This was the worst Mexican I have ever had in my life. Freezing cold. No effort put in what so ever. Burrito was literally three bites that’s how small it was. It was soggy must have been sitting there for a long time. Completely uneatable. I spent over $80 on this take away and it was so terrible. Never ever again. Don’t waste your money.

This was the $20 Large ‘Deluxe Nachos’. Do you seriously think this is worth $20? What an absolute rip off. How is this business still functioning? Don’t give me some generic corporate response to this review - tell me how this feedback will literally make a difference because clearly all of the other one star reviews haven’t.

Like everyone one is i wanted to give it -10 My wife was craving for Mexican so we went and itterly disappointed i ordered grilled chicken fillet burger never seen fillet diced before also herbs it tasted bitter please for the love of God dont serve food just serve drinks i never ever have left food and didnt finish, i guess there is first time for everything. Service was bad they both the napkins and cuttlery 5 mins after they served food .. I hope you shut down soon and do is all a favour

Visited: Jan 2022 Order: 2x regular Burritos and 10 wings Tiny portions. Horrible customer service. Food tasted okay. My partner and I both ordered a regular burrito and was pretty shocked at how small it was, it was about 8-10cm long (fork for scale).We also ordered 10wings, while we were waiting for our order we were asked by one of their staff if 8 wings were okay because they ran out. No other offers or compensation to replace the two missing wings, just if 8 is okay. We asked if they can give us some corn chips and dip on the side to replace the missing wing, the chef/owner said no it’s worth too much. Corn chips and dip is pretty standard for a Mexican place and it’s worth f* all, we weren’t asking for nachos. Two minutes later they magically found more wings. In every other restaurant we’ve been, if they can’t fulfil an order they’ll offer a refund and kindly ask the customer to order something else or they’ll proactively smooth things out with the customer; none tried to be penny pinchers and bicker with the customer over $1 worth of corn chips and dip. This place either has no concept of customer service or tried to get away with serving customer less food.

Amazing food just ordered Deluxe Nachos and Burritos and they were so damn good and tasty. Staff was cheerful and sweet

Horrible food , this is not Mexican I don’t even know what this is, quesadilla that had no signs of cheese ? This is so disrespectful for people who order through Uber eats, all the food was cold as well. Do not buy from here waste of money

Over an hour to get the food. This was apparently a half rack of ribs, it looks more like a children's meal. I don't even cook, but it's painfully obvious that if you cook chips and wrap them up in a paper bag, they will get soggy. The chips packaging was literally wrapped like a winter blanket around the chips. It's also very unfair to call the Uber driver half an hour before your food is ready. How selfish can you be? Absolutely would not recommend. I wish I saw the plethora of one star reviews before my very own, one star review.

Just amazing. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the cocktails are perfect! The waitress was kind and efficient, the food was quick and delicious, and the chef came to check we were enjoying our food. I went with 2 South American friends that confirmed the food is authentic and substantial in size. I had the large chicken enchiladas and tequila sunrise (pictured) and they were perfect. I can only put the bad reviews down to entitled, needy, and greedy reviewers as this restaurant is nothing like they describe. I hope Burrito Bar stays open forever as it is my favourite Mexican restaurant. ❤️

I come here a lot with my boyfriend, and love it every time! They’ve even given us chocolate as we’re regulars! We usually get the ribs/beer when we come here and it’s delicious. They have great deals that are worth it and the beer buckets are fantastic value. Thanks Alice to the amazing music you put on, and for your fabulous service (And thank you to the other lovely waitress that helps us every time, but not too sure of your name! You know who you are!!) ♥️♥️

The worst Mexican ever. My dinner libre was barely palatable because the meat was so raw that I could barely eat it inside the salad and not at all on its own. And the wait staff (this one Indian girl who severed us raw chicken)….worst ever. I’ve always though Telstra has the worst customer care until I came to this place. I love Telstra now! This place is where you go when you want to hate your food. Tip to the owner: Get rid of that staff or get them to do some customer service training!

I like the ribs, I get the ribs deal and it's worthed. The ribs taste superb, cooked perfectly. The nachos and burrito also good and they serve us well.

