Went there to buy a pair of football boots for my son.The young lad who was there was totally disinterested.Definitly not an asset to Intersport Elverys.Ended up going to to Sports Direct.

Have tried to buy swimwear last few years but sadly disappointed by such poor selection, contacted help service last week but have had no response. Good staff but buyers not at the races at all, maybe this company aiming for online only service. This doesn't work with all clothing items. Company should decide if they are personal shopping store and stock accordingly or just go online entirely. I won't be back

Shocking customer service I purchased a pair off boots for my son he wore them twice and they ripped and the manager refused to replace them .I've been shopping there for years never again

The staff here are very good. The girl working today was excellent in assisting my 3 year old find a new pair of runners. She mentioned it was her last day working in the shop, and she was very professional and he was delighted with the shoes. We were so happy we bought 2 pairs.

Solid staff.. but did not have the product Nike shoes I was looking for and told me nothing that I did not already know. Other than that. I could not find any faults.

I went into not knowing what I was looking for. A young gentleman assisted me and I left the shop with the perfect pair of runners and highly impressed on how well he knew his stuff. I've been telling all my friends about it. It does good to your heart to see people working so well. Thank you!!!! I will definitely be back!
