    This is the hands down the worst KFC in melbourne and doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Do yourself a favour and go to ANY other kfc. Over the past 5 years of visiting here the service has continually been appalling. Food is either burnt or missing. Chips are always old and it seems like management last ordered salt 5 years ago. You will not receive a single grain of salt even when politely requesting extra. This place needs a food and safety review and hopefully a local alternative can be opened because this place is just hopeless. I’ve now been forced to write a negative review after i’ve become sick from the burnt chicken!

    I have had to lower my rating as the quality and speed of the service has been going downhill with every order. Last order was for a 36 piece tenders box, got a small dinner box with the "36" pieces squashed in like they were making a block/cake. If that wasnt enough when i got home and counted the pieces, not only are the pieces significantly smaller than they use to be; but 6 of the pieces were actuall one piece split in half .. see picture. No quality, no taste, and now no chicken. What a shame.

    Called into KFC to pick up some potato and gravy as am having some jaw surgery and this stuff worked a treat for eating during recovery last time. Surprised to discover they no longer sell this in the large size P&G so had to swap out all my regular sides with tubs of the stuff. Grabbed a tender burger box which also came with a piece of chicken, popcorn chicken and a drink (plus 2 potato and gravy). Also got the $2 large chips via the app as well. So full after all that I nearly ate anything else for the remainder of the day.

    40 minues for soggy nuggets and chips!! I put in a small mobile order, but the drive through was at a standstill. After 20 minutes we gave up and parked to pickup inside. I was ignored for over minutes then finally got to show my order number...they hadn't even started making it yet. After 20 more minutes of the staff scrambling and looking clueless, I asked AGAIN about my order, then they instantly gave it to me..almost as if they forgot about it...and of course both the nuggets and fries were doused in oil and soggy. What a terribly managed, inconvenient "fast food" place. Avoid it at all costs.

    Found a corner of some packaging inside a Zinger burger. The manager brushed me off saying he could only offer a $10 STORE credit. When I pressed further, he asked me what I want. Well food safety and no contamination might be a good start

    Update. Last 2 visits have had the same guy taking my order, from memory his name tag says Andrew. He is very upbeat and a pleasant surprise. first to admit I have a complicated order, would hate to be taking my own order so the fact that a couple of changes weren't included doesn't surprise or worry me. They did get a few changes I asked for and this KFC normally does pretty well in that regard. Food here is always good as fast food can be. Edit: some changes to carpark layout and drive through are currently underway. Seems to be an improvement

    Parking is absolutely terrible! Drive through is highly recommended. Food was substandard even for fast food KFC. Chips had no salt, and service at the counter was appalling. Eating to be served while a team member is just standing around playing on their phone. Will not return.

    The kids are alright. The line is long in the drive thru. But the kids taking the order are doing a good job. They get it done. Well done. You don’t deserve any bad mannered rubbish for trying to do your jobs- I’d say people are jerks because the long wait. You are the kings and queens of greasy fried food and I salute you! Also the food was good last time. Thanks

    I am so sick and tired of going to any KFC store and having my order stuffed up!!!! I just went through the drive through at the Doncaster Rd store for a large 10 nugget meal with water and was given an OPEN BOTTLE OF WATER!!!! Are you people for real????? How far is your drinks fridge from the drive through window???? RETRAIN YOUR STAFF KFC BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING!! ABSOLUTELY 💯% PATHETIC

    We had a terrible experience with this KFC. The staff taking the order for drive thru shut at us and said we were wasting her time for her own mistake. That staff didn’t listen when taking the order, so we corrected her 3 times. After she shut at us, we told her that we needed to speak to the manager, right before calling her manager, she corrected the order and smirked. Her manager came to confirm our order again, and said our order is correct (that was because she purposely corrected it before calling the store manager). After we made the complaint, KFC said they will make compensations to us, but they never make it, just simply said it. This is the worst customer service we experienced

    5 star review is actually for management of this franchise (more so than staff). Initially, staff messed up my order by ignoring request for "no mayo" on both (2) Zinger burgers, as well as neglecting to include a spoon for Potato & Gravy (doesn't sound like much, but if you are not eating at home or in store then where are you pulling a spoon from?) Upon providing online feedback to store about this, I received a prompt reply (within 2 days) from management apologizing for the error and even offered a store credit to make amends. Excellent management. Too often a store manager will argue with a customer, disputing the facts, denying any accountability or wrong-doing, so I was quite pleased with the response from management of this KFC franchise.

