Didn't go in with super high expectations late at night but really didn't think the experience would be as dismal as it was. I Was stared at by 3 not remotely busy at all staff members & ignored as they continued talking & laughing. I Had made a phone order before entering which was ignored, Now here's the best part.... the food (if you would call that) A Soggy messy small portioned parcel of junk. Hopefully it was just a bad day for these guys, I personally won't be coming back

Where to start, let me paint you a picture. It’s 1am your craving a HSP. You search google for anywhere open, you find this gem. Let me just say, do not go here. Hold those cravings in, or even go to Maccas over this dump. For starters $18.50 for anywhere else a small, plus 80c extra for mixed and a 40c card fee, get real. Don’t even get me started in the 1920’s and the segregation style “mixed” HSP. Secondly, how do you stuff up the layers of a HSP, it’s chips, cheese meat, not cheese, oil, cold chips oil, more oil than segregated tasteless cold meat (my partner and I ate this in the carpark about 1 minute after receiving the order). Thirdly, if you plan on eating here prepare to clear out your schedule for the next day, as you’ll be on the toilet with liquids coming out both ends, lucky I have two bathrooms at my house, one for each individual that was subjected to this potential torture some might call “food”. Fourth, just saying I like greasy oily unhealthy food, but come on, I actually want food with my oil, not just more oil and grease, it’s not the 80’s when grease lightening was big. Refer to my picture for the segregation going on with the mixed meat, and the pool of oil.

Got a snack pack for $15, there was no chips. Just meat, lettuce and tomato. So I could have bought one of the meat trays for $7, guess lettuce is still expensive, ey? Also had to wait over 10 minutes for the coffee AFTER waiting for my food. Made me late for class. Poor form, at least the meat was okay.

If u love lettuce more then Kebab, then order Lamb kebab plate. Lamb was completely dry and lettuce wasn't finishing. The price is too high compared to quantity. Poor management, Quality and Quantity too low as priced. It was last time i bought something from here, will never suggest to anyone

Been to this place alot of times. But I'm very disappointed that I found Plastic in my food. Won't be coming anymore.

Old review: Every time I have food from here I have one basic request. Less meat, more veg, thank you. They mark it for less, they say they understand, and then it's still mostly meat. So I say please WAY less. Over and over. I keep trying. I keep ordering. Now they leave out sauces as well, on two separate orders. My kids have a regular kebab next to me with more veg in it than the one marked for me. The kebabs would actually be nice if they weren't 90% meat. But they just can't do it. I'm disappointed, these used to be really nice.

The entire team is extremely unprofessional, untrained, rude and arrogant. They have the audacity to blame customers for their mistakes. Food quality is well below average with highly inflated prices. If you still decide to go, make sure you act on the following: -double check your order before confirming (get them to repeat your order) - make sure 'they' haven't added extras (as they'll charge you for it without your knowledge) -ask for a receipt and double check the amount they've charged you (they intentionally over charge) We're extremely disappointed in their dishonesty, food quality and arrogance.

Last night I bought a couple of kebabs and large chups for my wife and I. The size of the kebabs has SHRUNK by approximately 50%, but the prices are the same! Emrem Kebabs you need to lift your game and not RIP OFF your customers. I can understand you 3.3 rating on Google since this is how you respect your customers. You dont need to tell me not to come back (like you have to other customers that have left reviews), I WONT BE COMING BACK!!! So many other tasty options near by :)

I'm not one to post negative reviews but the food here is just appalling. It was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant on Uber Eats, the food came cold which would be understandable because the delivery time could've of made it cold, but that was not the case. I ordered a HSP and the chips were not cooked properly, raw and gritty in the middle and even smelt like raw potato's after I bit into it, the lamb meat was okay (okay is an overstatement, I would not eat from here ever again) but I could not eat it from the amount of sauce they put on, it was all covered in way too much sauce, they used the sauce to make it seem like there was enough chips and meat but it was so obvious that there was barely enough. I tried to eat it because I do not like wasting food but I just ended up getting sick and vomiting. I wish I could get a refund because I wasted $20 not including delivery and service fees, all for a tiny portion of food that is stale and inedible, I really hope this restaurant works on improving their food skills and according to other reviews I also hope they improve their customer service skills. I could not imagine serving this type of low quality food to customers. 2/10.

i ordered off of uber eats and had to wait two hours for my order to come. when the order came it was completely wrong. i then called the place to inform them about this mess up, they hung up and refused to do anything about it. wait time is astonishing and they lack an insane amount of customer service skills

Food have really dropped the ball here. Used to come here weekly for yummy kebabs. So sad to see how much they have dropped their standards. Orders recieved were all incorrect also. Was very dissapointed and Not happy with our meal. Definately won't be returning thanks for the many memories back in the days

Had many orders that have been wrong normally not adding sauce or cheese. They have been extremely rude in the past, not taking orders just on their phone standing there. This time is the last straw. Ordered lamb and got chicken. Regular HSP $21…. Have been a customer for decades and will never be going back. Would honestly recommend 7/11 if this is the only option

This is one the best kebab shops in Melbourne they have such good customer service and experience I really would recommend people to come to this kebab shop and try the pizza it is so outstanding and delicious 11/10 place I always come here for a nice tasty pizza

Mann.. what a poor service, i highly suggest for customers not to come to this joint. I barely had anything in my medium hsp box that’s worth $18, and my friend ordered dinner plate however not having bread and minimum meat and chips. What a waste of time and money

