Sadly the only place that i could get an appointment on a Sunday. The receptionist called right before my appointment, while I was en route. She asked me questions I had already answered at the time I made the booking. I told her it was not a great practice to be calling people this close to their appts for a pointless reason, as people might very well be driving to their appt! She didn't seem to get it. Maybe a policy review. On arrival the receptionists very quietly spoken, mumbling, basically I couldn't hear her and had to lean down to the gap under the perspex, so not really much point having the perspex screen their if we're going to interact that way...

You will be cared for and looked after in the Vic Medical Doctors practice. We are visiting Dr. Ali for the last few years and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Besides his medical professional expertise, he is empathic and very caring. I highly recommend Vic Medical Doctors and Dr. Ali.

I have been to this clinic for a while now. I normally saw Dr Ali who always cares for his patients. But last week on Friday Dr Ali was full booking, so i saw Dr Thiloma instead. Dr Thiloma also very compassionate and knowledgeable specially in women health. The clinic environment is so fresh and clean. The receptionist also very friendly and helpful. One good thing is I didn't see the lady with ugly eyebrows, i think she's the practice manager but she acted like she own the place. She was very rude and disgusting. Last time the payment was made by mistake and she refused to refund for me on the same day. I hope i don't get to see her face ever again when i'm there. The doctor should get rid of her!!!! Thanks again to all good services and professional doctors.

They did a fantastic job relieving and preventing my tension headaches ( regarding my previous history of nonsense completely useless treatments I’ve had). Dr Ali IS definitely recommended 👌👌👌 very friendly staff . Plus your time and your schedule is of great value there and your time is not going to be wasted.

Was given an appointment at very short notice. The issue was sorted out quickly and I followed the advice offered. Nice modern surgery located inside the shopping center. Plenty of parking and public transport nearby.

Amazing job receptionists and doctors! The best receptionists ever so efficient and kind. The only issue I had wad with the old practice manager Nadina or Nadona who thankfully is no longer working there. Rude, uneducated and terribly worried about her lunch rather than the patients. Since that person is no longer there the quality of the practice has improved dramatically. Recommend with my all my heart. Thanks Dr Ali.

My stay in Melbourne had suddenly been extended & I was going to run out of my prescription drugs. I had receive emailed copies of my prescriptions but having the original prescriptions posted to Melbourne would have taken too long. Luckily I was able to obtain an appointment at the clinic and the Doctor was able to write new prescriptions for me. This was after he questioned me regarding my medical history and checking my blood pressure pulse etc. I must admit I was in a bit of a panic and he was very sympathetic & was able to calm me I was very impressed with the sympathetic attitude of the receptionist and the Doctor.

Dr Ali takes time to understand your medical concerns and gives practical advice. So nice feeling heard and not rushed during your consult. Keep up the great work.

Had great experience with both doctors. They followed up with me regarding test results promptly and efficiently, it was nice not to have to chase up like at other clinics. Receptionist was great too!

I have been sick for the past five days. I held off on going to the doctor because I thought I'd get better with rest, water, and vitamins. Most all clinics were closed, as it is Sunday, but VIC Medical Doctors Northcote came through. I called at around 11:30, and was in the clinic by 1:10 for an appointment. I saw Ali. He was kind and personable. He saw some fluid in my ear canal, so he prescribed antibiotics and a nasal spray to get rid of as many germs as possible, so my sinuses can clear up. I went to the Chemist Warehouse right down the road to pick up my prescriptions and should recover soon.

Dr Ali is one of the best doctors i have even seen, im seeing him for more than 2 years and i dont want to go to any other surgeries at all👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I would say our life saver medical centre. Most of my medical conditions have been diagnosed by Dr Nejat. Highly recommended

Always efficient and accommodating. I was running late but they were helpful and made me feel relaxed! In and out with the recommended 15 minute waiting time.

I see Dr Nejat he is always kind and caring and covers everything in regards to my health and well-being.

Do Not Go. I called up this morning and booked a bulk billed phone consult to get a medical certificate for work. The receptionist called me late in the afternoon to advise that they couldn’t have bulk billed appointments after 5pm, despite not telling me this when I booked early in the morning. The receptionist was so rude and had no compassion for the fact that they had made a mistake. STAY AWAY.

Dr Thiloma was fantastic! First time I have been to the practice and I was very happy with my experience. She was helpful, knowledgeable and really listed to my concerns. There is a fee involved but it’s well worth it as you get a professional & thorough Doctor & when it comes to your health the cheapest option isn’t always the best.

Dr Ali is a very compassionate doctor. He is professional and operates with a lot of integrity. Thankful to have found a doctor like this.

I fell and ran head first into a door jamb. The blood and the wound looked nasty so I went to the doctor, Dr Ali was as gentle as you can be for a head wound, which aren't fun when it comes to needles. I've only just returned to Melbourne, and feel like I've found a competent and re-assuring doctor., Sadly they don't bulk bill which I feel like I need, but I can get reasonable rebate.

First time at this clinic. Ari has a lovely manner and looked after me well.

Walked in to enquire about specific vaccination for my daughter, my husband, and I. Staff was prepared and efficient. Rang me back to explain procedure and the cost. Clean, tidy environment. Online booking unclear. Asks me to contact the clinic to book.

All about money .. I’ve been coming to your clinic for a while which has been great and very convenient drs and staff been lovely but unfortunately last Thursday I had the worst service. I walked in there with my sick brother and was told by a receptionist who was very rude & unprofessional that the doctors are busy & we cannot be seen. She saw how sick my brother was all she did was refunded to even check if the doctor was able to see my brother. But she decided to refer us to another clinic ( she works at ) who trades till late, which is just so unprofessional advertising clinics that way I wasn’t happy with the attitude & the treatment I got. Reception staff need to have manners & professionalism. That just proved doctors have zero care factor. So unprofessional I didn’t want to be referred to another clinic I came there because that’s my usual doctor, not to be rejected by a rude unprofessional receptionist. I would appreciate if this can be taken serious. As at this point I am very disappointed & distressed. Thanks for your time. Regards

Great stuff! Actually walked past and ducked in on a whim with some fairly specific questions, looking for advice and not expecting to get an appointment. Got one the next morning and was prescribed exactly what I needed by a great doc. The front of house girls were also very helpful and friendly. 15 minute wait time was nothing for me either coming from the UK... Thanks

I started to go to this practice and see Thiloma Gunasekare because my usual doctors are very busy post covid. I am so delighted to have found her she is incredibly competent, thorough and really kind. I have very high standards as have had extremely good general practitioners for a long time now and am delighted to say I'll be happy for her to be my personal GP ongoing

The Telehealth prices are way too expensive and for some reason having a health care card only matters if I go into the clinic (which I wasn’t allowed to because I have covid symptoms). However the doctor I spoke with was very professional and helped me so much with my concerns, she was a really lovely lady.

Easy to make an appointment to see my doctor. An on-time visit . Excellent customer service
