It's not very often you have a great experience at the dentist, but everything from the time I booked has been amazing. The service, the treatment and I am even expecting a follow-up up call tomorrow. We all know what men and pain are like and I'm not complaining. May be a different story when the anaesthetic wears off, but that's to be expected.

Very pro-active dentist. Looks at the overall health and takes the time to understand your overall situation. I had cleaning done which was an excellent experience. Very comfortable and great result. Dentist Identified significant improvements and preventative actions that I should be taking not to lose teeth. The dentist and assistant had a harmony that made the work stress free as possible for me. Excellent service.

The guys at Dental at Keys was very lovely. Dr Huy and his assistant took a great care of my problem with great knowledge and the receptionist was awesome. Highly recommended!

Not a very honest dentistry and they are very much on the high price for dentistry. For a comparison, Sunshine and Frankston were half the price of the quote I received of 57k. Even Thailand was only 11k total!!! On a side note, the dentist asked to take a "couple of photos" but neglected to tell me they would be $90 so it was a deceptive tactic to extract more money and there is no explaining your way out of that. It was slimy move and you know it was. There is a $50 cancelation fee with 24 hours which I gave however when I wanted mine back, I had to insist on getting it back so many a people would have lost that $50 as the receptionist handling it tried to end the call. How many times has that happened. This is an honest review and it is evident they are more interested in how much money they can extract from you instead of your best interest. Deserves 1 star for the deception and price I paid.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Daniela is so amazing! She performed an extraction on my mum in no time and it was a very good experience she is so gentle and so lovely and a great Dentist!

Excellent team work there, I was so afraid to visit a dentist before, still afraid but with them I feel like I’m in good hands. They have a very nice and clean environment, giving very detailed answers of everything I’m concerned about, their paper work looks neat as well, it’s a nice place to go if you’re thinking about a dental clinic.

Dr Danielle is by far the best paediatric dentist I have encountered, and quite possibly even the best paediatric clinician, I have encountered. Thank you so much for your excellent care. Excellent info from Receptionist through to dentist. Slotted my son in for same day treatment and were upfront about costs/provided all info on the call prior to my appointment. Very happy

Jamie is wonderful, and Dr. Ammu is thorough and very gentle, explained each step along the way, in terms of what she was doing during my appointment. Took my sister to the dentist at Keys and Patrick Ta had a consultation with her. He was friendly and very informative. Reception staff are great and the facility is very nice and tidy. I think I have found my new Dentist Clinic.

Amazing dentists and staff! Been to many in my life but the shining difference is the customer service. They were happy to attend to me on short notice and between appointments for my urgent needs. Lovely receptionist also who give you follow up/ courtesy calls. Flawless