Hopeless.. this is my second time visiting this place. first time was dine in, food was standard, served cold. service was horrible, no smile and staff looked like they hate life. Today I was thinking of having a takeaway (the only thing that makes me comeback here is because I want to utilize my entertainment book discount). I was there at 11.25 am and was told they are still close. The web say they open at 11am. asked the staff what time they actually open and said 1130. so basically 5 mins from when I arrived, I told them I am happy to wait for 5 mins but she gave me the dead stare and said no we are close now, look at the opening time on the door she said. As if I am there to accused her that she is lying about the opening hour. I get it , sometimes what it said online was not the actual updated terms but what makes me dissapointed is the way she was so defensive and does not want to serve. Don't work if you don't want to serve please

Zero stars. I’ve lost $75 and did not get my order. My name is RACHEL but I received an order meant for REBECCA. Look at the photo of the leaky paper bag! Before Rebecca, the name Taylah-Jade P. was written and crossed out. The business is a disorganised hot mess. But we all make mistakes. But nobody on the phone in the Burrito Bar Point Cook would admit to making an error. They made zero effort to fix the problem and kept blaming the Uber Eats driver. They wanted us to place another order!! What makes me angry is that they didn’t care, didn’t accept responsibility and had no understanding of how this treatment of customers can backfire. Typically, the Manager, a Mr Patel was more concerned about saving a few dollars tonight, rather than considering all the dollars he will lose when customers stop coming. Greedy and short-sighted. I told Mr Patel that he was behaving dishonourably and should be ashamed of himself. No reaction from the grub. Well I hope REBECCA got MY order and at least had something to eat for dinner tonight. I suspect Taylah-Jade P. got nothing for her money. My advice, if you really must have a burrito, don’t order over the phone, go into the store to make sure you get your order. You’ll see Mr Patel. He’ll be the little man hunched over, protecting the cash register whispering, “My Precious”.

This place should be classified as cultural appropriation. I ordered a quesadilla and it tasted like either the tomato was VERY old or the cheese was off so I sent it back in a nice manner only to receive a $5 taco back and a “that’s just how we make it” by what I’m guessing was the chef or owner.. so I lost money.. very disappointing. Overall the food was horrible with no effort put in what so ever however the girl that served us was lovely. Would not recommend this “restaurant” to my worst enemy.. sorry but utterly dissatisfying.

Ordered off of Ubereats. Portions for very very low. I paid $14 for this chilli. The bowl was smaller than the palm of my hands and it was just half full. Not fulfilling at all. I feel ripped off

Ordered a skinny chicken burrito and I had barely sat down when it came out real quick. I knew something was amiss as it wasn’t that good kinda quick. It was lukewarm and unfortunately nothing about it made me happy. The portion size was ok but it also tasted like butter chicken.

We ordered the crispy chicken tenders which were really nice but the soft taco with crispy fish tasted like chopped up fish fingers . We sat outside,it wasn't busy the waitress could have come out and ask how the food was or whether we wanted more drinks. We usually always say Thankyou for our food wherever we go but not on this occasion.

This was the worst experience I ever had about food. The taco was so salty couldn't eat. We ordered chicken wings over cooked [ husband said the wings from coles better than here] When we tell them that we can't eat the food they even not bothered to ask why neither apologised nor change. NEVER GO AGAIN.

Went for dinner with my family. Very very less quantity and the chicken wings we ordered wasn’t cooked properly. Very dry and not saucy. The only thing we loved is the nacho fries bowl and the beer. We would visit other Mexican chain over here. Never gonna visit again. However, We received the refund for the wings, hence the 3 stars .

I should say, the best Mexican I have ever had in Melbourne. Amazing food and warm hospitality makes this place a must visit on your list. 100% recommend it.

What an amazing dining experience in the heart of Point Cook!! From the beginning the staff were warm and welcoming and the menu is magnificent, so many options! My partner and I ended up ordering a couple burritos, ribs and sides and we had nothing but amazing things to say about the food. As we left, the staff were kind enough to hand us a block of chocolate! Cannot wait to come back, definitely our new local
