I attended Inner Engineering with Sadhguru in Melbourne last weekend. Except that it wasn't really with Sadhguru. Unless you count watching videos of him. On Saturday there was about 3 hours of videos. Don't get me wrong, Sadhguru's videos are good, but I would have preferred to watch them at home in my lounge room instead of paying $350 to watch them at the Melbourne Convention Centre. That is a very expensive movie ticket. The meditation was taught by someone else, not Sadhguru. Eventually on Sunday, Sadhguru did do a guided meditation with us. So beware, the promotional material says it is Inner Engineering with Sadhguru, but half of the course is either videos of him or instructions by someone else.

Hi, I did Surya Kriya as my first Hata Yoga program in 2021 at Isha Yoga Centre Sunshine in such a reasonable price☺️ There were 2 morning session of 3 hours each where you learn Surya Kriya step by step in parts. The place is reverberating with such good energy. The moment you enter the program hall you feel that it is a committed atmosphere all done by VolunteersπŸ˜ƒ The learning experience itself of Surya Kriya was very deeply impactful. 8 months later in start of 2022, I got know about Surya Kriya Sadhana Program which is 7 focused in-person Surya Kriya sessions. I immediately grabbed this opportunity to get individual corrections from the teacher which is unique to this program. After finishing the program I got to learn the deeper aspects of Surya Kriya and it's subtlety. Earlier I used to do just 1 cycle of Surya Kriya but after the Sadhana program I was so inspired that now I am doing 3 cycles twice daily.πŸ˜ƒ This made my practice so intense that I can work with my body and mind at my will. It is a newly discovered freedom within which is priceless. The Surya Kriya sadhana program also offers few other intimate and powerful meditations. I highly recommend this to everyone who has learnt Surya Kriya. Yet another chance for me to bow down to Sadhguru and Isha Foundation πŸ™‡πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

I attended the event with Sadhguru at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre today. Understanding that such events usually are not scripted; however this one seemed lacking a solid conversation that can grab the attention of audiences. It was an informal chat, jumping from topic to topic, sometimes repeating, sometimes with awkward silences, sometimes Sadhguru not understanding the host’s question or accent. I won’t attend the next event, if there is one, however I hope this review helps the organisers improve preparation for next time.

I personally would not go here. Just go to India and experience something there. The person who runs Isha Australia is a huge narcissistic egoist. I personally felt victimised and excluded even though I went often and volunteered all the time. It was the first time I've ever experienced what I consider real racism, and this is not sadhguru's fault but the fault of the people who run the system in Australia. I'm white and apparently have privilege, well not in these spaces. I often felt like I was treated like an imposter because I wasn't brown. Funnily enough we all did the same stuff and had all done sadhguru's programs and yet I was the crazy one? Does having white skin and being interested in spirituality make you automatically crazy? I felt like it. I gave my time and energy to end up just being treated like I wasn't worthy of the experience. The climax of this realisation was when I volunteered for 5 straight days (slept there too) for their Isha "leader" training, they're not called leaders but they're the people who run the monthly events as volunteers. Anyway, the mentality bordered on cult-like and I realised that these people are fully self serving, all they care about is furthering themselves and achieving some kind of perceived prestige. In India the Isha yoga centre is a place where anyone can go to volunteer? It's an altruistic place or at least it seems to be. But here it's just full of individuals who think they are special and would never help another even if that person were drowning in front of them. They would think "but what if I get wet?"

It was a very insightful session with Sadhguru in Melbourne at MCEC. I also had the opportunity of being in his presence in Sydney at ICC and meditate with about 8000 others at once and it was an intense experience in itself. Truly grateful to Isha Foundation and Sadhguru for making this happen down under and offering authentic spiritual process and tools to raise human consciousness. Mental health was highly spoken about at the Melbourne event with insights into how we can take care it. Personally I have benefited immensely from inner engineering and other isha yoga practices and highly recommend

It's a parallel universe where everyone around you is joyful, intense and exuberant. Sadguru's energies are omnipresent in this powerfully consecrated place . Dhanalinga and Bhairavi are a powerful presence like no other. Days and nights are filled with joy, love , bliss and growth .

Namaskaram !! I did Surya Kriya in the month of Apr'22. My daily practice has helped me improve my posture and has definitely strengthened my lower back. I had lower back pain for 5 years, it was quite bad & I was not able to even sneeze without pain. Now with the daily practice of Surya Kriya, I wake up with no pain and do my daily activities with absolutely no pain. The support staff in the centre are excellent with their guidance even after the course.

Such an amazing program, realised how stiff the body gets if you don’t use it optimally. Will definitely recommend for anyone & everyone looking for a great workout without any weights

It's nothing but an organisation run by delusional people who follow a fraudster with the backing of their country's prime minister. When you don't have a job, you basically become a "baba" and start preaching stuff from excerpts that you learn from other books. This kid should be jailed for misleading people. Spoilt more families that you can imagine

Sadhguru in Sydney was an amazing program where thousands of people drenched in the ecstasy !! Hundreds of volunteers offered themselves relentlessly to make it happen ! Sadhguru in Melbourne was again a wonderful event with insightful conversation between Sadhguru and Layne Beachley, 7 times surfing world champion! Nearly 5000 people attended this event 😍 There was a wonderful opportunity for people to ask questions from Sadhguru and Sadhguru answered every question that was asked :) It was a truely insightful conversation which definitely would have opened the doors for many more to take that first step towards their inner well-being :)
