    I'd like someone from KFC to get in touch with me. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt to get a number to Lodge a complaint and positive feedback online. Skye served us and did well. She offered am extra piece of chicken because there were no bread rolls. And while I waited to the loo she put my food in the warmer. A sign had been put up saying there was no chicken but it wasn't the case. The supervisor was reluctant to assist me when I noted someone had been in the loo quite a while and no one responded to my knock. I put my timer on. 15 minutes later the loo is still locked and now I'm panicking another take-away bathroom overdoes has happened. Again, reluctantly she comes out to assist. Luckily the door was locked but no one is inside. I think the supervisor in duty June 25th 20:28 needs to have a review. People were starting to get annoyed at Skye but the poor girl wasn't getting any support and was alone up front taking th front of people's complaints without any help from her supervisor over a couple meters away behind the wall. Chips too salty. Is that a fire alarm going off? Slipped a little on the floor because it's oily. No chicken sign, yet I got chicken. Oil on couches & dirty tables - where can I sit and eat?

    KFC Coburg is by far the worst one I've been too. The Food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken was raw and chips were cold. Stay away from this store if you don't want food poisoning. There should be an option for 0 stars.

    KFC Coburg is definitely a lower end KFC The premises is always filthy, the tables are always dirty from people eating, the workers don't care at all about the stores presentation or hygiene, the orders are frequently incorrect and the customer service is also really bad, it worries me that this generation can't even manage to work in a fast food environment, what does the future look like? Not good! I Do Not Recommend Coburg KFC...

    Not sure why I go to KFC. The food is consistently terrible. But...once every couple of years I forget how bad it is and go back. Once the Thornbury/Northcote store forgot to put chicken in my burger! Really! Chicken! Astounding!

    Last night I ordered a simple meal the they them at the window was so rude I was astounded … I get the meal and the chicken was all hard and gross . Chips under cooked and old. You go in, no one actually cares they just want you out. Services like this make you wonder how they still even open

    Took the order on the app and they decided to close earlier without informing. Wouldn’t even answer the drive through and acted like they were doing me a favour by opening the door to let me know they decided to close early. And refunds were not their problem and to contact head office. Super disappointed in the events including the attitude shown last night

    The quality of the standard KFC offerings was excellent. It's only a small site run by a handful of staff and with limited seating. This became obvious with the staff having to juggle in-store orders, App orders and the drive through so even though I'd used their app to order prior to arrival, there was still a decent wait time. Think though, better to get fresh chicken and hot chips then quick service of food spent under the heating lamps.

    I spent 40 minutes waiting for 2 kids meals, then taught a staff member how to change a printer roll so i could have proof of refund.. Train your staff properly KFC, and stop throwing your employees into situations they are not trained for.

    Disgusting service tn from the blonde chick that is caked in makeup and in her 20s. Snatched cash from us, gave us multiple wrong orders, purposely dropped our sauce on the floor and snickered when confronted. However the manager sorted everything and managed it perfectly. Please check CCTV if you don’t believe. I get people go through things but no need to project.

    I personally work for fast food so I know how hard the job is, but when there was about 6 orders on the screen the dumb chick as the back cleaned for 15 minutes🤣🤣🤣🤣 They weren't even taught about orders being first priority, clown kfc, get shutdown and lose all your money pathetic store owner, y'all spend half the time cleaning and the place is still hella greasy🤡🤡🤡
