    I have been coming in for personal training sessions with Bob since September, and I can only say positive things. With personalised and focused sessions, we have seen amazing improvement, taking quantitative measurements on a monthly basis. Bob is extremely qualified, he adapts the regimen to your needs and above all, he has the best positive attitude every single session. By far, my best personal training experience to date.     Bob is extremely professional. I had an injury in my knee and it was not getting any results from exercises given from another fisio. But Bob evaluation was specific tailored to my issue and the improvements could be seen in few weeks! 100% Recommend his expertise!

    I highly recommend Bob who is an excellent physio. He accompanied me for a tendinitis of the Achilles heel, and was the only one to find an effective solution. Thanks to him, I was able to improve my condition so that I could play sport again. Bob is a good listener, and offers rehab plans that are easy to follow. He is very competent and a good coach. He is also someone who knows how to encourage and give confidence to heal faster.

    Bob is absolutely class and professional. I suffered a terrible pain between the top part of my leg and my lower abs part which was limiting my movements. Bob carefully listened about my problem and medical history, then he come up with a realistic healing strategy. I have been following his gradual exercise schedule and, now, I am feeling much better and almost recovered. I absolutely recommend Bob! 5 stars!

    Bob has been of great help in my recovery journey, his calm , resilient and patient attitude towards everything sets him apart. I went from a foot drop, not being able to walk and sciatica pain to being almost pain free by following his curated exercise routine and being active. While everyone suggested surgery, he took a different approach which took a longer time than invasive procedures but I feel was the right thing to do for me. Would 100% suggest anybody going through similar struggles to atleast get an initial consultation done and give this a try.

    It has been a good 3-month recovery journey with some ups and downs. I still remember my initial condition in which I was full of fear and told myself that I would never be able to be normal and enjoy my life as the person I used to be It was the toughest time for me because after 3 months I was going to Canada for my studies and at that time I was worried that whether I will be able to attend classes, doing jobs and even there was a time when I and my family decided to drop this study plan, it was a tough time for me and my family. But when I found Bob on YouTube, watching some of his patient testimonials, I got some hope back and then I started contacting him. From the very first day, he has been humble, a good listener, and always wanted to be involved in my pain, every time I get a problem I text him and he responds, to sum up all this, he is like a big brother to me, just having my back always on every step. I believe that before having a good treatment, as every doctor has experience, having the qualities that I mentioned above makes the treatment worth it. Because before getting some physical help, you need mental help and Bob is that guy. I remember it was tough initially for me to decide whether I should take his 12-week online plan or not but to be honest at that time I had nothing to lose and I told myself let's see, whatever will be the results at least he is not treating me as a patient but more a family member. Now I can happily say that I am feeling better and going to Canada for my studies, just not improving in real life but also on my MRI reports as well. So, I would recommend that You should give a try to his plan or at least go for a consultation and see if you get that vibe or not. My recovery journey is not stopping here, it's a long recovery path that I need to cover and now with amazing results, I know I will cover that happily with Bob on my side. So, at last, I just want to thank everyone who helped me in that phase of my life even if it's a little help. The major ones are Lord Krishna, my parents, and Bob.

    My experience with Bob, has been exceptional. I reached out to Bob with regard to my lower back injury (L3-L4, L5-S1), a year ago, his expertise and personalized approach was instrumental in my recovery. Bob's in-depth knowledge of the human body and his ability to tailor treatments to my specific needs were evident from day one. Bob's approach made all the difference. He not only helped me with my physical recovery but also gave me confidence, as I was really stressed that I will not be able to train again. His positive attitude and passion for his work are infectious. As someone who loves going to the gym, I'm thrilled that I'm back to my workouts with confidence, thanks to Bob.     I had 4 appointments with Bob over the course of 3 months for chronic knee pain, and I couldn't be happier with my results. Over the past 2 years I visited several different physios and tried other treatment options with no joy, and now I can finally say that I have overcome the pain. This is thanks to Bob's expertise, reassurance, enthusiasm and patience. He set a clear plan for my recovery which I followed, and now I can independently go to the gym, play sports and run. Bob has given me the confidence to get back exercising, which was my ultimate goal that we discussed in the first session. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone. Thanks Bob !

    I had several sessions with Bob for my hamstring injury. He helped me recover from my injury through an effective training program and by gradually challenging my muscle strength. He also provided me with a diet program to get me back on track. Bob is a professional but also a very good and caring person on a personal level, with whom I had interesting discussions. I recommend him 100%.

    I have been visiting Bob for an issue with my knee and having finished the sessions I feel great to have had his contact. Bob not only helped me to recover my knee fast but also helped me to have an overall healthy life style through his curated exercise routine. The best part during each sessions, I liked the most, was his approach to understand the progress and suggesting follow-up routines based on that, which would challenge my body to some extent as well recover my knee. I will definitely recommend Bob for recovery paths from any kind of injury as well as generic physio sessions.

