We absolutely love everything about JUMP!! Everyone is so friendly & welcoming. It is always clean & tidy. Classes run on time. Our little man started swimming at 3 months old, Peta our wonderful instructor has so much patience with him and we love that she cares. Our son is seen as a person, not a number. Best decision we ever made was to go with JUMP Swim Schools over any other facility. Thank you guys & keep up the fantastic work!!!

We were so unsure of starting our daughter in swimming when she was 1! She did not like the water! Robyn and Cath her teacher have been so kind and reassuring. It’s her favourite day of the week now. In just 12 lessons she’s 100% confident in the water. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

As much and we wanted to get Scarlett into swimming lessons we Were also hesitant as she likes routine and to know she is welcome in a safe and new place and that’s exactly what we get from JUMP! Swim school in Cranbourne West. The moment you walk through the door Scarlett is greeted by her name with a friendly and warming smile. She is constantly encouraged but not only her teachers but by all the staff there too. She wakes up every Sunday so excited to go swimming and has developed so much in just 6 weeks. She has become so confident and is willing to keep trying if she’s doesn’t get it right the first time. The atmosphere there is comforting knowing how safe it is for the kids and the fun programs that make our little girl smile and laugh knowing we made the right decision in the school we chose. But even through the lesson has finished the love and support continues till you leave those front doors. The ladies at the front door clap and Hugh five Scarlett with what a great job she did that week and pin pointing something they noticed her developing in that week. Scarlett’s favourite part is the stamp she receives on both hands at end, getting excited for next week before she’s even left the building! A big Thankyou JUMP for making our decision so easy in picking you to educate our children in the water 💦 💧

Be prepared, this swimming school does not have a car park big enough to accommodate for their customers or street parking available. You will need to walk your wet children for some distance to get to your car as there is no street parking at all available near by. If you lived locally and someone that can drop and pick you up you would be okay. But if you need your car this may not be the swimming school for you. Customer service was great and very helpful but there is nothing they can do about the situation as it's been built in an unsuitable area

We take our Daughter Charlotte to Jump Swim and have done since she was 4 months old, their program is very consistent and we feel very comfortable in the water with her as a result. Their program is well thought out and it's lots of fun, and their pool is lovely and warm, great for our baby. Staff are super friendly. We highly recommend it to anyone.

I could have swim lessons closer to home for a bit less, however, the ease of getting my 7 month old son in and out of the pool for his lesson is made so much easier, safer and enjoyable at Jump, so I choose to go there. From the moment we walk through the doors he is greeted by name and with big smiles and his kicking legs show his excitement well before he hits the water. The pool and surrounding areas are kept extremely clean and our instructor Tam is so great with him and the other babies. Finally, I loved that I got a trial before I signed up and there were no terms so I could start as soon as he turned 3 months.

Jump Cranbourne West is a fantastic swim school! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile & all the staff are so helpful & friendly. I was hesitant to put my daughter in swimming lessons so young but it’s honestly been the best decision & she loves the water & has improved so much each week! All the teachers are kind, patient & encouraging. We couldn’t recommend Jump highly enough!

My niece attends here. The staff are lovely, the pool is always clean. They go above and beyond to get the child involved in loving the water. It's so lovely to be able to do this beautiful activity with my niece, no problems with different adults going along. Highly recommended!

Since turning 3 months, my daughter has been going to Jump Cranbourne West for classes & she’s always, so, excited to go. They have small classes with instructors having the capacity to pay attention to every student in the class. There have a great programme that progressively improves ability & keeps classes interesting. Definitely recommend

Wonderful place for my baby to learn to swim. Friendly environment and the staff are wonderful to make an effort to learn the children’s names. The receptionist on a Sunday always is super cheerful and always anknowledges is by name. Our daughters swim teacher is wonderful and explains why we do certain activities to condition the babies. With every lesson we see an improvement in our daughters capibilities. Highly recommend.

Jump Cranbourne West is an amazing swim school. My son started lessons at 18 months old and has moved up levels twice within 9 months, and is now swimming without a parent in the pool for his lessons, he is just SO confident in the water!! Cath is a fantastic teacher, very encouraging and very fun, while still getting through to him what he needs to learn. We have now started our baby boy in lessons at 10 months old as well, and he is already jumping in himself - both by boys absolutely LOVE going swimming. Robyn is the nicest person you will ever meet, and so helpful in organising suitable lesson times that match each of my sons, and also in make up classes when needed. An amazing swim school - very highly recommended!!

We could not be happier with Jump! After moving from a previous swim school where my daughter was having a different teacher almost every week, and we were seeing no progress at all. We moved to Jump a few months ago and have been blown away by how much our daughter not only has improved in her swimming but she is now looking forward to getting into the water each week. Very happy with Jump!

Great swimming school for my daughter who is doing very well. It’s clean, it’s quiet, great swimming teachers, plenty of change rooms and change tables for babies, shower post your swimming class, on site and street parking available. Tv, couches and playmat, colouring all available to keep the little siblings busy.

Amazing. Small groups, attention to detail. Very friendly. My kids did not start here, I only wish they had.