Not what I was expecting. Not recommended for anyone to go to EMREM KEBABS HALLAM. I think that they have changed a lot because I use to order from same place every two months or so. After going 3 months later seeing prices and customer service, I couldn't believe it. You have lost one regular customer. You won't see me there any more for sure. Totally waste of money and time. 1. Very expensive. I understand things are gone expensive but this kebab place prices are on top of the roof or should I say sky. 2. Very bad service. I speak English and they speak other language, and I don't even understand what on earth they are saying. 3. Not tasty at all. I ordered kebab roll and with extra cheese on top, but the cheese was not even cooked or hot, straight from fridge into the kebab roll. I could've done that by going to Coles.

i ordered a kebab at like 2am and it was good until i was nearly halfway through eating it and the salads (onions, lettuce etc) all tasted really weird? it was yucky no offence, had to bin the kebab :( chips were too salty as well. Maybe because I ordered at a weird time the food was different but you guys are open late anyway..i usually like this place but I don’t think i’ll order anymore

Was really looking forward to this kebab as we'd had kebabs here a long time ago & they were great - that's why I give 2 stars instead of one for today's kebab. Today's kebab was possibly one of the most disappointing ones I'd had - ever - from anywhere. The filling didn't go anywhere near the top of the pita bread - I had to tear off about 8cm of the pita bread to get to the 'good stuff'. But the good stuff wasn't so good. The lettuce was soggy & seemed like it had turned as it was a bit slimey and not the right colour. Lots of meat - but inconsistency of flavour. Bland at the start & then ended up too salty further in. Ample garlic sauce. It was like playing hide & seek when looking for the tomatoes and onion. There were 3 half strips of spanish onion, sliced thinly, sitting at the bottom of the kebab. There were 2 slithers of tomato, each measuring 3cm x 1.5cm x 1mm also at the bottom. The kebab was also falling apart from being poorly wrapped and so soggy. That kind of presentation of the kebab shows that the staff show no pride in their food. It's also somewhat insulting to customers. Need to lift their game and have a serious think about quality and portions of ingredients being used. We won't be returning.

Honestly the best HSP out there BUT god I took my mates there to show them and the girls their had attitude no real care to serve customers, I could careless about a smile but blank faces like I’m the employee and I’m serving them lmao. The food was horrible extra hot meat that tasted okay with disgustingly soggy chips. I’m not sure why you would serve such soggy chips?? People are not in a rush if they know the quality of the food. Bad experience won’t be coming here for another year or two. Also to add is it that hard to wipe your tables down? WE LITERALLY HAD TO ASK FOR A CLOTH and they warmed it up and GAVE IT TO US TO CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE.

Ordered a hsp on Uber eats and I’ve never seen a hsp have an accumulated of 10 chips and it’s advertised as regular too. I called to make a complaint and they had the audacity to laugh at me saying a regular is a small. Don’t order, waste of money there are so many good places that have high standards around them. Ridiculous bruh don’t let these ppl ruin ur feast 😭

Prompt service, good portion sizes, super juicy and delicious. I had the chicken dinner plate with lebanese bread, salad, carrot and taziki dip.

I have placed an order a pizza through the phone said when I come for pick up? In 15 minutes after 20 minutes when I arrive there as I was hurry She was saying ur pizza is not ready bcz you didn’t paid yet I have lost about 45 minutes An other day I ordered chicken HSP Large size it was about 30 bucks When I open at home I saw only sprinkle of chicken on chips not worth it Mate

They completely screwed up my order that I got through I Uber Eats and then just told me they can’t do anything. Not worth the price tag at all

My personal favourite spot to grab a kebab. Meat is delicious and juicy. Chips are crunchy, the salt is amazing. If only I lived closer!

Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated here, such a shame though as it used to be delicious. The portion sizes, price and even the taste. The service wasn’t fabulous either. All round a disappointing experienc with a restaurant i used to love attending. Another thing- the ramp with no safety grip on the floor is an accident waiting to happen when it is raining. I just pray noone seriously hurts themselves. If you have impaired mobility, please be carful.

Went here at night after work to get a Lamb kebab but when I got home a took a bite, straight away I could tell that the meat wasn’t fresh and was most likely kept in a warmer for hours as it was dry. I ended up only taking a few bites before I stopped and not surprised at all when my stomach started to play up. Sadly over the years the food quality of this place has deteriorated but the price keeps going up, won’t be coming back here anymore.

i paid 19 for Mix hsp, they just gave lil bit. It wasn’t even worth. Y’all should try monster kebabs, in endeavor hills. The food is worth it. It taste so good over there.

Open till late.... Great late night food and when you are hungry and need something to eat fast. The lamb kebab is actually nice, fried chips also nice and crunchy.

I've known this company since they operated out of a small truck. Still serving their flavoursome kebabs at the same location since the first time I discovered them. Now they have the ability to dine-in and out. 100% recommended!

very humble vibes with some very friendly, smiling staff. came in with some pretty bad period cramps and was visibly in pain, the lady that served me seemed quite concerned about me and even put in some extra meat for my HSP. The lamb meat for my HSP was the best I've ever had, definitely coming back and recommend trying the kebab/HSP meat

These guys were good a few years ago now the elderly lady working at the register sometimes is dodgy as. Couldn't tell me how much my order cost altogether and insisted I hand over the cash first and she just said to read the receipt only to find out she over charged me. Asked for a medium size plate with Mayo but instead got a small plate with garlic. Meat was dry and barely any sauce. WONT GO BACK THERE ANY MORE

This place is an absolute joke! Firstly we had raw chips secondly our kebab was missing half the items, when I called up to tell them the girl that was working hanged up on me and told me it’s perfectly fine. Such a shame and scam of a joint with the rudest disgusting employees. The owner really needs new staff especially the girl that was working at 2.15am on Tuesday needs to be fired.