    I bought several times of the family box and found that the same problem happened all the time, that is, the fries in the family box were not fresh once, but warm and soft every time. This time,( purchased at 9:40 PM on 14/05/20),same thing happened again, I think it is necessary to give a friendly reminder, please avoid the occurrence of such problems.Thank you very much.

    Came by peak Sunday night, too lazy to order via online/kiosk and staff were still quick and fast to find time to take my order. Chicken came out fresh. Bloke that served me had a trainee badge.

    If you are hungry on you way home after a whole day work, KFC Doncaster drive through is you least choice to go with. You actually can be better off without going to order any food from there! Let me tell you what happened to me. Tuesday night, I was very hungry and on my way home. I had ordered two chicken wings through the KFC app. When I drove through to picked up my order, the speaker said my order had sent to front. I had to go to the front to pick up my food. I asked if she could bring my food to drive through side, but she refused to do so. They were not ever busy at that moment. That was very frustrating. What's worse, after I drove all the way out the drive through section, there was no connection way to front car park!!! If I want to go to park at the front, I have to drive extra one KM to reach front parking area and the traffic was terrible. The staff was knowing this but insisted me to pick up my food at front counter. What a sick joke!!! I was end up driving home without my food. Now I am still waiting for my refund and a invisible explanation from KFC!

    Today I decided to go to KFC to get some food for my family. I was served by a young girl named Daisy, she knew exactly what she was doing and seemed very experienced for her age. It was a pleasant experience and I will be going there soon (after my keto diet finishes in 6 months) 😌😌

    KFC Doncaster is great. They are always on point with the taste, quality and service. I have seen them most days inundated with customers parked up even onto the road, yet everyone seems more than happy to wait and I believe the staff there do well with such high demand.

    never got right order . Order thought app and pickup from store or drive pass. No surprise 5/5 got wrong order . Also missing things such as chips, salads or drinks. Make sure you open your package to check every time u order from app and pickup from there.

    Super rude staffs, 2 of them, the store is closing at 10pm. after I ordered my food and sit down to eat them at 9pm, they started stack up the chair super hard and noisy, and start spray the cleaning liquid to around my table, and even on my table. They purposely did that just to hopefully try to get us (me and another 2 people at another table) to finish quickly and get lost. I never experience such bad attitude staffs in any KFC or McDonald's ever. This was on 9th Jan 2024 at 9pm. Hope the manager knows which 2 staffs, one guy and 1 girl. After they stack up all the chair, there still many people coming in to dine.

    DO NOT attend this restaurant. Visited a day ago and have had the most vicious food poisoning ever, from consuming a zinger box meal. Absolute disgrace!!! Putrid people and business, called to inform them how much pain and discomfort I've been in they couldn't care less nothing but excuses and being patronising. I hope I feel better soon I've been in bed for 2 days now absolutely shocking. I really hope this restaurant gets looked into for hygiene and food safety immediately. AVOID!

    Absolutely atrocious. Took the uber an hour to get to me, 'delays at the restaurant.' The food was, as expected, ice cold. The order was incorrect and the food was inedible. Ended up throwing it in the trash. How this branch stays in business is beyond me. Never again.

    KFC is good if you like chicken. The Slider is nice. Service may not be the best. This shop must have statistics on number of customers per hour per day and manage staff and service. But regrettably not.

    Food was hot and tasty. No issues there but the drive through at this store seemed exorbitantly slow until you realise the same person serving is also one in the kitchen. It's not an efficient way to deliver quick service. We turned our engine off twice for minutes at a time with the queue at a standstill. Food was hot and tasty. Hence the 4 stars.