    I'm very impressed with the way the problem is analysed and how personalized the exercise program is. Bob spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the arm & neck problem so I understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. Bob was extremely professional and trustworthy - from my first appointment, I knew I was in safe hands and would get a good recovery. A very welcoming, 'comfortable' atmosphere from all staff in there.

    Bob is by far the best physio therapist I’ve ever tried. I started with Bob after my ACL surgery, he has prepared a rehab plan, explains the plan to me and the progress I should be making, with clear steps. Bob also explains to me his choice of rehab exercises and what are their benefits. My knee feels better, the rehab is going beyond what I expected and soon I’ll be back to playing football again. Highly recommend.

    Highly recommend! I was looking for a physio for a pulled harmstring playing football and came across DSIC on Google search. Was a bit out of the way, so was not sure about it. Went as its 5 stars with so many reviews and for a great reason! Bob attentively listened and asked questions, checked the leg and was able to diagnose severity very quickly. He explained the injury to me and what and why we need to take the approach we took. Total of 4 visits to DSIC and Bob not only built a gradual plan of continuous training that I can now also keep up myself. He even gave me some nutrition and dietary advise. All in all had my first match back and hamstring is feeling great. No doubt about coming back (if needed). Keep doing what you are doing Bob, thank you.

    I have been having an issue with my lower back over the last 5 years and I've been told that my l4 l5 disc bulge is the cause of the pain. I have done several treatments over the years, dry needling, spinal decompression adjustment, and 20 sessions of chiropractor adjustment and it did some short term relief and pain came back again after a while. Friend of mine who is a chef referred me to Bob in Dublin Sports Injury Clinic. I meet him and he did listen to me and examined my back and explained for me what is the issue that pain hasn't resolves yet. I felt right away he knows what is he talking about and we start my exercise routine right away. I didn't get any massage or treatment as such, it was all on teaching me movements and building up my strength. My lower back has been pain free over the last 8 weeks and my mobility improved. I'm sleeping much better, and I feel stronger. If you are having issue with your back, Bob can definitely help you and I highly recommending him. Thank you again for getting my back sorted. Kevin

    I had an elbow injury. I went to Bob after having several sessions with 2 other physios without any improvement. He took the time to get all the relevant info to find out the issue and make a tailored program for me. Bob is extremely professional and  knowledgeable. He really takes his time to undertand the root of your problem and explain it to you. I can see a huge improvement in my arm after just a few sessions. I strongly recommend to visit Dublin Sports Injury Clinic!

    I have been a patient of Bob Firo for the past couple of years as a result of some sports injuries. Having lived in different countries and also going to various physios for treatment, I can quite confidently say that Bob is absolutely fantastic and def the best physio I have experienced. His approach to treating me for my sports injuries has been quite different to that I have received in the past and have also been most effective. More importantly, Bob took a lot of time to understand my problem and ensured that I took accountability for my rehab. His attitude towards me as a patient gave me the confidence that he was invested in my recovery. Overall, I highly recommend Bob to anyone who has sports injuries or even normal day to day issues that require a physio.

    In just one session with Bob, my neck tension was relieved and mobility substantially improved. Bob's approach - taking time to understand the issue fully, means he gets to the cause of the problem, therefore his work is as effective as it can be. Also, because Bob has diagnosed the problem correctly, I found the treatment to be less painful than expected.

    I've had a fall 6 weeks ago while running and my knee gave me a lot of trouble since. Walking was an agony !! I've had an online consultation with Bob, and over 3 weeks I'm back running pain free. Highly recommended his approach and exercises. He really takes time to understand your issue and really interested to help you. Appreciate your help Bob, and highly recommend your service. Thanks again

    Very professional and effective. After only one treatment with Bob my lower back pain is gone and he also recommended a home based program which I follow to ensure recovery and prevent future injury. I'm feeling great and back to my training routine. I would 100% recommend Dublin Sports Injury Clinic to anyone with or without an injury. You can also treat yourself to a sports massage which helps prevent injury.

    I contacted Bob for reasons, such as chronic lower back pain (more or less for over 20years now), fear and panic attacks, loss of confidence. I have had an L4-L5 surgery in 2019, which wasn’t successful, and I decided not to follow surgical treatments anymore. For the past 4 years I was visiting many specialists, I have heard lots of opinions, all different suggestions to treat my pain, such a manual therapy, massages, surgeries, exercises,holistic medicine, psychologist and so on. None of these specialists didn’t gave me any clarity, routine to follow or even explanation why am I struggling with my pain so much. I have been diagnosed with several types of depression. Diagnose was “that cherry on the top”. Than I texted Bob - looking for some hope. His ability to listen, explain, and be there for you 24/7 is a natural gift. I had amazing 12 weeks of working online together with Bob. Today - I’m PAIN FREE. I do not care pain medication in my bags anymore, I have a physical routine I can follow, I have set my personal goals, I am FEARLESS to move and live my life I used to. My panic attacks completely under control. I am thankful for this opportunity to be heard and helped 🙏

