Stayed here for 7 nights, price is amazing for the quality of service and what you get. The staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating, rooms are so comfortable and homely. Very modern and super clean. Beds were comfortable, shower was massive! Small bit out of the way of the city centre but its a lovely walk and very quiet area. O think I'll be staying here again every time I visit Dublin again I was that impressed! I would give more than 5 stars if I could, super impressed!

The room had a welcoming and practical design and was equipped with what we needed for our stay during the city break in Dublin. The products from the bathroom were so good that we wanted to buy them for home but unfortunately, small ones were not available, to suit our luggage. The staff from the reception was friendly and the lobby area with the cafe looks very nice. We had coffee there in the morning and vegan options were also available for the milk. The area looks new, modern, and clean, with no incidents nearby. The tram are bus stations are near the hotel and small markets can be found very easily, across the street and a few minutes away. We liked this neighborhood more than the city center. The cleaning was an 8/10 so there is space for improvement. We wish we had some tissues in the kitchen and in the bathroom and an extra kitchen towel that we needed during our stay. Cleaning services were not promoted for short stays. I wish there was a maintenance cleaning included daily in the hotel price.

My mom and I stayed here the last leg of our trip and it was a wonderful experience! Elaine (the head host) and the rest of the staff at Beckett Locke went above and beyond to make our stay was comfortable and amazing as possible! The room itself was very cozy and we felt right at home there! We had a full kitchen with a washer/dryer which really came in handy! There is a gorgeous walking path on the river which is right across the street. I took full advantage of it almost every morning. Thank you so much Elaine and Beckett Locke for giving us the best experience while we were in Dublin ❤️

We had an amazing one night stay at Beckett Locke. We were welcomed by Carlos who was extremely helpful and so friendly. The location was perfect for the concert at 3arena and the tram is right outside so super handy to get into Dublin City. The room was so comfy and had all the essentials. Loved the smell of the shampoo ;) We also were helped out a lot by Tara. She went out of way to accommodate us. It’s also dog friendly which is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when in Dublin. Thanks a lot!

Review: I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this hotel. On previous occasions, we enjoyed going there for drinks and had a great time. However, upon returning recently, we were disappointed to find out that the bar had been shut down. Moreover, the lack of staff at the reception was evident, and it seemed like they were not adequately trained. Every interaction was met with responses like "I'm new, so I'm not sure." It's a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, the lack of attention to guest needs and the closure of the bar left us feeling let down. As a place with higher pricing, we expected a higher level of service and professionalism. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues and takes steps to improve the overall guest experience. With better management and attention to detail, this hotel could truly shine.

Location of this place is great for going to 3arena or to be starter point for using luas to get around starting from the point stop. Have stayed couple of times here one time in 2 bedroom apt other time in studio ,both had kitchen area with kettle hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Downstairs has bar and restaurant which is lovely to sit and chill. Smells so good like vanilla everywhere down there. Toilets are men and women's together which is a first for me to experience. Found staff a little slow there at bar to serve drinks and having dinner we were brought starter with mains and had to ask them to take mains back until we finished starter 🤷‍♀️and first time staying room wasn't exactly clean ( cup marks on bed side shelf and hairs on bedroom floor) apart from that I liked this place.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great time at Beckett Locke, we have stayed at other Locke hotels and they have been fabulous. Beckett had a feeling of a building site in some ways, the bar was not open the first room we stayed in had a loud whistling noise so we asked to move room which was kindly taken care of. The second room also had a few things which were not up to standard, the bed was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle which meant we didn’t have a good night sleep, it was also very small for a studio room and for the price. The loo roll holder was falling off the wall, and the bathroom sink was blocked. Apart from this the reception were friendly and welcoming.

This is a great hotel. Mario who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Check-in was really quick. The room I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite had everything you need. Having the kitchen was handy for cooking breakfast and it has all equipment that you might need. The room was comfy and clean. Having the red line luas right outside of the hotel makes getting around Dublin so easy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing hotel ! The highlight of the hotel... the most polite and fun stuff you can imagine ! 1b/1b apartment is spacious enough , brand new furniture and renovated space. The living space and the bar of the hotel are super nice for socializing and meeting people if you are new to Dublin . Only downside , there are no windows that you can open so sometimes the atmosphere feels a bit ughhh , but overall 5/5 experience.

Great management on both hotel and F&B side. Fantastic breakfast and bartender service, very friendly and cheerful. Decoration and ambience in lobby/restaurant was lovely, urban vibe. Fresh rooms with all utilities. Housekeeping could be better and also gym that only allows one person and requires booking. Doggo loved everything and eveyone! Highly recommend for long term accommodation in a more quiet area.

