I think the low rating of this place is a more accurate reflection of the effect drugs are having on the local community than the quality of food here. Definitely a local staple, the Hanoi chicken curry goes especially hard.

Could’ve been 5 stars easily, I hope they improve with this feedback. I ordered the Honey Iced Tea and they charged me for the Milk Ice Tea instead and when I mentioned the order was wrong the staff insisted that’s what I said. That wouldn’t have been what I said because I don’t order milk, ever 😬 I’ve ordered Chicken Curry with Rice Noodles for takeaway dinner and it was quite a refreshing taste. They give you lettuce and mints in a separate bag so you can add them yourself, as well as the sauce in a separate container. The lettuce wasn’t fresh sadly. I’ve also ordered the Beef & Kimchi spring rolls which was overpriced. Overall, an okay dinner but the experienced could be so much better.

I have ordered from Miss Chu many many times before. This was the first time I went there to dine in. It was a great experience because we discovered their awesome lychee iced tea and enjoyed the vibe. The food was great as usual and I really liked the venue's interior design. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Was wanting a light, healthy delivery dinner and this was perfect. My tofu and mushroom vermicelli bowl was decently priced, very fresh and full of flavour. Would definitely get it again.

Thursday afternoon. Reviews say everything, and service by the short Asian girl sorting out the delivery orders out the front is despicable. Get another job as clearly you're incapable of doing this one. Jobs are stressful, big surprise. Deal with it and treat people with respect

The lemongrass beef noodle salad is amazing! Also the bao buns were good too. Staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. Pho was a little disappointing as it lacked flavour and was quite watery. Everything else was great.

Great food but terrible, terrible service. You should be careful your business doesn’t go down the drain, it certainly will if you continue to treat your customers the way the staff currently do. Your staff were all sat eating in the restaurant: 5 staff with only us as customers and potentially 1 other table. We were forced to order through the app, which is not a good experience. We thought you’d not received the order as your staff were all sat around talking for 20mins whilst our drinks didn’t come, I asked twice regarding the drinks, and they were finally brought over during our second course, no apology or acknowledgement. Your staff are rude and unwelcoming.

Great food. Very fresh and yummy. Went as a group of eight diners on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Real good value for money. There was slight misunderstanding about some orders but was quickly taken care of. Lovely place. Will definitely come back. Affordable. Especially if you go to the movies across the road. Good spot to grab a quick dinner before the movie.

Had a delicious lunch here the other day. Service was efficient. The tuck shop layout and atmosphere is really nice. The food was really delicious and a reasonable price! Good range of gluten free and veg options as well. Definitely will be back :)

my friend and i came here for dinner and we had an absolutely lovely meal. i thoroughly enjoyed my lemongrass beef vermicelli salad (i saw it recommended and i’d definitely recommend it too!!) and the chicken in the bao was nice and moist. servers were friendly and attentive; one double-checked with my friend that she meant to order two drinks just to be sure - so to me at least it seems they take on feedback, judging by the very average stars/reviews i saw before going (as service was mostly what garnered their average rating). if this is what i can expect from a “3.6 star” place, it’ll have me coming back no questions asked.

Salmon rice bowl is so bloody good, fresh and good flavours. Squid is so yum, and love the chilli!

I absolutely love the corn fritter organic salad with spicy sauce. This is the tastest salad & it's so healthy! The staff are always friendly & they make their meals so fast. The business is run exceptionally & all their food is fresh! 🤗

Loved rhe Venue and the Food. I went because of their CARBLESS, Keto-Friendly Konjak-Noodle Option and as super happy that there werent any other sugary things in my dish. Will definetly go back.

Came for dinner with friends. We all ordered food together via the QR code at the table. All dishes came out except mine. After 45-50 mins I asked where it was as we had to leave for a movie. I asked for a refund and the waitress said she needed to speak to a supervisor. She came back and said I needed to give my number to speak to head office for a refund but would need to wait 3 days. Firstly, disappointed my dinner didn’t arrive. Secondly, to wait 3-4 days for a refund seems ridiculous. Also, an apology would have been nice.

Although a very commercial chain of restaurants...the food is very good. This is a popular eateryfor both in house and Uber. Service is quick, staff are nice. Highly recommend

Ordered the beef pho. It came lukewarm so the noodles didn't feel that well cooked through. Thankfully the beef was. Overall not the tastiest Vietnamese in town but the service is great and helpful friendly staff 😊

It was my first time here and the taste was amazing, I loved the crispy rolls and strong ice coffee. It's a little higher side on the pricing but given its locality it is expected. Specially when I try the food and that's when u know price is ok compare to the superb taste

The mixian noodles are great, like the mushroom & tofu one. I always get the veg net spring rolls, so good. Calamari and kimchi spring rolls also good. Tried the beef pho - not good. And i find the vermicelli salads too sweet with the dressing. I order regularly for the items i know are good and am pleased with them!

I have tried only two dishes in this place, but I find them good enough to give a 5 star. The size is definitely on the large side. The taste is not only great, but also has a touch not that easy to find. The atmosphere in general is just good; nothing fancy but makes you feel comfy. Price wise, average compared to others around. Totally recommended

It's good. The service is very quick, the foods delicious for the price and the environment is very nice. - I do wish they would crank the heaters more as it was quite cold. It's genuinely a staple eatery in Melbourne. They've been around for quite a while and the menu has barely changed. I'll always be back when im in the area.

The food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful . However the ordering system is difficult because it’s online . Without menus you have no idea what you are ordering because the are no descriptions of the food . If you want a cocktail it’s worse because not only are there no descriptions but the staff had no idea what was in them . They lost a huge amount of money from us because we wanted cocktails but couldn’t order them . But for a quick bite to eat it’s good

I would rate 10 stars if I can. Best service with friendly staffs. Food is 10/10. I love it and definitely return back and recommend to friends.
