signing contract to getting on line! Awesome service from Eir.

    Worst internet provider EVER. Constantly overcharging and their services like Eir Vision does not work. Spent hours on the phone to their Customer Service team with many promises to sort out, but nothing happens. Still not working AND still overcharging. AVOID AVOID AVOID