Beckett Locke has been my temporary apartment for one month and I couldn’t be happier about this place. Rooms are large, super cozy and you can find all the home appliances, tools and everything you need to live. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and available to support clients for every need/ request. There are a lot of facilities within the building: a very good restaurant, a nice cafe and free gym, that could be booked in advance at the reception.

This place is a 10/10. The staff is available all the time and they are always welcoming any requests. The place looks fresh and apartment/ room has everything one might need for both short and long stays. There is a free gym that you can book for 1h for yourself only and plenty of other sport related activities offered every week. There is a bar and cafè/restaurant open until 7pm. The location is very good as it's close to the docks and a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, but not worth the money. We paid over €900 euros of 3 nights. Our room was a small apartment. Basically just a small hotel room with a kitchenette. The room was nice, but basic. We didn't realise when booking, as we booked the apartment room, it doesn't get cleaned at all during your stay. So, we didn't get any clean towels (only had one towel each). We did request towels from reception l, but they never arrived. Maybe the staff were just busy. The staff were otherwise helpful and friendly. The location was out of the way, but the tram is ideal for getting to town. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We would have been happy with the hotel, if it hadn't been as expensive. It was nice, but basic, so wasn't worth the money we paid.

Great first stop. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they were more than accommodating storing our luggage. So glad they did! We stopped for a bite at their restaurant and had the best sandwiches I've ever had plus our waiter Chris from Poland had us cracking up with his wit. Our room was so modern with everything you could need or want in 400sq ft. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, soaps for everything and a comfy bed at a good price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic modern apartments with high end appliances, comfortable beds, a decent gym which will cover most basic needs, nice coffee from the café, and the Luas terminus on your door step. The staff are exceptional and accommodating, the in room systems are top notch I was even able to vpn from their connection with little issue. It felt like a (albeit small) home from home.

Stayed here with family in October . Hotel was lovely but there was a mix up with bookings. We booked 3 rooms and paid for an early check in on one of the rooms so that we all could leave our stuff and explore. Really disappointed that on checking in to be told none of the rooms were available even though we had paid. 2 of our party left a review and was apologised to and told a refund would be given. To date this has not happened. This has now been rectified. Customer services excellent.

Located in the harbor area of Dublin. The area looks quite new to me. Some nice Bars and Restaurants around. Tram stop directly in front of hotel. Time to City Center with tram only like 10min. We were allowed to check in at 12:30 already - which we really appreciated! Rooms are new and spacious (we stayed in a Locke Studio). Kitchen equipment is good. Only downside is the noise that you will hear from all other rooms. Walls are thin like paper. I will never understand how new hotels can be built like that... Also cleanliness could be slightly improved. Something that also needs to be mentioned is that there is no daily housekeeping. Only once a week. I think one week is too long for no cleaning in between (3 days max in my opinion!). All together, I would recommend to stay in this hotel for like max. 1 week and with some earplugs :)

This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect for concerts, and you can get anywhere you need to from the Luas stop outside. The room design is amazing, very efficiently used space with an almost fully functioning kitchen and washing machine. It was spotless. And the ladies at reception were lovely. I will be using this every time a concert is on from now on as you won’t get any better for this price.

  • 5/5 Lucy K. 5 months ago on Google
Stayed here as we were going to a concert in 3 arena and will definitely be back (especially as it was a 2 minute walk to the arena!) Giorgia who checked us in is possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met! So welcoming and walked us right round to the elevators so we knew where we were going. The reception area smells amazing! And the seated area for having some food or coffee was great Our room was spotless and it was great having the full sized fridge- we ended up spending more time in our room than planned because it was so comfy Will definitely stay here again as the Luas stop right outside makes it so easy to get to the city centre

Great experience! I checked in and Mario was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, the toiletries smelled amazing. (I had no idea there’d be a refrigerator, dishwasher, and clothes washer too! But then again I didn’t exhaustively research before booking it). The cafe on the ground level makes great coffee and has a delicious fruit/yogurt/oatmeal cup for breakfast. I was staying for a concert at 3Arena and the location was ideal for that. It’s a bit of a walk to city center though for those who are in Dublin to traipse around on foot. There’s a “mall” across the street with some food options and a Starbucks as well.

My Partner and I are loving our stay here! We came to Dublin from Canada and unfortunately had a bad experience with an Airbnb. Frantic to find other accommodations, we stumbled upon this location and were able to book a king studio suite. The staff were able to get us in for an early check-in as well which was so appreciated. We were so shocked when we walked in and saw the industrial-chic, hip atmosphere - honestly such a vibe. The front desk staff were so helpful, and quick to show us around. There is a gym, meeting room, and a lovely cafe and dining area (the chai-latte is SO good). Our room exceeded our expectations and has so many extra perks such as a full kitchen, laundry, and my favourite was an in room yoga mat with free peloton workouts you can access on the TV. The location is excellent being right on the water, lots of bars & restaurants around, and there is a tram right next to the hotel that takes you to the city centre within 10 mins. Would recommend this location to anyone who wants visit Dublin! Such bang for your buck compared to other standard hotels in the area.

