Lyndsey was the nicest she could of been. It was my first facial in years and I bought this for myself as a birthday gift. Ive had a challenging few months dealing/managing stress and it was the first time I have properly relaxed in months. I nearly fell asleep it was that relaxing! She gave me an assessment on my skin and a list of products she recommended but what I loved about it was, she didn't make me feel pressured to buy the products which has happened to me in the past. Overall it was such a lovely experience and I look forward to my next facial with Lyndsey. I would highly recommend her services to anyone! Such an amazing experience at South William! Cant wait to go back!

I liked my hydrafacial and the results but think that this place is a bit overpriced. Paying 170€ for a 30min treatment is way more than what I would pay in a professional clinic outside of Ireland. Waiting area is very nicely decorated and the atmosphere is relaxing. Staff is very friendly and is doing great efforts to make sure you‘re having a great time. Pay attention that every extra (booster) they offer at the end of the treatment costs extra and is at least +50€. After my treatment was over, I found it a bit hardcore how my therapist would try to sell me a treatment package for 400€+ and asked for feedback during the 10m we walked towards the cashier. When I said I wouldn’t go for the package today, I was surprised the cashier started pitching the package to me again!

Had a really lovely experience in the clinic today. The therapist was brilliant and really knowledgeable about the service she is offering aswell as having an in-depth knowledge of skin and products. I've left feeling a new woman and my skin is in the best condition it has been in a long time - a great confidence boost!! I will definitely be returning for a course of treatments. Thank you xx

Unfortunately the Hydra-facial carried out by Ciara was overshadowed by lack of time keeping my the ladies in reception. Confirmed my appointment at 16:30 for 17:15 only to arrive and be told there was a mix up and to come back at 17:50. I wasn’t seen until 18:20 when I was ready to walk out. Very disappointed with the lack of respect of people’s time, I had other plans that evening and ended up being very late to my own birthday celebration. The €20 reduction unfortunately didn’t make up for it and overall I don’t think the facial was worth €200.

I got my first microneedling treatment with Helen. Helen was really professional explaining every step of the procedure and checking on how I felt all along. And… the session involves a nice relaxing massage! At the end of the session, I received useful tips regarding the at home care and what to avoid for the next days. I am really happy with the treatment and Helen’s dedication and professionalism! A plus side? The rooms and the place itself are always clean and very elegant!

Amazing as always!! Saffron is incredible at what she does and always produces incredible results with the best customer service. Love coming in for my facials with her and have recommended to several people! I’ve been getting the hydra facial with LED once a month for several months. Results after only 4 sessions exceed expectations.

Noelle is very professional and careful in every session. She always wants to make sure I am happy with the treatment and clearly communicates recommendations so I can get the best out of what I am paying for. Really happy with her and with the Spa in general!

I had a really enjoyable micro-needling session, despite the pain! Mags is lovely. She was very professional, but also considerate, explaining each step as she went along. She also outlined some of the other procedures that might be suitable for me, and gave lots of tips and recommendations on skincare. Actually looking forward to the next session!

Very good selection and price point, my order arrived quickly, was really nicely packaged, one of the nicest packages I have ever received and came with lovely samples and a discount code for future orders. I had a hydrafacial with Noelle and it was fantastic as always! Noelle is so kind and really makes the experience. She’s takes time at the start of the facial to let you take deep breaths and presses on your shoulders, it just calms me down and I love that personal touch. She also answers any questions and is very personable. The facial itself is amazing, I always leave feeling glowy and confident. There was also a lovely girl on reception, who was friendly and smiley which I appreciate. Just adore the clinic!

Dr. Ninnette was very understanding of the fact that it was my first visit with her and she really put me at ease. Very pleased with how my appointment went. It is now 1 week later and I am delighted with the results. Would highly recommend. I also received a lovely goodie bag of full size products for Love Your Skin Month (September). I have been buying my skin care from the South William for the last few years and they are always very generous with sample and goodies for clients.

I bought their laser package online which was great value for money firstly, I then attended for a patch test/consult just to see my suitability which was all very thorough they follow all precautions. I then had my 1st laser treatment with Noelle who made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and made the laser treatment as pain free as possible, chatted to me throughout the treatment which made the appointment fly by. After that 1st treatment I could already notice a huge difference in hair growth, less dense and thick, I would usually get prickly on my legs 1 day after shaving but I now get a few days before it becomes prickly! Unfortunately due to a medical condition I got prescribed medication that then made me unsuitable to continue my laser. I was devastated because I really enjoyed attending south William Clinic plus after such amazing results after my first treatment that I was so excited to see the end results. South William clinic kindly gave me a refund due to being unsuitable to continue. I would definitely recommend attending their clinic for laser after such incredible results first round, I’m hoping myself to continue laser with them in the future once I’m finished my course of medication.

I have been twice now at South William clinic and can’t recommend enough! Both times I’ve been assisted by Kathleen and she has been nothing but wonderful! The first time I went for cool-sculpting on my chin and I was extremely nervous but she explained me everything and come we down. Was totally worth it, the results are AMAZING!!! Today I went for a salt exfoliation and my skin feels amazing! Again! Can’t recommend enough!!!!

I had the platinum hydra facial treatment for the first time. I must say, I'm very impressed by it. My skin looks so healthy and now have that dewy glow. Helen is superb and I highly recommend seeing her. She answered all my questions and recommended a skin regimen that I will certainly stick to.

Just had my first hydrafacial with Jess. My skin is far smoother and more hydrated after it and much much clearer. Jess did a great job explaining everything really well as she went and why she tailored the facial as she did to my skin concerns. It definitely feels more effective than a regular facial.

My skin felt extra glowy and Helen even said it looked the healthiest it’s ever looked during the appointment, i think this is from improvised home care and frequent visits for facials. I had the environ facial again and it was great, it was relaxing but helped my skin feel clean and hydrated, the alginate mask is cold and cooling on the face. Helen also used the electro- sonic ionzyme devise, which does leave a metal taste in your mouth, but very subtle; helps to push the ingredients further into your skin. This help to protect your skin and makes my skin feel healthier for longer periods of time.

Denise was extremely helpful with everything. She taught me so much about my skin and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you, I appreciate it and I will be back again soon!

But I could never forget to put in an excellent service I got from Alex, she is the best! Her hands are amazing with massages that i got while doing facial. I could sense that Alex wants me to be at my most comfort level that day. I was subconsciously panicking bec I had nothing prepared for my holidays the next day. And she made me relax and had this chill vibe that took away all my worries. If I were to nit pick, I would suggest providing customer service training to the receptionist, particularly around the etiquette that’s expected in a premium skincare salon.
