Patrick's adjustments are very subtle yet incredibly effective. I had lower back/hip pain which was resolved within 5 sessions. Patrick's explained fully the mechanics of the issue and was able to advise on home stretching routine which really enhance the adjustments. I first came here when I was 6 months pregnant. Patrick is lovely and very professional. I felt very comfortable and Patrick navigated my massive baby bump very well. I would 100% recommend Dublin City Chiropractic for treatments. I have a traumatic shoulder injury which is very painful. It has been only 3 sessions and I am feeling a lot better as I can do my work now which I was not able to perform. I feel relaxed and seems no stress or tension in the muscles. After 10 years of pain meds, constant suffering since childhood and numerous doctors I'm finally off pills thanks to Dr. Patrick. When I first went to Dublin City Chiropractic I was in a bad way I taught id need a hip replacement. But Patrick gave me exercises to do and I was back in great shape in no time. Then I decided to tackle me knee and the same again he gave me exercises and I never looked back. Don't get put off by the exercises I do mine on the bed and it's fine. Patrick is a gentle kind man and knows his stuff he's very professional and non judgement. I tell everyone about him.

I was recommended by my GP to see a chiropractor due to my neck issues(neck pain, tension, dizziness, flashes in eyes, headache etc). I was a bit scared to see a chiropractor initially. I researched and finally went to see Patrick and I felt relief from session one. Patrick made me feel very comfortable and his adjustments helped immensely to resolve my neck issues. Would 100% recommend!!! I had a stinging pain on my neck and shoulders (a combination of sitting at my desk all day and also not stretching properly after training) so I went in for a treatment and I left feeling like a new person! My neck feels so relaxed and I have no tension on my neck and shoulders anymore. Patrick was very friendly, gentle and helpful. Truly a great professional at what he does! I visited Dr. Patrick's clinic for the first time today and from start to finish I was made feel so comfortable. I friend recommended the place because she loved the service, and I honestly would refer anyone who wants to visit a chiropractor to visit Dublin City Chiropractor services. I have had 3 sessions so far, already seeing improvements, and I appreciate how Dr Patrick explains every step of what he does. He is very empathetic, engaging and willing to listen and help. I will go there every week, but I know they are helping me to get to normal back health and continue with normal exercises at home.

It was definitely the best decision I have made was coming to see Patrick and Team for my shoulder pain and poor posture. From my first appointment Patrick put me at ease that I could be helped and that he would take my case and help me. We were back with Patrick for a check over. Myself after having a baby and my partner just a general realignment as always we left feeling much better and Patrick made the trip even easier my allowing our toddler into the room with us as he wasn't happy when one of us left. We both highly recommend Patrick. My partner has disc issues which Patrick has helped with immensely with treatment.

I have been to Doctor Patrick Ryder in Dublin City Chiropractic about 3 years ago as I had pains in my arm and leg from the sciatic nerve and he has fixed it for me only in few sessions. Since then I am going over to him for minor adjustments and maintenance, but I am pain free since 3 years ago. I have recommended him to friends and family as well, so I highly recommend Dublin City Chiropractic to anybody that needs help with pains coming from or related to the spine.
