All the instructors are good but the administrators are really not helpful (Worst actually) with any of the payments and just they state one thing again and again that everything’s in their Terms and Conditions. I made a mistake of rescheduling one of my daughter’s makeup class and lost my hard earned money to them. Worst administration but the teachers are good.

Rude staff at the desk, they are just not friendly and seems like a burden to them when approached. However some teachers are very nice and really good with the kids. My child hasn’t been assessed for over 6 months which I had to continue following up on. Unfortunately i won’t leave due to the accumulated make up lessons. Not happy but sticking with it to at least get the lessons that have been paid for. If you have queries, email them - fast response without the rudeness!

Unfortunately the swim school is a joke. Do not give them money up front as all money given is not refundable. Natalie is absolutely hopeless and has no compassion for customers whatsoever. The teachers are rude and disrespectful to children with special needs and Natalie takes no accountability at all. Good if you like a swim school with 8 kids per class. Have left the swim school and will be taking alot more people with me. Have moved to a way better swim school and will not look back. Good riddance to them.

I am a bit surprised to see such negative reviews especially for admin staff, I think they are all lovely but the teacher go above and beyond! Big shout out to Jo and Sean, we have just started new teacher due to going up a level so very excited to see what the new teachers bring to the table.

Lovely staff that do their best to support the participants that attend the centre. Many of the participants have complex disabilities, and would be challenging to teach. My daughter has been attending Swim 4 All for about 12 months and she is always so excited when she arrives, thanks to all the team for their ongoing love and support. Ignore the bad reviews, this company is full of wonderful people with huge hearts.

My 5 year old daughter loved her lessons. 6 weeks of them after covid, each week she wanted to come back. Her teacher is awsome. A great vibe for kids and parents. Worth every penny.

Jillian is fantastic and the only reason l continue my daughters swimming lessons at swim4all. The admin staff are not friendly. They are incompetent with payments and make up classes. The shower heads needs replacing as they don't work properly. Swim toys contain mould. Prices have gone up 3 times in less than 12 months and some of that time has been spent in lockdown.

I am really disappointed in this centre. I used to work here under the previous owners and it was a great place. I recently visited to have a look around as a potential place to enrol my grandchildren. I walked into the centre and it was so dirty, the office staff were rude and not very helpful. I could see residents that looked like mouse poo in areas, change rooms look like the they don't get cleaned everyday. Also very disappointed that the swimming teachers look like they have no qualifications, chatting and not watching kids. The only upside there was one older man that really knew what he was doing and connected well with the kids.

They never listen what you saying, only collecting money, worse place to deal with everything. No progress in swimming, wastage of Time, money, efforts and energy.

Great place for lessons, staff are absolutely amazing and patient and kind. My eldest has been swimming here for 6yrs but due to growing up wishes to experience other avenues. So now it's time for us to move on. Special mention to the teachers who have taught our kids lilly & evie throughout the years, Sean, jo, ash, allie and Ian thanks for all your ongoing support and patience with my children and to get them both where they are today. Shout out to the other staff , leash and Bernie you guys have been so supportive. ( everyone's been great) I would highly recommend this centre to families looking for swim class's or private lessons. Cannot fault the place. Bethany has been teaching my child for a few years now and has been fantastic. She is so understanding of his needs and he has learnt so much

My son goes here for a swim, first he started with parent baby session with Bethany and the session was well conducted. He moved to next level and attended the group sessions and Private sessions as well. At the moment, he is enjoying his swim classes with Jonanne. Highly recommended.

My lil one stated swimming lessons here and just loving it, can’t thank enough the staff for providing the best of services.

My mum did hydro here for years, so as soon as she could she was keen to get my son in the water too. All the ladies are fantastic to deal with, make it so easy. My son loves it there, playing games and songs as he becomes more confident in the water. Granted change rooms are outdated, but for the 5-10mins, you're actually in there, gets the job done. The 3 separate pools are also clean and never overcrowded/busy. My sons class only has 3 kids so it's like a private lesson almost. Shout to Bernie who I hear is a favourite!

Calling and calling and not one answer. No information about pool online so you would think they would have someone answering phones for people with questions!

My son has been swimming here for a couple of years. The lessons are well structured and cater for each child's ability. We have had some wonderful teachers, not only do they keep the little ones entertained, they teach them all the basics of water safety as well as teaching them to swim! Very friendly and family focused atmosphere.

Worst admin staff I do not recommend them.

Cheating and misleading admin staff...got an invoice after 10months.should not give one star even..🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I was told that I can pause classes when I go for vacation and resume classes without paying a deposit as I already paid for. Now a different person tells me that my deposit is forfeited and that I need to read terms and conditions they can’t explain it to everyone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
