    Came in Saturday afternoon hoping to process a refund, and just wanted to complement Mariyana. She was extremely patient and friendly with me, and made sure everything was satisfactory. Great server, will definitely be coming back to this store!

    Bella, the manager on the printing and scanning desk is the worst “manager” I have ever dealt with. Left the store in tears as she blatantly refused to print more than “3 or 4” attachments on the spot despite there being no other customers at the desk and 5 workers. She yelled at me and when I said I think it would be better if someone else helped me she said well I’m the manager so good luck. I couldn’t believe it… officeworks, please review how this manager handles customers. Im a local who was polite and got met with this absolute piece of work. I also asked another staff member if she could arrange for someone else to help me print a few documents, she looked scared and said no that woman is the manager she won’t like me doing that… looks like she abuses her young staff too!

    Every time I come here, I hate it. Customer standing behind me in the queue, after waiting several minutes, I approach the counter and place my bag on it to get out my documents and prepare them. As staff approaches, customer behind me queue jumped to grab the approaching staff we had been waiting for, to attend to him over at the self service printer. I go “ah - I was ahead” and staff tells me I need to move into the line. I explain that I was in the line, the customer knew I was in the line, and I had just put my bag on the counter in front of the line whilst waiting - and the customer was standing behind me. He then tries to argue that the customer was in a different line - he wasn’t. He ignores me and assists the customer and then tells me again I was not “in the line”. I again explain that I waited in the line, then used the counter whilst waiting - and he had seen me waiting in the line anyway before he walked off, before returning. He wants to keep arguing and I decline. So he refuses to serve me. He goes to get the manager and another lady approaches and I ask if she’s the manager, she says no and I say, no worries, he’s on his way, anyway can you help me with my query, but noooo “why do you want the manager?” And I say “it’s ok, I would prefer to discuss it with him”. I then see her smirking and gurning with the queue jumping customer, denies and gaslights that she was doing so, pretends it was just a social smile - absolutely was NOT, it was a protracted hahahaha full toothed grin. She also argues that the JB HARROWS white out which covers nothing is fine, I’m not using enough, it’s the paper that’s thick - it wasn’t. She eventually capitulated - very young, over confident, and argumentative. Anyway the manager was excellent. He politely explain to there was confusion because I was at the counter, so the staff thought I was being served. So why not say that instead of telling me off for not being in the line

    Needed to print 2 A0 posters at the last minute and while they were unable to accommodate my request Kellie was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and helping me locate a store (Mentone) that would be able to accommodate my urgent request. She was extremely courteous and supportive of my needs! Thanks so much!

    I had to greet the checkout girl, not sure if it was due to the young age of the workers, but they seemed more interested in their own conversation than actually working. Strange service

    I purchased a pair of wireless headphones before Christmas and asked if it was worthwhile getting a Google Nest set up with cameras etc. The response was "we don't really have boxing Day sales so it doesn't make much of a difference. Do you need a receipt?" If he had to ask some proving questions like is there one I have my eye on or something to encourage me to just invest in it during that transaction? I probably would have been persuaded because I'm lazy and a follow-up trip to office works is not high on my through all list. It was Christmas Eve so he'd probably have a day full of draining people but he forgot to ask for my flybuy's card so now I have to get the points redeemed by uploading docket and chatting to inept staff members from flybys who will ID me after I put in my account details and two factor authentication and still have to go through the motions of being as full name, date of birth, phone number for those car

    My 2 hour click and collect order took almost 2 days to be ready despite being listed as in stock. Got to store and my phone died as i walked through the door. Service staff were unhelpful and wouldn't look for my order as i couldn't show the confirmation email. (I had lots of id and could list all of the items on my order). Explained the flat battery issue and they "helpfully" offered to sell me an expensive cable so i could charge my phone. Ended up with an additional 40 min round trip to get a charging cable. Absolute zero care value from the staff.

    Turns out they don't sell printer filament, bit disappointing since that's what I came for. Was able to buy pen refills but not in the colour I wanted. The bike parking is a bit of a mess as well. To be able to lock your bike you have to block the footpath.

    Went there to buy couple of things. Service was good. Product was found. Prices seems lower than competitors. Closes late. Would highly recommend for Students living near Monash University. International students can look for things after arriving in Australia here. It's closer from the Dudley street accommodation and students living near Caulfield campus.

    Had two different workers help me on different things: Ben helped with one thing, he was fantastic. Answered all questions and went above and beyond. Give him a reward of some sort.would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the other employee. Other person: I didn’t catch her name, girl with piercings and rainbow lanyard. Not helpful, felt like she was making an effort to actively not try and help. Needs to be taught to do her job properly and actually care about people.

    I went to this store to buy a google nest hub and it wasn't in stock even though there were display boxes on the shelf. Anyway, I left officeworks and came back later to try my luck with an echo show. On the way to the shelf I noticed that they still had the display boxes on the shelf regardless of the fact that they now knew that they were out of stock. Eventually I bought the display box for the echo up to the counter and that too was not in stock. Staff are friendly but some of the issues that I noticed need fixing.