    Wicked wings are hard (probably overcooked) and tasted off. Potato and gravy tasted sour. Food are not fresh. Called the store and was told to bring back the food, but it’s a 20 minutes drive and with young hungry kids, I can’t bother. The operator said he will give me a $10 store credit and cannot offer a refund unless it’s an online order.

    Purchased from here Tuesday 18/07/23. Pay for my order at the drive through only to be told at the delivery window that they’d run out of what I ordered. THEN DON’T CHARGE ME FOR IT!!!! As for the quality, we’ve been ill for 2 days but we’re starting to come right now. The stomach cramps and toilet visits are less frequent. This place is even worse than the average KFC if that’s possible. Never again

    Typical KFC. Efficient but hampered by not enough staff. Ordered it online but got there later and still a wait. But it was hot when i got it and the deal was cheap. So overall good.

    Worst customer service ever experienced.. I Oder through the App, but there’s was a problem with the App, I went to KFC Doncaster, to explain my situation to one of team member but they just ignore not even listening to my report..they just pull up the issue straight to managerThe manager helped me, thank you! And I experience most worst food packing ever whenever I do pick up. But the others not caring about the situation.

    I have been visiting KFC Doncaster for 10 years. It used to be a good restaurant with good food and friendly staffs. Unfortunately, during my recent visits the whole world has changed. What I have found were those uneducated teens who do not respect the customs. I would say they are very impolite and rude no matter I ordered at drive through or at the counter. Please train your new members properly.

    I asked for extra extra salt on the chips knowing you guys don’t know how to salt chips and still bloody got not a single grain of salt on the chips…. Who is doing the training at this store I’m actually concerned??? Secondly the frozen drinks were half liquid like its not that difficult to tell that the machine is not ready….. The cherry on the cake was that the chicken was burnt and I mean BLACK at the bottom!!!! That is carcinogenic and wouldn’t pass food safety audits. The audit team seriously needs to drop by unannounced more often and look at the health and safety protocols of the store. All the staff are so rude too. This store needs serious revaluation and a whole new management to train staff as it has not been working out for you guys for a long time!!!

    Probably the best KFC out of the KFCs there are. Consistently missing items from order which is disappointing - it's hard to check when going via drive-thru but if you go into and check, probably a safer bet. Staff are nice though

    Tables and floors are always dirty. Food quality goes up and down. Sometimes serves really good chicken but sometimes not. Just testing your luck here. Like today they serve me stinky which tastes so off. Hoping myself get a better luck next time.

    Id have to say the experience would fall solely on the managers shoulders. Unfortunately this isnt the first time ive had a bad experience here. I get it fast food but still there should be a level of even basic service and quality.

    Today I visited KFC Doncaster and a young girl named Daisy served me. She had a smile on her face the whole time and took time out of her day to make sure I was being served properly. She is one of the best fast food servers I have ever had an experience with and will be coming back next time! My food was delicious and it was prepared quickly and carefully (see attached image). Daisy made my day a little bit better with her fabulous customer service skills. While I am writing this review because I experienced extra terrific service, I am also writing it because I saw a nasty review of her character which was completely different to my experience with her. Thank you Daisy for my delicious zinger box. 😊

    i ordered a online order to be delivered to my house, i ordered a tenders dippping feast, with a large fries and snack popcorn chicken, i didn't receive the large fries, and i paid over 50 dollars for this order, and i understand, you can be forgetful and forget items in orders thats fine but i rang the store around 8 times through out the day (29/10/23) and no one picked up. please refund me or give back something in return thank you

    Ordered from KFC app. They only delivered one bag of coleslaw to my doorstep nothing else. When I called the manager of KFC Doncaster, he tells me that my whole bag of food was left on their counter and if I want it, then I should pick it up because they do not talk to drivers. He didn’t even apologize!! Yeah obviously you really don’t talk to any drivers as he did not get my actual big bag of food. Customer service is the worst! This is my third bad episode with KFC delivery and KFC Doncaster!
