Awful experience. None of the staff were wearing masks and one member of staff (the receptionist) laughed at a woman when she said he should be wearing one while walking around interacting with patients. No social distancing being practiced. The building was grim and unsanitary. I was so uncomfortable I actually got up and left and did not go through with my appointment.

Terrible doctor just looked asked nothing just wanted to get rid of me instantly. Unprofessionalism at its best. Absolute waste of time and money. Never visiting again.

Be careful if you don't have a textbook issue. I went in for a check and asked for a referral to ENT (swollen lymph nodes behind the ears). The GP gave me antibiotics and refused to refer me or do bloods although I explained I don't have common symptoms for ear infection. Very next day I went to bloodworks.ie and did my bloods. No infection. Good thing I haven't started the antibiotics. Quite disappointing experience.

Dr.coleman is never available and I went a year and a half before speaking to her on the phone that's why I changed back to my old doctor despite the distance.

Worst clinic, I've been asking for an appointment since 26 December till this day 24 February they've kept canceling my appointments I've had serious problems the past few months and not one has tried to help out!!

Very friendly and very helpful any major problems with your health you are well taking care of any time I have phoned to order my prescription and book appointment all get a answer

No one answers the email

I was dealt with instantly, no fuss, received my prescription and home within 30 mins

It is impossible to get an answer from them by phone. More than once I had to take permissions from work to get there in person as they were not answering the phone. This is not acceptable from a GP clinic.

I've been trying to get through on the phone the last 2hours now and can't get any answer 😒 😕 😩 🙄
