ordered
a
wrap
and

buttermilk
wings

weeks
ago
via
Red
Rooster
online
delivery.
The
order
arrived
completely
sealed,
3
x
stickers
tightly
sealing
the
paper
bag.
So
when
I
checked
the
food,
there
was
a
hair
inside
the
wrap,
when
writing
this
review
I
checked
the
picture
again
to
zoom
in
and
highlight
the
hair,
it
was
short
and
curly
so
go
figure
where
that
hair
came
from.
Also
I
ordered
10
buttermilk
wings,
there
was
only
8
inside.
I
sent
a
complaint
through
Red
Rooster
website,
I
got
an
email
reply
from
them
blaming
the
delivery
service
and
claiming
that
because
I
ordered
through
a
delivery
service,
there
is
no
refund
or
replacement,
and
that
I
have
to
take
it
up
with
Doordash.
Problem
is
I
didn't
order
through
Doordash,
I
ordered
through
Red
Rooster
and
my
Paypal
receipt
shows
the
seller
as
Craveable
Brands
Pty
Ltd.
I
did
not
receive
any
further
communication
after
replying
to
their
email
so
they
probably
shrugged
it
off
and
hoped
that
I
would
let
it
go,
at
this
point
it's
not
about
money,
I
don't
want
a
replacement
wrap
filled
with
god
knows
what,
it's
about
accountability,
a
sincere
apology
and
promise
to
improve
would
been
enough,
not
trying
to
make
it
my
fault
for
ordering
Red
Rooster.