Full 5 stars for how impressed I am with the accessible apartment. Brilliant accessible shower, low down railing for coats and clothing. The room was spacious, and either side of the bed had red emergency cords properly dangling and all. Very close to 3 arena.

Rooms are eclectic. This is a conversation of what was a building clearly built for another purpose originally. They have done a pretty good job adapting it to hospitality, including an unusual business plan approach that caters to "space adaptability."Overall I really like the experience! Bad experience checking in from "drive up." Limited access to ✔️ in if driving and the hotel has no way, or inclination to manage this limited resource for parking while checking in. Took 45 minutes to get to the desk and I needed help from a stranger to parallel park, leaving only inches between the front and rear car. After checking in and unloading luggage in the lobby, the front desk can't changed personnel and the new person was unwilling to repeat. The parking instructions that they check in person had mentioned would be available to me. Following my unloading. Unbelievably it took another hour and a half to crowbar the garage information out of this person. I have no idea why this happened but it was to the point where I was ready to try to find another place to stay. I insisted that she contacted her supervisor, and had to make a scene in order to get any headway. Finally she was replaced at the front desk and everything went well from that point. Bye then the check-in process had taken 3 hours and all the restaurants had closed for the night so I missed dinner. As for location, you can't beat it. Especially if you're seeing an event at 3 Arena, as is my circumstance. Additionally, it is well situated to the entire downtown Dublin center and the train stops right at the exit from the Cafe. The location is perfect.

My mom and I absolutely LOVED our stay in Ireland. This was a wonderful place to rest and make a home base while seeing all the fun things Dublin has to offer, and well worth it. The people were all so kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept. Great for short or long term stays. 12/10 recommend, if I am ever fortunate enough to make it back to Dublin, this will be the first place I look to for staying. :-)

  • 5/5 S -. 9 months ago on Google
I only stayed overnight a few hours, so I can’t say much about the location other than that it’s about 15 minutes away from the airport (~25€ by taxi) and one stop away on the Dublin Express bus (8€), though the bus never came so I was forced to jump in a cab. The studio was really cute and comfortable. 24/7 reception meant check in and check out were a breeze. Super well-equipped apartment (laundry, dishwasher, fridge, stovetop) and if water pressure matters to you, it’s the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced traveling. The space felt clean overall, though I did notice some staining on my sheets and there was some dust/dirt on the platform the bed sits atop. The texture of the floor makes it hard to gauge how clean it is. There were some minor maintenance issues that didn’t really bother me, so I just let the reception know upon checkout. Overall, I’d recommend this place—especially if you want a great shower, comfy bed, and quick trip to the airport.

Fantastic no thrills room (but it is really good) with a lovely cafe downstairs and in a really convenient location. It's not "five stars" but certainly a high standard for a regular city sleep. Wish I had an excuse to come back soon.

Pet friendly place is great 🐕 The amenities for working as a hub are very calm and with enough space with different large table with connections everywhere such as good wifi. A coffee shop quit expensive comparing what they offered, I suggest go other place, but is good to have one here only if you required and have to stay here all day. Amazing decoration🩵 If you book here they will not clean your room that the bad thing till the 5th night I think 👎🏼 I booked here because it seems have a gym but it's so poor, not enough equipment. Also I booked a run 5km and the runner teacher only did 2km, saying that it wasn't payed to run 5km 👎🏼

The place is beautiful and clean. It's very close to the public transportation but you can also have a lovely stroll to the city center, alongside the river Liffy. The staff is amazing, super nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Dublin!

I have always loved the Saco group but this Locke hotel is amazing. I have stayed in hundreds of places for work and leisure but this genuinely has been my favourite. The place is perfect if you want a cool place to work socially or grab a quiet coffee. Great facilities that promote wellness. They even have a running club along the docks. The rooms themselves are generous in size and fantastic value. You really couldn't get a more affordable option! The bed was large and very comfy. Great mattress and bright white bedding. Spotlessly clean! The shower had a rain shower and a power shower attachment, probably best shower ever had. I loved the complimentary salted caramel shampoo and conditioner and the fact the toilet used recycled rain water! The TV connected to my smart phone, so could use all my apps from home - really easy to cast to TV. The room had a perfect mini kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Iron, hairdryer and yoga mat also included. The aesthetic was just laid back and cool. Really quiet place, was perfect for me and my five year old. It is in a quiet part of town but easily connected via the point Luas tram or bus immediately outside door. The airport bus stops right outside. There is a cinema, supermarket and local restaurants opposite, you can also order food to hotel really easily. The best thing about this place is the staff... Really friendly, helpful and bubbly. Especially Maria she was great! I will definitely be staying at another Locke hotel!