    I've been running for the last 10 years but I have been suffering with the knee injury for the last 3 years, only resting and doing a bit here and there. I've decided to get back in running again and I've contacted Bob in Dublin Sports Injury Clinic. He suggested to look at my running technique and my gait analysis which I found it really helpful. Bob showed me the root of my knee injury and he designed for me a home/gym rehab routine to follow for the last 6 weeks. I'm back doing 10k without any pain in my knee and I feel stronger than ever.     2022 was a tough year with injury due to running for me. After multiple visits to other physios, I was not getting any better, had stopped running completely and was pretty down about it! I've been seeing Bob for nearly a year now. I've managed to get back running at a level I want and set a new PB for the Marathon this year after his help. The mix of massage work, strength training plans, encouragement and clear explanation of my injury has got me back to where I want. Thanks Bob!

    I've been running for the last 5 years and I had several injuries that keep stoping me from running. I went to Bob to take a look at my running gait after my latest knee injury. He highlighted a couple of things in my initial visit which made sense and I started the 6 weeks strength & conditioning. I love the fact that my injury has been cleared and I haven't been taking any rest as such. Bob modified my weekly plan and I'm seeing a great benefit from the strength work over the last 5 weeks.     I had a shoulder injury during my training, with Bob help and excellent experience, he was able to tweak my training exercises which helped healing the injury and at the same time continue my exercises at the gym.     Great experience. I've made an appointment after sudden lower back pain and went in for two sessions. Bob spend an hour in my initial consultation to check lifestyle and possible causes followed by an assessment to determine my mobility & my pain level. He emailed me a tailored exercise plan to be done daily including the do's and don'ts. My mobility improved and my back pain went away before my second appointment. He progress my home exercises to help maintain my lower back strength. Highly recommended.

    Best experience ever! I consider myself very lucky for the opportunity to have met Bob and to be trained by him. Working as a dentist can be very overwhelming for the spine. Working in the same position for hours can create multiple long-term issues. Life saviour, extremely patient and focused on a personalised plan, he managed to help me get rid of the severe back and hip pain that I had. Furthermore, explaining and making me understand the importance of an improved and healthy lifestyle, not only a temporary quick "fix", he made me want to come even though now I am 100% pain free.     I've joined the runners Strength and Conditioning program after a knee injury and I'm really happy with the results. My knee Injury is totally gone and I must say that my running speed and my overall technique has improved. After the gait analysis with Bob, he designed a training program for me and Initially I found it tough if I be honest. As an amator runner I've never tried any sort of strength work, but after 2 weeks I fell stronger and my usual 5k felt easier. Bob gave me a gym based plan to keep up the strength work and I'm really happy with my progress.     I strongly recommend Bob as a physical therapist. I've been suffering of lower back pain for years and not feeling fully recovered or sort of unhappy with previous diagnoses, so I went to Bob consultation to try to identify the root cause of my lower back issues. Bob's approach was excellent and after the initial consultation he was able to create a rehab program (to be done at home without especialised equipment) and in a second follow up session he went through the program with me. After 4 weeks I was able to manage the exercises and as a result I gain strength, therefore no lower back discomfort since then. I keep doing the exercises as they are great for stretching my back and shoulders. Thank you Bob

    Great experience, I highly recommend Bob. I carried some knee injury on past year and no one came up with a solution. Bob quickly find the issue and come up with a rehab plan. I have no more pain or discomfort anymore and was able to run a 20km race only few weeks after first appointment! 😊 Fix a groin injury and shin split as well. I am truly grateful to him.

    I was suffering from chronic back pain (lower back) and ankle sprain when I went to Bob about 5 weeks back. I had taken many appointments with GP who refereed me for an MRI and physiotherapy. MRI scan showed nothing critical but the pain and discomfort was continuously there for the past 8 months. Bob very patiently explained to me that it is nothing but weakness of muscles and that slowly I need to regain strength by doing various exercises and challenging myself to do more. He referred to this as more of a Mental Block than physical pain. I have been going to him for the past 5 weeks for strength and conditioning (2 days per week). He is a great trainer/coach. He build my confidence from inside. I won’t say that I am perfectly cured because it takes time to completely heal the chronic ones (Bob told that to me on the very first day) but one thing is for sure – I am much more confident in my day today life now. I was using Belt to support my back all day long, now I don’t. I can go to pubs and sit on uncomfortable chairs without worrying about much discomfort because he made me realise that everything can be cured slowly, and I know my pain is not equal to damage. All I need is to stay active and get stronger. Highly recommend Bob for anyone who is experiencing back pain.
