Now I’m not the one to leave reviews. But people need to be warned about this place. If I could give no stars at all I would! My partner and I booked in for full body deep tissue massage. I had the worst experience ever. The masseuse wore rubber gloves through the entire massage session there was hardly any oil used on my body. I kindly requested for the gloves to be removed to which she responded I prefer to have it on. I then explained how uncomfortable and painful it is with the gloves and I’m not able to relax and if she can change over with another staff member. She ignored my request and continued with the service. Multiple times I said it was painful and not relaxing at all. Again I was ignored. The massage technique was horrible she used her knuckles through out the whole service. I went in for a full body massage, only my arms and shin, shoulders and half way down my back was massaged. She had no idea what she was doing and couldn’t careless to listen to her customer. As a result I’m now left with bruises on my legs and back. I’ve had to pay for physiotherapy two days later as my spine is injured. If your staff isn’t comfortable with providing your services with bare hands don’t hire them!! Train your staff! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Pace! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

If I could rate less than one star, I would. The most painful experience I've ever had. A bruised body, the result of extreme pressure from the so called masseuse. Over priced even with Health benefit deducted. Contacted the company with no response. Clearly they don't care. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS PAIN. Go to a professional.

zero stars! i asked multiple times for the lady to be more gentle as she was used her whole body weight (sitting on the table) and she didn’t listen. After finally having the courage to say please stop she held me down and said it’s ok it’s ok. it was not ok, causing me to be distressed and leave in a panic. other staff could here me politely asking her to be softer and nothing was said. don’t waste your time or money, i would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. It is such a relaxing environment and the foot massage was amazing. Will definitely be back.

I received a massage from Lee at Greenpalm Eastland a few days ago and had a great experience with him. I had super tense/tight muscles all through my back, and he really went out of his way to patiently work out all of the tension with what seemed like a great deal of expertise. I felt very comfortable, as he was regularly checking in with me when doing things that could be painful/uncomfortable and really seemed committed to both fixing the problems with my back and ensuring I was comfortable. I felt like I was being looked after by someone who was both knowledgable and professional, and I left feeling so much better!

Very disappointed to read of other customers experiencing a similar situation to me. I regularly check these reviews as I've been disgusted by the service of Green Palm before. Sounds like others have been overcharged for treatments just like I was. I was also refused a refund when I was overcharged for a service. Simply told "I should have confirmed price on the spot". Bit hard when my bank card was taken from me and the tap and go function used. No trust what so ever, just dishonest and dodgy people trying to scam trusting customers of more money. There are so many high quality massage places within Eastland I highly recommend. Much better priced and communication is excellent and much better hygiene!! Reading reviews, they are quick to come back in defensive mode and not offer any suitable outcomes to be respectful of their customers. Simply blame customers and be rude... conveniently in the reply section where we are then unable to respond to the garbage they reply with. Save your money and DO NOT go here, they are lucky to still be in business. If you do have to go there for whatever reason, make sure you check exactly what they are charging you. As they will overcharge, have clearly done so with others and then deny it. Beware!

I saw Ed for the fourth time and the first for my back Highly knowledgeable, a lovely man and made my body feel so loose it's fantastic, I would recommend him any time!

The massages are fine, the place is nice. Just don’t book online or you’ll legitimately be yelled at as if it’s your fault the online booking system on their side is awful. If it doesn’t work properly, maybe remove the ability to book online until it does? I’ve had the same treatment the last few times I’ve booked online and it’s made me reluctant to ever come back.

Very quiet and nice environment, I like to come to this massage shop every time after work. I like the remedial massage and it relieves my pain on my back. Thank you for the service provided by the masseurs here. Booking is better, because this shop is really busy, if there is no appointment, you need to wait patiently