Truly impeccable hotel/accommodation option. Wish we had planned to stay here longer! Was most impressed with the quality of amenities in the room, fabulous co-working spaces, and options for exercise classes. It's in a business-specific district of Dublin (we preferred this over centralized tourist-y spot), but 50m from the train station and easy access anywhere.

  • 4/5 Megan C. 8 months ago on Google
I think the aesthetic is industrial chic? Practical apartment accommodation for a reasonable price (for Dublin at least). A bit spartan, and lacking some of the kitchen basics a traveller booking self contained accommodation actually needs which for that price should have been there. But clean, quiet, and did the job. Good location for the convention centre. Helpful staff.

  • 5/5 Adam M. 7 months ago on Google
The staff here are incredible. Definitely the best facet of my stay here. Helpful, professional, informative, knowledgeable but most importantly to me: friendly and welcoming. A modern, well equipped boutique hotel with functional spaces for remote working and conferencing, a small but functional gym, lots of amenities right next door. There are lots of small details which improve the overall experience such as: - a magnetic sticker to cover the bright led display on the microwave (the room can be made fully dark for sleep) - on top of the regular room perks (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea etc) there is also a yoga mat, a flashlight, and plenty of kitchen utensils in good condition. - you can communicate with the team via WhatsApp 24/7 The rates vary but for a work trip or short break where you don’t want to sweat the details this is an excellent choice for the price range.

*Better for short term stay* Polite staff, a few minutes in tram to the city center, modern appliances in the bedroom. The room was not spotless but decently clean. Only provided with the minimum. An overall good stay, a little pricey but decent accommodation.

The hotel is awesome! Great location, great service and really impressive overall ambience. Highly recommend if you’re in Dublin. The self checking option was the thing I appreciated the most. It was easy and ultra fast, avoiding any waiting at the reception.

I was one of the first long stay guests at Beckett Locke. Having moved to a new city, this place provided a great transition for me with spacious and comfortable (and very nicely designed) rooms. The details are well thought of to help guests have a convenient stay at the reach of their hands (i.e. in-house bar & gym). Regardless, what makes a place home is the people in it, and the team is like no other! Many thanks :)

Stayed here for 3 nights between Christmas and New year. The room was fantastic. We were a family of four and had 2 double bedrooms both had their own toilet and bathroom. Good sized sitting room with a kitchen area. Would definitely stay here again. Nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Great location. Perfect

Great experience at this hotel. Situated in the Docklands which is a prime location in Dublin. There is immediate access to various stores and public transportation. The hotel restaurant serves a limited menu for each part of the day but the food is great and they have a bar and areas where you can work and collaborate with peers. The staff are extremely kind and friendly. They made our stay enjoyable. The entrance has a wonderful scent. The rooms are fully stocked with all you need during your stay. Kitchenette with all necessary cookware and eating utensils. Dishwasher and washing machine + dryer available. Bathrooms are big enough to fit two adults. Smart TV with chromecast. There is a couch and dining table available for you. The only little negative is the height of the bed, depending on your height, you might find the bed to low.

Total lack of basic hygienic cleanliness, in particular in the rooms. Anything above head level was full with layers of dust as can be seen in the pictures, clearly this was not touched for months... It affected my allergies and health in general with breathing difficulties. Rooms don't have windows that can open. It took many complaints without resolution other than offering a deep clean of the room. Most staff were nice - that's the good thing about the hotel - but cleanliness is a basic and this state is totally unacceptable, even more so at the nightly rate they charge.

This is definitely a great place to stay at if you want something between a hotel and an air bnb. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place has a fantastic coffee shop, restaurant, and bar in the lobby. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely Italy stay at one of their properties again.

Stayed for a couple of nights and can not fault anything. Maya welcomed us and was so so friendly and helpful. Just an amazing person! The room was better than we had expected and very clean. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Dublin.

We stayed here last month and it was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in my life! The studio had all the necessary items for cooking which was super convenient, and it was super clean and cozy! I also loved the atmosphere at the lobby, super relaxed and perfect for working from there or just having a coffee (they serve great coffee). The staff really nice too!! Would recommend 100%

Very good experience !awesome place for a city break, business trip...whatever suits you! Big plus is that it's pet friendly so our kitten enjoyed the stay here with us, we've seen many people with their pooch or hound or labradors. It's very clean and tidy so don't associate the pet friendly with not clean as it really isn'tthe case. The hotel is right next to Luas so you can get anywhere from here. We loved the chilling area, the bar, the small coffee shop , working area and of course-the staff, very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. "Smart" hotel. No cash accepted. Through a booking site we had a fully equipped room like an apartment for a very reasonable price. Shower was amazing. Temp of room was too hot. Great location with a tram stop at the front door.
