Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Been coming for 3 months just to play racketball and lost 6 kg. Joining the gym to firm up and I can't see how $15 a week for full access is overpriced.. PLUS I can use the squash courts as much as I like. Bargain.

Fantastic Squash club, with 8 good full sized courts, weekly competitions, very friendly members & varied levels of playing skill. Amelia, Mike & the team make this, IMHO, the best club in Victoria..

First time visiting and I really liked the squash courts. They are not the traditional concrete walls but the ball comes off the front wall really quick and the courts are nice and bright. Will be back!.

The staff are all highly qualified, passionate and the best in their field, not only on the peninsula, but the world.Champion body builders, world champion squash players and elite sports people are here to help you be your best. I joined Tonic Gym for the year I lived on the peninsula. So glad I found them. I loved every fitness class & workout! Great instructors; huge variety of classes & very friendly atmosphere!

This is an awesome gym, super friendly staff and a great variety of equipment. There’s always something new happening, either a new class or some new equipment to try, it’s never boring! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the tonic tots class for kids is amazing!
