Great Restaurant, clean and spacious seating. Stunning food! THE food is beautiful. Friendly and welcoming staff, front of house guy, very accommodating to made us feel comfortable and welcome. Great atmosphere and great for any family or friends gathering or party. We will be back !

First visit to Soho Tavern For the team dinner this place was suggested. When travelling from Newcastle Central to this location wondered why I have to travel this much distance for a location away from town But results are good myself, team enjoyed great time. Tasty Punjabi Food and fast service. Will plan future meetups at Soho Tavern

I heard about this restaurant from my friends and decided to visit. Good ambience and food. Plenty of sitting area. Toilet facilities available. Mixed grills are very popular. There is a separate menu for vegetarians. Different varieties of Indian dessert including cake 🍰

Recommended by a friend and have been back a few times, and the food just gets better. The mixed grill is excellent, and curry is so flavoursome. Always a friendly welcome and great atmosphere.

I've ordered in a handful of times but decided to go for a meal with a friend. Tastes even better in the restaurant. 10/10 on all the food. Spices hit perfectly. Portion sizes are excellent for the price. So many vegan options which is lovely to have so many things to choose from

The warm welcome, customer service, ambience & food were exceptional. One mixed grill & chilli cheesy chips between two & we struggled to finish it all! Very good value without compromising on quality!

Food was outstanding, our service Jess? she was brilliant, introduce herself and give us the details on menu, what the spices were like! She was truly helpful the place itself was brilliant and toilet facility were clean if I would rate this place out of 10 I give it a solid 9.5. had location of it been easier to find it would of been a 10

I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere as we were the only customers as the inclement weather on the day stopped anyone else in my opinion... But despite this The Soho Tavern was warm and welcoming and the barman was friendly and helpful....... Only got a main as was checking out location and food for another visit... Will definitely be back 👍👍👍👍

Food isn't that tasty, everything has similar sauce in it. Tried so many different dishes but not happy at all. Manager and staff is really nice.

The regulars treat it like a pub/play park so the atmosphere is a bit off. You order everything at the bar. If you want to blend in, you can do this by shouting your order across the restaurant. - The prices are good. - The waiters are friendly - The mint sauce is bad - think mint choc chip - The curry was nice. - The chilli chips were v. good. - Danny sauce is overly tangy but not spicy. - Who knows what Mikey chops are? - From the tandoori prawns and chicken tikka, I am not convinced they have a tandoor. - free parking next to the restaurant

Fabulous place. Chilled, immaculately done out, food was delicious and service was wonderful. All the staff were really attentive. First time for us but we'll definitely be back.

Was so glad to discover this gem of a place. It’s lively with a mouth-watering variety on their menu. The food is absolutely delicious. They have a separate menu for vegan/vegetarian dishes with loads of options. We tried the veg noodles, veg Manchurian, paneer karai, tandoori roti, chilli prawn, egg fried rice and nuggets with chips for the bairn. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Every time we’ve been here it’s been an enjoyable experience.

Seems to have lost the more authentic taste to me. Shame as each curry/side dish tended to have a more unique flavour in the past, but all taste very similar to each other now, reminiscent of a base sauce approach. Also the quality of the grill is now quite inconsistent. Had an amazing one a few weeks ago, followed by one lacking in flavour recently. Not sure what's happened.
